Description

Wheat straw fiber non-woven mask base cloth and wheat straw fiber mask
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care product patch type masks, and particularly relates to a wheat straw fiber non-woven mask base cloth and a wheat straw fiber mask prepared by adopting the wheat straw fiber non-woven mask base cloth.
Background
In the daily skin care products, the facial mask is popular with consumers due to obvious effect and convenient carrying, and is one of the fastest growing market segments of the daily chemical industry in China at present. The fast development speed of facial mask is closely related to its efficacy, and its action mechanism mainly includes: firstly, the mask can improve the skin temperature, expand pores and promote the secretion and metabolism of sweat glands by preventing the skin from contacting with air and inhibiting the evaporation of water; secondly, a large amount of water and nutrient substances in the mask can fully moisten the skin cuticle, so that the skin cuticle becomes soft and the elasticity and the vitality are increased; the penetration of the stratum corneum is enhanced, so that the nutrient substances in the mask can effectively permeate into the skin and promote the metabolism of epithelial cells; thirdly, the mask has an adhesion function, when the mask is removed, dirt on the surface layer of the skin (such as epidermal cell metabolites, excessive sebum, residual makeup and the like) is adhered and removed together with the mask, so that the hair follicles of the skin are smooth, and the sebum is smoothly discharged. Therefore, as long as the facial mask is scientifically and reasonably used, the skin water deficiency and hoarseness can be effectively improved, the melanin and fine lines are reduced, the skin aging is delayed, and the effects of removing freckles and acnes are achieved to a certain extent.
The facial mask can be divided into a tear-off facial mask, a mud cream facial mask, a gel facial mask and a patch facial mask according to the type of the facial mask, wherein the patch facial mask comprises a facial mask base cloth and essence, the facial mask base cloth is used as a carrier for absorbing the essence and can be fixedly attached to a specific position of a face to form a sealing layer, and the absorption of the essence is promoted. The patch type mask is most convenient to use and is the class with the largest sales volume and the fastest growth in mask products.
The base cloth of the facial mask mainly comprises non-woven fabrics, real silk, technical silk, pure cotton fiber, biological fiber, viscose fiber, tencel and the like. The mask base cloth is used as a supporting carrier, does not bear the main functional action of the mask, is generally discarded after being used, and cannot be recycled for secondary use, so that the discarded mask base cloth becomes solid waste and enters the environment more and more along with the rapid growth and expansion of the market of the patch mask. If the non-woven fabric facial mask base cloth made of organic synthetic fibers is used, a large amount of petroleum resources are consumed in the production process, and the degradation speed in the environment is low in the later period; the raw materials of the real silk and pure cotton fiber facial mask base cloth are silk and cotton, so that the cost is high, and the raw materials are discarded to cause resource waste; the technical silk, viscose fiber and tencel mask base cloth are produced by taking natural fiber as a raw material, the raw material source is cotton, wood fiber and the like, a large amount of organic solvents and chemicals are used in the production process, and the environment is not friendly; the raw material of the biological fiber mask base cloth is bacterial cellulose prepared by fermenting gluconacetobacter, the production process is complex, the difficulty is high, the cost is high, and the popularization and the use are limited.
As a 'used and disposable' material, the problem to be solved is how to save resources and obtain an environment-friendly non-woven mask base fabric.

The invention also aims to provide a wheat straw fiber facial mask prepared by adopting the wheat straw fiber non-woven facial mask base cloth.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the wheat straw fiber non-woven mask base cloth is prepared by the following steps:
1) cutting dried wheat straw into small segments with length of 40-60mm, soaking in water for 12-16 hr, taking out, squeezing, and dehydrating to obtain wheat straw particles;
2) placing the wheat straw crushed aggregates obtained in the step 1) in a steam explosion device for steam explosion, wherein the steam temperature is 210-220 ℃, the explosion pressure is 3.0-3.5MPa, the heat and pressure are preserved for 4.0-5.0min, and the explosion fiber material is obtained after pressure relief and discharging;
3) soaking the blasting fiber material obtained in the step 2) in water for washing for 4-6h, taking out, and extruding and dehydrating to obtain a washing fiber material;

