In order to better understand the technical solution, the technical solution will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
The application management method in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a terminal device, that is, each step included in the application management method may be executed by the terminal device. The terminal device may be, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a wearable device (e.g., a smart watch or a smart bracelet, etc.), a notebook computer, etc., and whatever type of terminal device, various types of APPs may be run in the terminal device, such as a social APP, an information APP, a shopping APP, a traffic APP, etc., and different functions may be implemented through different types of APPs, such as functions of shopping, ordering, social networking, viewing news, getting a car, etc.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow of a management method for application icons according to an embodiment of the present invention is described as follows.
Step 11: the method comprises the steps of obtaining an opening operation aiming at a target folder, wherein the target folder comprises at least two application icons, and the at least two application icons are grouped into the target folder based on a preset application classification mark.
In practice, in order to make things convenient for the user to discern every APP, every APP has corresponding application icon, and application icon can be used for instructing corresponding APP promptly, when the user need use a section APP, can directly touch and click the application icon that corresponds with this APP and can open this APP, and is very convenient. As described above, a plurality of APPs may be installed in the terminal device, and an application icon of each installed APP may be displayed on an application desktop of the terminal device, taking the terminal device as a mobile phone as an example, for example, see the application icons including 9 APPs such as a WeChat, a transportation bank, a QQ, an Tencent video, a Payment treasure, and a nail displayed on one application desktop of the mobile phone shown in fig. 2A, for example, when the WeChat needs to be used, a user may directly click the application icon corresponding to the WeChat with a finger, and after a click operation of the user is detected, the terminal device may open the WeChat.
The application desktop of the terminal device refers to an interface displayed when the terminal device exits all the APPs, and may also be referred to as a screen desktop, and generally, the application icons are directly displayed on the application desktop, and some other interactive controls, such as a floating desktop control, a weather floating window, and the like, may also be displayed on the application desktop at the same time. In addition, in order to facilitate displaying a large number of application icons, a paging manner is generally adopted at present, that is, a plurality of application desktops may be set, on each application desktop, for example, a plurality of application icons may be arranged in a grid of 4 × 4 or 3 × 3, a user may switch between the plurality of application desktops through a page-turning operation (for example, sliding a mobile phone screen to the left or right) so as to quickly find an APP to be used, continuing to fig. 2A, a current first application desktop displayed by the user includes 9 application icons, another application icon may be displayed on a second or third application desktop behind the current application desktop, for example, a strange application icon is displayed on the second application desktop, and an application icon for relieving joy and detection is displayed on the third application desktop, and so on.
In order to manage the application icons, the application icons may be grouped, specifically, the application icons are grouped in a folder, that is, a plurality of application icons are placed in the same folder, so that more application icons can be displayed in a limited screen space, for example, the application icons of the wechat and the application icons of the QQ in fig. 2A can be grouped in a dragging manner, specifically, as shown in fig. 2B, the application icon of the wechat may be selected first, and then the application icon of the wechat is dragged until the application icon of the wechat moves onto the application icon of the QQ, a finger is released to finish dragging, at this time, the terminal device may place the application icon of the wechat and the application icon of the QQ in the same folder, for example, the application icon of the wechat may be placed in a folder named "social" as shown in fig. 2C, it is seen that the folder named "social" includes the application icon of the wechat and the application icon of the QQ at the same time, then the folder named "social" is the folder grouped by the application icon of WeChat and the application icon of QQ, and for convenience of description, the folder named "social" is referred to as the target folder, for example.
As shown in fig. 2C, it can be seen that the target folder occupies the display position of the original application icon of the QQ, and since the application icon of the WeChat and the application icon that has been moved into the target folder, the original display position of the application icon of the WeChat is left empty, and the display position that is left empty can be reused for displaying other application icons, so that the display number of the application icons in the current application desktop is increased, and the display amount of information is increased.
