Abstract
The invention provides a silica gel composite bath towel and a preparation method thereof, wherein the silica gel composite bath towel comprises a silica gel composite layer, a water absorbing layer and a lining layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the silica gel composite layer is formed by compounding a coating material layer penetrating through a base material layer, the thickness of the coating material layer higher than the base material layer is less than 1mm, and the area of the coating material layer is more than 50% of the area of the base material layer. The coating material of the silica gel composite bath towel and the polar functional group on the surface of the base material can generate intermolecular acting force, the coating material and the base material can realize good compounding under the action of high pressure in the preparation process, and the coating material can be uniformly coated on the base material. The silica gel composite bath towel obtained by the invention is moderate in hardness, can easily take away dirt on the surface layer of skin, does not damage the skin, and is excellent in air permeability. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, can realize batch production, is uniform in coating thickness and is not easy to fall off.

The silica gel composite bath towel comprises a silica gel composite layer 1, a water absorbing layer 2 and a lining layer 3 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the silica gel composite layer 1 is formed by compounding a coating material layer 11 penetrating through a base material layer 12, the thickness of the coating material layer 11, which is higher than the base material layer 12, is 1mm, the area of the coating material layer 11 is 90% of the area of the base material layer 12, the base material is bath towel cloth, and the bath towel cloth is woven fabric;
the coating material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of liquid silica gel, 15 parts of cyclic polydimethylsiloxane and 1 part of fumed silica;
the liquid silica gel comprises a component A and a component B, the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 9:1,
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14 parts of polymethyl vinyl siloxane, 12 parts of hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 24 parts of vinyl MQ silicon resin and 0.012 part of platinum catalyst;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14 parts of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, 15 parts of hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 20.976 parts of vinyl MQ silicon resin and 0.004 part of cross-linking agent,
the thickness of the hanging and coating material on the surface of the silica gel composite bath towel is 1 mm.
The preparation method of the silica gel composite bath towel comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the component A and the component B of the liquid silica gel, and removing bubbles to obtain the liquid silica gel;
(2) adding cyclic polydimethylsiloxane and a hardening agent into the liquid silica gel, and uniformly mixing to obtain a coating material; the viscosity of the suspension coating material is 40Pa.s, and the density is 1.1g/cm3The hardness is 35HA, the elongation is 445%, and the tear strength is 45 KN/m;
(3) and (3) coating the coating material obtained in the step (2) on a base material, standing for 3min under the pressure of 20bar, curing for 3min at 80 ℃ to obtain the silica gel composite layer 1, and sewing the silica gel composite layer 1, the water absorbing layer 2 and the lining layer 3 to obtain the silica gel composite bath towel.

The silica gel composite bath towel is characterized by comprising a silica gel composite layer, a water absorbing layer and a lining layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the silica gel composite layer is formed by compounding a coating material layer penetrating through a base material layer, the thickness of the coating material layer higher than the base material layer is less than 1mm, the area of the coating material layer is more than 50% of the area of the base material layer, and the base material is bath towel cloth;
the coating material of the coating material layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of liquid silica gel, 1-45 parts of annular polydimethylsiloxane and 1 part of hardening agent;
the liquid silica gel comprises a component A and a component B, the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1-9:1,
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-15 parts of polymethyl vinyl siloxane, 12-15 parts of hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 20-25 parts of vinyl MQ silicon resin and 0.015-0.03 part of catalyst;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-15 parts of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane, 12-15 parts of hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 20-25 parts of vinyl MQ silicon resin and 0.002-0.005 part of cross-linking agent.
2. The silica gel composite bath towel according to claim 1, wherein the bath towel cloth is a woven fabric.
3. The silicone composite bath towel according to claim 1, wherein the mass fraction of vinyl groups in the vinyl MQ silicone resin in both the A component and the B component is 2.8-3.2%.
4. The silica gel composite bath towel of claim 1, wherein the catalyst is a platinum catalyst.
5. The silica gel composite bath towel of claim 1, wherein the stiffening agent is fumed silica.
6. The method of making a silica gel composite bath towel according to claim 5, comprising the steps of:
(1) uniformly mixing the component A and the component B of the liquid silica gel, and removing bubbles to obtain the liquid silica gel;
(2) adding cyclic polydimethylsiloxane and a hardening agent into the liquid silica gel, and uniformly mixing to obtain a coating material;
(3) and (3) coating the coating material obtained in the step (2) on a base material, standing under the pressure of 20-40bar, curing to obtain the silica gel composite layer, and sewing the silica gel composite layer, the water absorbing layer and the lining layer to obtain the silica gel composite bath towel.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the viscosity of the coating material in step (2) is 40 to 60 Pa.s.
8. The method for preparing a silica gel composite bath towel according to claim 6, wherein in the step (3), the standing time is 1-3 min.
9. The method for preparing a silica gel composite bath towel according to claim 6, wherein in the step (3), the curing condition is that the temperature is 70-90 ℃ and the curing time is 2-4 min.
