The heat exchange system of a multi-split air conditioner as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the outdoor unit assembly (1) further comprises a four-way valve (13), and the control unit (7) is electrically connected with the four-way valve (13) so as to control the state of the four-way valve (13) according to a temperature signal.

A heat exchange system of a multi-split air conditioner as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the indoor unit assembly (2) further comprises a first water pump (14), the first water pump (14) is connected with the fan coil (3) to drive water flow inside the fan coil (3) to move, and the line controller (10) is electrically connected with the first water pump (14) to control operation of the first water pump (14).
7. A heat exchange system of a multi-split air conditioner as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the outdoor unit assembly (1) further comprises a second water pump (15), and the control unit (7) is electrically connected with the second water pump (15) to control the operation of the second water pump (15).
8. An air conditioner, characterized in that: the multi-split air conditioner comprises a heat exchange system, wherein the heat exchange system is the heat exchange system of the multi-split air conditioner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