In a specific implementation process, the application icons may be grouped in the manner of manual dragging described above, or may be automatically grouped in a manner preset by the system. In addition, during grouping, the APP icons may be grouped according to the function classification of the APPs corresponding to the APP icons, and continuing with the example of fig. 2A-2C, the WeChat and the QQ belonging to the social category are divided into a group, because the WeChat and the QQ are both social APPs and both have a "social" function, the APP icons of the APPs having the same or similar functions may be divided into a group, in another possible implementation, the APP icons having the approximate color of the APP icons may be divided into a group, for example, a plurality of APP icons having the approximate color of green of the APP icons may be divided into one group, a plurality of APP icons having the approximate color of red of the APP icons may be divided into another group, and so on.
In any way, each group has a corresponding grouping basis, for example, the function grouping according to APP is described above, then the function of each group is the grouping basis of the group, and for example, the function grouping according to the display color of the application icon is described above, then the color of each group is the grouping basis of the group, in the embodiment of the present invention, the grouping basis is referred to as an application classification identifier, that is, the application classification identifier is identifying information for classifying the application icons into groups, for example, in the context of fig. 2C, the application class of the target folder named "social" identifies that it is socially functional, the APP with social functionality may be divided into the target folder named "social", in addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the application classification identifier having the social function is referred to as a predetermined application classification identifier.
After grouping, a user may open a target folder to view or operate an application icon in the target folder, at this time, for example, the target folder may be directly clicked, where the operation of clicking the target folder may be understood as an opening operation performed on the target folder, in a specific implementation process, the opening operation performed on the target folder includes, but is not limited to, the aforementioned clicking operation, for example, a gesture operation, or a voice control operation, or other operations, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited to this.
After detecting the opening operation for the target folder, if the application icon included in the target folder is directly displayed on the display interface of the target folder according to the scheme in the prior art, continuing with the example in fig. 2C, after performing a click operation on the "social" folder, the display interface that the mobile phone jumps out is shown in fig. 3, which can be seen in that the display interface shown in fig. 3 includes application icons corresponding to the QQ and the WeChat. When a user wants to view other application icons or move other APP icons of the APP with the "social" function to the target folder, the user needs to exit the target folder first and then move the application icons in the manner shown in fig. 2A to 2C, which is tedious in operation process and low in efficiency.
Step 12: and determining all application icons to be classified with preset application classification identifications from the application icons outside the target folder.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when an opening operation for a target folder is detected, a terminal device may first determine all APP icons to be classified having a predetermined APP classification identifier from APP icons outside the target folder, and continuing with the foregoing example, the terminal device may determine all APPs having a social function from other APPs installed in the terminal device except for QQ and WeChat, for example, all determined APPs having a social function include three APPs, namely microblog APPs, strange APPs and probe APPs, and for convenience of description, the determined APP icons of the three APPs having a social function are referred to as APP icons to be classified herein.
Step 13: and determining the distance between each application icon to be classified in all the application icons to be classified and the target folder according to the relative position relationship between the application icons and the target folder.
After all the application icons to be classified are obtained in step 12, the distance between each application icon to be classified and the target folder may be determined according to the relative position relationship between the application icon and the target folder. In the embodiment of the present invention, the distance between the application icon to be classified and the target folder is a distance between a display position of the application icon to be classified and a display position of the target folder from the viewpoint of displaying.
Specifically, the number of application interfaces spaced between each application icon to be classified and the target folder may be determined, and then the distance between each application icon to be classified and the target folder is determined according to a rule that the smaller the number of spaced application desktops is, the smaller the distance between each application icon to be classified and the target folder is. Further, for the application icons to be classified which are on the same application desktop as the target folder (that is, the number of application desktops spaced between the application icons and the target folder is 0), the relative position between each application icon to be classified and the target folder may also be determined, and then the distance between each application icon to be classified and the target folder on the same application desktop as the target folder is determined according to a rule that the closer the relative position between each application icon to be classified and the target folder is, the smaller the distance between each application icon to be classified and the target folder is.
That is to say, the position relationship between each application icon to be classified and the target folder can be determined according to the first-stage relative position relationship of the application desktop where each application icon to be classified and the target folder are respectively located and the second-stage relative position relationship when the application icons are located on the same application desktop, and then the distance between each application icon to be classified and the target folder is determined according to the position relationship, wherein the distance comprises the number of intervals of the application interfaces and the distance between the display positions of the application icons and the target folder when the application icons and the target folder are located on the same application interface.
