Background
The gear shaft is assembled in an inner hole of the fixed bearing, a small gap exists between the fixed bearing and the outer circle of the fixed bearing, the outer circle of the fixed bearing is arranged in the shell, and a small gap exists between the outer circle of the fixed bearing and the shell, the gap is communicated with a high-pressure cavity in the pump, meanwhile, for convenience of processing, the fixed bearing assembly is usually formed by combining two bearings which are not in a full circle shape, the structure causes that the sealing design is difficult to be carried out between a high-pressure area outside the fixed bearing and a low-pressure area inside the fixed bearing, internal leakage is easy to cause, and the efficiency of the gear pump under high pressure is influenced.

And the installation position of the sealing ring 5 is also kept, so that the displacement of the fixed bearing caused by vibration during working under the non-uniform stress state is prevented.
For example, the diameter of the connecting hole 7 is 2mm, the center distance is 0.5mm, and when the device is installed, the connecting hole 7 is connected and attached by a cylindrical positioning pin 8 with the diameter of 2 mm. Because the structure of the connecting hole 7 is the same as the diameter of the positioning pin 8 in the width direction and is 2mm, the assembled fixed bearing assembly is fixed by the positioning pin 8 in the radial direction, and the width of the connecting hole 7 of the fixed bearing in the axial direction is larger than the diameter of the positioning pin 8, so that the two fixed bearing rings 1 can be displaced relatively and have an axial adjusting function. In order to realize accurate assembly, the center distance of the two semicircles is larger than the processing error of the positions of the two connecting holes 7.
The invention also discloses the sealing ring, which is formed by two large semicircles with the end parts correspondingly connected, wherein the joint of the two large semicircles is provided with a cylindrical lug 6 which is used for being clamped in the fixed hole 4; the longitudinal section of the utility model is in the shape of a rectangle 5-1 at the bottom, and a semicircular bulge 5-2 at the upper part of the rectangle 5-1. The bottom is rectangular 5-1 to facilitate the installation and positioning of the seal ring 5 in irregular shapes. A stationary bearing assembly for a gear pump according to claim 1, characterized in that the two bearing rings (1) are detachably connected by connecting means and are relatively movable in axial direction; the connecting device comprises an annular connecting hole (7) formed in the plane of each bearing ring (1) and a positioning pin (8), and the two ends of the positioning pin (8) are clamped in the corresponding connecting holes (7); the positioning pin (8) is fixed in the radial direction and can move in the axial direction in a displacement mode so as to drive the corresponding bearing rings (1) to move relatively in the axial direction and adjust that two surfaces of the two bearing rings (1) on the same side are completely located on the same plane.
