Background
The crude oil wax of most of the oil extraction blocks in the domestic oil field is higher, the average wax content of the crude oil at the wellhead is higher, and the pipeline paraffin removal mainly adopts a manual ball throwing mode at a well site and a manual ball collecting mode at a station, and is matched with chemical adding and regular hot washing, so that the ball throwing and collecting work is complex, and the labor intensity is high.

The intelligent ball collecting device comprises an electric four-port three-way valve, a cylinder, a communication pipeline, an intelligent control box, a ball collecting groove and a monitoring upper computer; the electric four-port three-way valve is provided with four interfaces, namely an upper interface, a lower interface, a left interface and a right interface; the two electric four-port three-way valves are respectively a first electric four-port three-way valve and a second electric four-port three-way valve; the first electric four-port three-way valve, the second electric four-port three-way valve and the ball receiving groove are sequentially connected; the right interfaces of the first electric four-port three-way valve and the second electric four-port three-way valve are communicated; the intelligent control box is arranged in the ball receiving groove; the monitoring upper computer and the electric four-port three-way valve are electrically connected with the intelligent control box; the right interfaces of the first electric four-port three-way valve and the second electric four-port three-way valve are respectively provided with a ball blocking net.

According to the intelligent ball collecting device, the left interface of the second electric four-port three-way valve is provided with the overhaul blind plate.
The intelligent ball receiving device comprises a pressure release valve, a micro switch and an audible and visual alarm which are connected in sequence.
The intelligent ball collecting device provided by the invention is characterized in that the pressure relief valve is a differential pressure type pressure relief valve.
According to the intelligent ball collecting device, an intelligent control module and a communication system are arranged in the intelligent control box, and a control panel is arranged on the surface of the control box; the control panel is provided with operation/fault indicator lights and manual, automatic, set, reset buttons and a display screen. The control panel is used for displaying the functions of the current device, such as working state, working instruction arrangement, parameter setting and the like.
The intelligent ball collecting device also comprises a heat tracing device; and the heat tracing device is connected with the intelligent control box.
The ball receiving method adopting the intelligent ball receiving device comprises the following steps:
(1) An oil inlet connecting flange and an oil outlet connecting flange which are arranged on a first electric four-port three-way valve of the intelligent ball collecting device are respectively connected with an oil pipeline;
(2) In a normal oil transportation state, the left interface and the lower interface of the first electric four-port three-way valve are communicated, and the right interface and the upper interface of the second electric four-port three-way valve are communicated; the paraffin removal ball flows into the second electric four-port three-way valve along with the crude oil along the cylinder; crude oil enters an oil pipeline along with a communication pipeline through an oil outlet connecting flange; the right interface of the second electric four-port three-way valve is provided with a ball blocking net, so that the paraffin removal ball is prevented from entering an oil pipeline along with crude oil;
(3) When receiving a ball receiving instruction, the first electric four-port three-way valve rotates clockwise for 90 degrees, the second electric four-port three-way valve rotates anticlockwise for 90 degrees, and crude oil directly enters an oil pipeline through the first electric four-port three-way valve; the wax removing ball falls into the ball collecting groove under the action of gravity; after the ball is received, the two electric four-port three-way valves are automatically reset and enter a normal oil delivery state;
(4) When the second electric four-port three-way valve is blocked by too many paraffin removal balls in the cylinder, the pressure at the front end of the system is increased, the pressure at the rear end of the system is reduced, the pressure difference pushes the one-way differential pressure type pressure release valve to be opened, the top micro switch acts, an audible and visual alarm signal is output under the control of the intelligent control box, the first electric four-port three-way valve is simultaneously controlled to rotate 90 degrees clockwise, the second electric four-port three-way valve is manually opened for ball collection after manual confirmation, the system is reset after confirmation, and the device enters a normal oil delivery state;
(5) When the ball receiving device fails or receives the ball, the intelligent control box collects the ball receiving information or failure information of the ball receiving device, and the ball receiving information or failure information is transmitted to the monitoring upper computer through the communication system after being processed, so that staff is informed of the processing; when the ambient temperature is lower than the set value, the intelligent control box automatically opens the heat tracing system for heating, and when the ambient temperature is higher than the set value, the intelligent control box automatically closes the heat tracing system.
The ball receiving method provided by the invention has the advantages that the ball receiving instruction comprises a timing instruction and a fault instruction.
According to the intelligent ball collecting device and the ball collecting method, the intelligent control box is used for controlling the switch of the electric four-port three-way valve and the ball collecting groove to be closed, so that ball sand separation is achieved, the problem that sand blocking cannot automatically collect balls is fundamentally eliminated, truly automatic ball collecting is realized, all previous ball collecting devices are completely replaced, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity is reduced.