For example, the application icon 1 to be classified is located on the first application desktop, the target folder is located on the third application desktop, and it can be seen that the number of application desktops spaced between the application icon 1 to be classified and the target folder is 2; for another example, the application icon 2 to be classified is located on a first application desktop, the target folder is located on a second application desktop, and it can be seen that the number of application desktops spaced between the application icon 2 to be classified and the target folder is 1, and since the number of application desktops spaced between the application icon 2 to be classified and the target folder is less than the number of application desktops spaced between the application icon 1 to be classified and the target folder, it can be considered that the distance between the application icon 2 to be classified and the target folder is less than the distance between the application icon 1 to be classified and the target folder, for example, the distance between the application icon 2 to be classified and the target folder is set to 1, and the distance between the application icon 1 to be classified and the target folder is set to 2.
Also taking fig. 2C as an example, assuming that the panning application icon and the today's top application icon are both located on the first application desktop, and the target folder named "social" is also located on the first application desktop, since the panning application icon, the today's top application icon, and the target folder are both located on the same application desktop, the number of application desktops between the panning application icon and the today's top application icon and the target folder is 0. Further, as can be seen from fig. 2C, the application icon of the today's headline is closer to the target folder than the application icon of the tabao, so that the distance between the application icon of the today's headline and the target folder can be considered to be smaller than the distance between the application icon of the tabao and the target folder.
Further, after determining the distance between each application icon to be classified and the target folder, all the application icons to be classified may be sorted in the order from far to near or from near to far, and when sorting, the first-level positional relationship and the second-level positional relationship may be considered at the same time, specifically, for application icons to be classified that are not on the same application desktop as the target folder, the smaller the distance between the application desktops at intervals is, and for application icons to be classified that are on the same application desktop as the target folder, the smaller the distance between the application icons to be classified that are closer to the target folder is.
Step 14: and displaying the at least two application icons in a preset display area of a display interface of the target folder based on the opening operation, and sequentially displaying all application icons to be classified after sorting according to the distance between the application icons and the target folder outside the preset display area.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the target folder is opened, other APP application icons with the social function can be simultaneously displayed in the display interface of the target folder, so that the application icons grouped in the target folder can be viewed in the display interface of the target folder, other application icons can be viewed simultaneously, the display quantity of the application icons in the display interface of the target folder is increased, and the viewing efficiency of the application icons is improved.
By responding to the opening operation of the user on the target folder, the terminal device can simultaneously display the application icons in the grouped target folder and all the determined application icons to be classified in the display interface of the target folder.
Specifically, the application icons originally included in the target folder can be displayed in a preset display area of the display interface, the originally grouped application icons can be marked and displayed through the preset display area, meanwhile, the application icons to be classified can be displayed outside the preset display area of the display interface, and through the difference display inside and outside the preset display area, a user can visually and clearly determine which application icons are grouped and which application icons are to be grouped, so that the prompting performance is enhanced, and the user can accurately distinguish the application icons. For example, referring to the display interface shown in fig. 4, which is the interface after the target folder is opened, it can be seen that two grouped application icons, namely, QQ and WeChat, are displayed within the rectangular frame, and application icons of three APPs, namely, microblog, strange and spy, which are not grouped, are displayed outside the rectangular frame, so that the area covered by the rectangular frame in fig. 4 can be regarded as the aforementioned predetermined display area. In addition, fig. 4 illustrates an example of displaying the application icons to be classified below the predetermined display area, and in other implementation manners, the application icons to be classified may be displayed around the predetermined display area, or displayed above the predetermined display area, and so on.
