a cylindrical groove (5) is arranged on the end face of the large end of the spline connecting sleeve (2); a group of rectangular grooves (51) are arranged on the inner wall of the cylindrical groove (5); the bottom of the rectangular groove (51) is connected with one end of a group of springs; the other end of the spring is contacted with the cylindrical surface of the round rod (52); a blocking support (53) is arranged at the notch of the cylindrical groove (5); the blocking support (53) is arc-shaped, the blocking support (53) can slide in a sliding groove (54) of the spline connecting sleeve (2), and one end of the blocking support (53) is provided with a rotating handle; an inclined plane is arranged on the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical groove (5) of the spline connecting sleeve (2); the inclined plane is arranged between two adjacent rectangular grooves (51), and a group of circular arc grooves are formed in the inclined plane;
