Background
The electric toothbrush is a cavity health care nursing appliance, can vibrate rapidly at high frequency, and can deeply clean teeth after decomposing toothpaste into fine foam; compared with the common toothbrush, the toothbrush can more thoroughly remove dental plaque bacteria and reduce oral diseases such as gingivitis, periodontal disease and the like; the existing electric toothbrush adopts a metal rod as a driving shaft, and a brush head is made of materials such as plastics or resin; when the toothbrush is used, the metal rod drives the brush head to vibrate at high frequency, the brush head is stressed in a fixed direction in the process of brushing teeth, the neck of the brush head is bent and deformed in one direction in a long time, the shape of the brush head is not matched with the metal rod any longer, the vibration transmission effect is obviously weakened, meanwhile, the abrasion of the brush head and the metal rod is intensified in the vibration process, and meanwhile, larger noise is generated; therefore, after the existing electric toothbrush is used for a period of time, the problems of bending deformation of the neck part of the toothbrush head, noise increase and the like occur, and the normal use of the electric toothbrush is influenced.

In order to solve the problems, the mute electric toothbrush provided by the invention is novel in structure and unique in principle, and can effectively prevent the neck of the toothbrush head from being bent and deformed, so that the noise is reduced, the abrasion of the specific position of the toothbrush head is reduced, and the use experience and the service life of the electric toothbrush are improved.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the mute electric toothbrush comprises a brush body and a brush head which is detachably connected; a storage battery and a vibration motor are arranged in the brush body, and a vibration rod of the vibration motor extends out of the end part of the brush body;
the brush head comprises bristles and a rod body, an adjusting groove extending along the axis is formed in the axis of the rod body, an adjusting rod is installed in the adjusting groove, and a transmission layer is arranged between the adjusting rod and the adjusting groove; under the adjusting action of the transmission layer, the rod body can rotate relative to the adjusting rod; and the end part of the adjusting rod is provided with a transmission groove matched with the vibrating rod.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the brush head is installed and replaced, the vibrating rod is inserted into the transmission groove; when the toothbrush is used, the vibrating rod transmits high-frequency vibration to the brush bristles through the adjusting rod, the transmission layer and the rod body, so that teeth are deeply cleaned; in the cleaning process, the transmission layer promotes the vibration phase dislocation between the adjusting rod and the adjusting groove, so that the adjusting rod and the adjusting groove vibrate in high frequency relatively, the adjusting groove rotates relatively to the adjusting rod in relative motion, and the brush head rotates relatively to the brush body in a small amplitude when observed from the outside, namely in the tooth brushing process.
In the process of brushing teeth, people can press the bristles to teeth by force, so that the rod body is pressed in a fixed direction, and the rod body is deformed and bent after being used for a long time in the traditional electric toothbrush; in the invention, although the direction of the force applied to the rod body is fixed, the rod body and the adjusting rod move relatively in the using process, so that the direction of the force applied to the adjusting rod changes, the adjusting rod is applied with external force in all directions in the long-term using process, and the bending degrees of the adjusting rod in all directions are the same, so that the adjusting rod in the rod body is always kept in a straight state, and further the support is provided for the external rod body, and the bending of the external rod body is effectively prevented; meanwhile, the mutual pressure between the vibrating rod and the adjusting rod is changed, so that the wearing of the vibrating rod to the adjusting rod in all directions is the same; the situation that the vibrating rod excessively abrades the adjusting rod in a specific direction and further causes untight connection is effectively relieved.
In the invention, the rod body and the adjusting rod move relatively, and the adjusting rod plays a role of supporting the center shaft, so that the rod body sleeved outside is supported, the rod body is effectively prevented from being excessively bent, and the straight state of the rod body is further ensured; meanwhile, the abrasion of the vibrating rod to the adjusting rod can be relieved, and the tight joint of the brush body and the brush head is ensured; therefore, in the using process, the rod body keeps a straight strip shape, the brush head is tightly jointed with the brush body, and the noise is obviously reduced; thereby guaranteeing the service life and the use experience of the electric toothbrush.
Preferably, the end surface of the vibrating rod is oval, and the vibrating rod and the adjusting rod are coaxially arranged; the structure can prevent the relative rotation of the vibrating rod and the adjusting rod, thereby ensuring the high-efficiency transmission of vibration; meanwhile, the structure can reduce the processing difficulty, thereby improving the productivity and reducing the processing cost.
Preferably, the transmission layer comprises convex edges which are rotationally and symmetrically arranged on the circumferential surface of the adjusting rod, and the end sections of the convex edges are wedge-shaped; the transmission layer also comprises twill wool yarns which are rotationally symmetrical and arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the adjusting groove, and the twill wool yarns are obliquely crossed with the adjusting groove in the radial direction; during the use process of the toothbrush, the adjusting rod transmits vibration to the rod body and the bristles to clean the oral cavity, the vibration promotes the adjusting rod to move relative to the rod body, and in the process that the rod body rotates relatively in a small-amplitude high-frequency mode relative to the adjusting rod, because friction forces generated in different directions of reciprocating motion of the convex edges and the twill wool yarns are different, the rod body rotates directionally in a macroscopic mode relative to the adjusting rod.
Preferably, the transmission layer further comprises a silencing barrel made of elastic materials, and the silencing barrel is sleeved outside the adjusting rod; the inner cylinder wall of the silencing cylinder is provided with a groove matched with the convex edge, and the outer cylinder wall of the silencing cylinder is provided with a pushing groove matched with the twill wool; this structure can strengthen the laminating degree of adjusting pole and adjustment tank, and effective noise reduction slows down the degree of wear of twill fine hair simultaneously, improves the life cycle of brush head.

In addition, in this embodiment, the noise reduction tube 6 made of elastic material can effectively enhance the fitting degree of the adjustment rod 4 and the adjustment groove 31, further reduce noise, and simultaneously reduce the wear degree of the twill pile yarns 311 and improve the service cycle of the brush head 2.