And when the grouped application icons and the application icons to be classified are displayed in the display interface in the target folder at the same time, some other information can be displayed at the same time, for example, as shown in fig. 4, above the display area next to the application icons to be classified, text of "smart recommendation" can be displayed to indicate that the application icons below the "smart recommendation" are automatically recommended by the terminal device and belong to application programs which have been installed in the terminal device and have the "social" function, or a mark of an ellipsis can be displayed at the upper right part of the outer side of the rectangular frame, and after the mark of the ellipsis is clicked, the application icons in the rectangular frame can be edited, for example, the application icons in the rectangular frame are deleted or the display positions of the application icons are adjusted, etc., or the display ground color of the rectangular frame can also be adjusted, etc., that is, some shortcut functions may be linked by the mark of the ellipsis to make the user operation as convenient as possible.
In practice, the number of all the to-be-classified application icons determined according to the predetermined application classification identifier may be large, so that all the to-be-classified application icons cannot be displayed in the display interface of the target folder at one time, for example, 5 to all the determined to-be-classified application icons, but only 3 application icons can be displayed in the current display interface at one time according to the display mode shown in fig. 4, and the other to-be-classified application icons can be displayed in a manner of turning pages to the right. In a specific implementation, the following priority presentation mechanism may be adopted to determine that an application icon presented on the home page can be recommended first.
In a possible implementation manner, in order to facilitate that a user can display application icons that the user wishes to be able to directly view or directly operate in a current display interface as much as possible, all application icons to be classified can be ranked according to the use frequency and then preferentially displayed with the 3 application icons with the highest use frequency, and since the higher use frequency can indicate that the application icons are used more at ordinary times, the actual requirements of the user can be met as much as possible by adopting a certain ranking mechanism and then displaying the application icons.
In another possible implementation manner, a plurality of to-be-classified application icons which are not in the same application interface with the target folder can be determined from all the to-be-classified application icons, and then the determined plurality of to-be-classified application icons are preferentially displayed in the current display interface, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the micro blogs, strangers and probes displayed at this time are all application icons which are not in the same application interface with the target folder, or only application icons which are not in the same application interface with the target folder can be displayed.
In practice, when the user groups the application icons by manually dragging, for the case that the application icons and the target folder are on the same application desktop, the closer the application icons to the target folder are, the more conveniently the application icons are dragged into the target folder to realize the grouping, and naturally, the farther the application icons are, the more operation and time are spent on dragging. Similarly, for the case that the application icons and the target folder are not on the same application desktop, when the grouping is dragged to the application icons, the operation is required to be performed across application interfaces, and if the number of application desktops spaced from the target folder is larger, the number of application interfaces to be crossed during the dragging is also larger, so that the dragging operation is more complicated and time-consuming, and the probability of failure in dragging the grouping is also higher due to the fact that a plurality of application desktops are crossed during the dragging process. Therefore, for the application icons in the same application interface with the target folder, when the user performs grouping in a manual dragging mode, the user operates in the same application interface, for application icons which are not in the same application interface with the target folder, the grouping is performed in a manual dragging mode, the operation is needed to be performed across the application interfaces, the operation is relatively complex, therefore, in order to provide the operation efficiency of the application icons which are relatively complicated to operate and are not in the same application interface with the target folder as much as possible under the condition that the number of the application icons is large, therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the condition that whether the application icons to be classified are in the same application interface with the target folder or not is adopted to screen all the application icons to be classified to a certain degree and then preferentially display or filter and display the application icons, so that the operation efficiency can be improved as much as possible.