Example 1
The intelligent ball collecting device disclosed by the invention, as shown in figure 1, comprises an electric four-port three-way valve, a cylinder 3, a communication pipeline 6, an intelligent control box 12, a ball collecting groove 5 and a monitoring upper computer 13; the electric four-port three-way valve is provided with four interfaces, namely an upper interface, a lower interface, a left interface and a right interface; the two electric four-port three-way valves are respectively a first electric four-port three-way valve 2 and a second electric four-port three-way valve 4; the left interface of the first electric four-port three-way valve 2 is provided with an oil inlet connecting flange 1, and the right interface is provided with an oil outlet connecting flange 7; the lower interface of the first electric four-port three-way valve 2 is connected with the upper interface of the second electric four-port three-way valve 4 through the cylinder 3; the right interface of the second electric four-port three-way valve 4 is connected with an oil outlet connecting flange 7 through a communication pipeline 6; the lower interface of the second electric four-port three-way valve 4 is connected with a ball receiving groove 5; the intelligent control box 12 is arranged in the ball receiving groove 5; the cylinder 3 refers to a vertical pipeline for ball storage, and the communication pipeline 6 refers to an oil pipeline. The monitoring upper computer 13 and the electric four-port three-way valve are electrically connected with the intelligent control box 12, an intelligent control module RTU (Super 32L 401) and a communication system (SZ 930) are arranged in the intelligent control box 12, and an intelligent control program is arranged in the intelligent control module; the right interfaces of the first electric four-port three-way valve 2 and the second electric four-port three-way valve 4 are respectively provided with a ball blocking net 14. The upper interface of the first electric four-port three-way valve 2 is provided with a pressure relief alarm device, and the pressure relief alarm device comprises a differential pressure type pressure relief valve 9 (FP 01), a microswitch 10 and an audible and visual alarm 11 which are connected in sequence; the pressure relief alarm device is communicated with the oil outlet connecting flange 7 through a connecting pipeline; the pressure relief alarm device is electrically connected with the intelligent control box 12; the left interface of the second electric four-port three-way valve 4 is provided with a maintenance blind plate 8.
The ball receiving method adopting the intelligent ball receiving device comprises the following steps:
(1) The device is arranged on an oil pipeline, and an oil inlet connecting flange 1 and an oil outlet connecting flange 7 which are arranged on a first electric four-port three-way valve 2 of the intelligent ball collecting device are respectively connected with the oil pipeline;
(2) In a normal oil transportation state, the left interface and the lower interface of the first electric four-port three-way valve 2 are communicated, and the right interface and the upper interface of the second electric four-port three-way valve 4 are communicated; the paraffin removal ball flows into the second electric four-port three-way valve 4 along with the crude oil along with the cylinder 3; crude oil enters an oil pipeline along with a communication pipeline 6 through an oil outlet connecting flange 7; the right interface of the second electric four-port three-way valve 4 is provided with a ball blocking net 14, so that the paraffin removal ball is prevented from entering an oil pipeline along with crude oil;
(3) When receiving a ball collecting instruction (at least any one of a timing instruction and a fault instruction), the first electric four-port three-way valve 2 rotates clockwise by 90 degrees, the second electric four-port three-way valve 4 rotates anticlockwise by 90 degrees, and crude oil directly enters an oil pipeline through the first electric four-port three-way valve 2; the wax-cleaning ball falls into the ball receiving groove 5 under the action of gravity; after the ball is received, the two electric four-port three-way valves are automatically reset and enter a normal oil delivery state;
(4) When the second electric four-port three-way valve 4 is blocked and filled due to excessive paraffin removal balls in the cylinder body 3, the pressure at the front end of the system is increased, the pressure at the rear end of the system is reduced, the pressure difference pushes the unidirectional differential pressure type pressure release valve 9 to be opened, the top micro switch 10 acts, an audible and visual alarm signal is output under the control of the intelligent control box 12, the first electric four-port three-way valve 2 is controlled to rotate 90 degrees clockwise, the second electric four-port three-way valve 4 is manually opened for ball collection after manual confirmation, the system is reset after confirmation, and the device enters a normal oil transportation state;
(5) When the ball receiving device fails or receives the ball, the intelligent control box 12 collects the ball receiving information or failure information of the ball receiving device, and transmits the processed ball receiving information or failure information to the monitoring upper computer 13 through the communication system to inform workers of processing; the intelligent control box 12 collects the ball receiving state and uploads the ball receiving state to the terminal of the remote monitoring upper computer 13 through the communication system, and informs workers of the previous processing of the wax-removing ball in the ball receiving groove 5 and the processing of faults, so that the automatic operation of the whole ball receiving process is realized, and the simple and convenient flow of remote monitoring and regular inspection is realized.

On the basis of the embodiment 1, a heat tracing device is further arranged in the intelligent ball collecting device in the embodiment, and the heat tracing device is connected with the intelligent control box 12; when the ambient temperature is lower than the set value, the intelligent control box 12 automatically opens the heat tracing system for heating, and when the ambient temperature is higher than the set temperature, the heat tracing system is automatically closed, so that the wax deposition phenomenon is effectively prevented.