In another possible implementation manner, all the application icons to be classified may be sequentially displayed according to the distance sorting results of all the application icons to be classified and the target file, for example, all the application icons to be classified may be sequentially displayed outside the predetermined display area according to a priority display order from far to near, for example, the application icons to be classified are displayed next to the predetermined display area, that is, the application icons to be classified which are farther from the target folder are displayed closer to the predetermined display area. Continuing with the previous example, assuming that for the application icons of the three APPs, namely the microblog, the strange and the probing, 2 application interfaces are arranged between the microblog and the target folder, 1 application interface is arranged between the strange and the target folder, and the probing and the target folder are in the same application interface, it can be determined according to the above manner that the sequence of the distances between the three application icons and the target folder is the application icon corresponding to each of the microblog, the strange and the probing, so that the three application icons are displayed in the priority display sequence of the distances from far to near, as shown in fig. 4, and the display sequence enables the user to intuitively know the approximate display positions of the three application icons in practice, thereby facilitating the user to perform corresponding operations. Or the application icons of the microblogs which are farthest away from the preset display area are displayed sequentially according to the sequence of the microblogs, strange microblogs and probing, namely, the application icons of the microblogs which are farthest away from the preset display area are displayed sequentially and preferentially according to the sequence of the distance from far to near, so that a user can conveniently operate the application icons which are farther away from the preset display area, and the operation efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the display sequence of the application icons to be classified is associated with the distance between the application icons to be classified and the target folder, for example, the application icons to be classified which are farther away are displayed closer to the preset display area, so that the application icons to be classified can be displayed according to a certain rule sequence, the display efficiency and the regularity of the application icons to be classified are improved, and the intelligence of the terminal equipment can be enhanced.
After the application icons to be classified and the grouped application icons in the target folder are displayed together in the current display interface, corresponding operations on the application icons can be performed by a user conveniently, and some possible operation modes are illustrated below.
For example, for a first application icon in the application icons to be classified displayed outside the predetermined display area, the user may directly perform a predetermined operation on the first application icon to quickly start the APP corresponding to the first application icon. Continuing with fig. 4 as an example, after the user clicks the application icon of the microblog, the current display interface of the terminal device may be switched to the application operation interface of the microblog, for example, when the microblog is in a closed state before, the microblog may be started and jumped to the main page of the microblog, and when the microblog is in a background running state before, the microblog may be directly jumped to the application operation interface in which the microblog is currently running. That is to say, predetermined operation is the operation that is used for triggering terminal equipment to start the application that application icon corresponds, can trigger the terminal equipment through predetermined operation and directly run the APP that first application icon corresponds, can realize the quick start of APP through this kind of mode, need not to close present show interface earlier like prior art, and then can improve APP's start-up rate, promote user's use and experience.
For another example, for the second application icon among the application icons to be classified, which are displayed outside the predetermined display area, the user may directly perform a drag operation thereon, in the process of moving the second application icon according to the dragging operation, if the position of the second application icon is within the preset range of the predetermined display area, for example, when most of the area of the second application icon is within the predetermined display area, or when the entire area of the second application icon has been located within the predetermined display area as shown for example in figure 5, the second application icon may be moved into a predetermined display area, that is, the application icons may be rapidly moved by a drag operation of the user for the purpose of rapid grouping, so that the grouping efficiency of the application icons may be improved, for example, the display interface after the strange application icon in fig. 5 is moved into the predetermined display area by the aforementioned dragging is shown in fig. 6.
In addition, in the process of dragging operation by a user, in order to be able to move a plurality of application icons to be classified at one time, in the embodiment of the present invention, all application icons to be classified covered by a dragging track may be directly moved into a predetermined display area, specifically, in the process of dragging operation shown in fig. 5, a terminal device may obtain a dragging track for moving strange application icons into a predetermined display area based on the dragging operation, assuming that the dragging track is from strange application icons to detected application icons, and then moving into the predetermined display area as shown in fig. 5 is ended, so that not only strange application icons may be moved into the predetermined display area, but also detected application icons may be moved into the predetermined display area at the same time, and direct movement and grouping of two application icons to be classified may be achieved through one-time dragging operation, the efficiency of mobile grouping is improved. In addition, in order to reduce the wrong batch movement caused by possible misoperation of the user, in the moving process, after the strange application icons are determined to stay on the detected application icons for a period of time exceeding a certain period of time (for example, 1 second), the detected application icons are really determined to be required to be moved together, that is, the probability of device false response caused by misoperation of the user can be reduced as much as possible by limiting the stay period of time, and the moving accuracy is improved.
It should be noted that the first application icon and the second application icon are both any one of the application icons to be classified, that is, the first application icon and the second application icon are general fingers of the application icon to be classified, for example, as shown in fig. 5, the second application icon is an application icon of a microblog therein, and in other illustrations, the second application icon may also be an unfamiliar or spy application icon, for example, and the like.