5) uniformly spraying an ethanol solution of alpha-bisabolol on the surface of the non-woven base material obtained in the step 4), and drying to remove ethanol to obtain a allergy-relieving base material; wherein the dosage of the alpha-bisabolol is 0.2 to 0.4 percent of the mass of the non-woven base material;
6) soaking the allergy-relieving base material obtained in the step 5) into a chitosan acetic acid aqueous solution, defoaming for 10-20s under negative pressure, taking out, extruding out redundant liquid, drying, and controlling the weight of the product to be 4.0% -5.0% of the mass of the allergy-relieving base material to obtain the mask base cloth.
In the step 1), the moisture content of the wheat straw crushed material is 40-45%.
In the step 3), the solid-liquid mass ratio of the water washing is 1 (4-5). Further, the temperature of the water washing is 60-65 ℃.
In the step 4), the water jet pressure of the water jet reinforcement is 25-28bar, and the diameter of the outlet of the water jet hole is 0.08-0.12 mm.
In the step 4), the drying temperature is 65-70 ℃, and the drying is carried out until the moisture content of the non-woven substrate is not more than 8%. The drying is hot air drying.
In the step 5), the mass concentration of the alpha-bisabolol in the ethanol solution of the alpha-bisabolol is 4.0-5.0%.
In the step 6), the mass concentration of chitosan in the chitosan acetic acid aqueous solution is 2.0-2.5%. The solvent used by the chitosan acetic acid aqueous solution is acetic acid aqueous solution, and the mass concentration of acetic acid in the acetic acid aqueous solution is 5.0-7.0%.
In the step 6), the drying temperature is 65-70 ℃, and the drying is carried out until the water content of the mask base cloth is not more than 8%.
A wheat straw fiber facial mask prepared by adopting the wheat straw fiber non-woven facial mask base cloth. And soaking the mask base cloth into the essence to fully absorb the essence, so as to prepare the wheat straw fiber mask. The mass ratio of the mask base cloth to the essence carried by the mask base cloth is 1 (9-10).
According to the non-woven mask base cloth made of the wheat straw fibers, the fiber raw materials are the wheat straws (wheat straws), the wheat straws contain about 43% of cellulose, and the cellulose is a source of the strength of the wheat straw fibers; it also contains about 22% lignin and about 14% hemicellulose. The wheat straws are pretreated by adopting a steam explosion process, the steam quickly heats the wheat straw raw material to a set temperature, the high-pressure water vapor diffuses and permeates into the cell walls of the wheat straw fibers, and the wetted wheat straw fibers are exploded due to sudden release of pressure and quick reduction of temperature when the process is finished, so that the purpose of separating and refining the fibers is achieved. After steam explosion treatment, cellulose and hemicellulose in the straw fiber are degraded, lignin is activated, saccharides and acids are increased, macromolecular saccharides are decomposed into micromolecular saccharides, and the exploded fiber material is washed by water to dissolve out and remove water-soluble degraded saccharides, so that fiber agglomeration and hardening caused by the parts of the saccharides in the subsequent process are avoided, finished product deterioration can be prevented, and storage time is prolonged.
The water washing liquid obtained by washing the blasting fiber material contains more water-soluble degraded carbohydrate substances from biomass sources, and can be directly used as a retarder of a cement-based or gypsum-based material or used as a raw material for preparing the retarder, for example, the water washing liquid is concentrated to prepare the retarder.
The crop straw belongs to a biomass material, has good biocompatibility, and the wheat straw fiber subjected to steam explosion has good hydrophilicity, and the non-woven substrate prepared from the wheat straw fiber meets the requirements of the mask base fabric on the biocompatibility and the hydrophilic liquid carrying capacity.
According to the wheat straw fiber non-woven mask base cloth, the wheat straw raw material is soaked in water for softening before steam explosion, so that the polymerization degree of the fiber degree of the wheat straw small section material is reduced, lignin is softened, hemicellulose is degraded under the action of high-temperature and high-pressure steam of the steam explosion, the lignin bonded with cellulose is partially peeled, the raw material is torn into fine fibers, and the fibers are prevented from being excessively crushed into powder when the dried wheat straw material is directly subjected to the steam explosion. After the wheat straw softening material is subjected to steam explosion, the original fiber structure is destroyed, and the obtained wheat straw fiber structure is fluffy and soft, so that a good foundation is laid for manufacturing soft and comfortable mask base cloth. Because the fiber material obtained by the steam explosion process is fluffy, the fiber material can be directly carded into a net without opening. The spunlace process is adopted for reinforcement molding, and the molded base material is soft and comfortable in hand feeling.
The wheat straw fiber non-woven mask base fabric is prepared by preparing a non-woven base material by adopting wheat straw fibers, uniformly spraying ethanol solution of alpha-bisabolol on the front surface and the back surface of the non-woven base material, and drying to remove ethanol to obtain the allergy-relieving base material. The alpha-bisabolol is used as a soothing agent and is attached to the front surface and the back surface of the non-woven base material, so that the anaphylactic reaction of sensitive skin caused by biomass wheat straw fibers is reduced. Finally, soaking the obtained allergy-relieving base material into a chitosan acetic acid aqueous solution, defoaming for 10-20s under negative pressure, taking out, extruding out redundant liquid, drying, and forming a chitosan thin layer on the surface of the base material fiber; the chitosan has a macromolecular structure so that the chitosan has excellent biocompatibility of resisting bacteria, removing mites, diminishing inflammation, removing suppuration, relieving pain, removing scars, reducing the precipitation of liquid on a wound surface, facilitating the healing of a wound part and the like, and a chitosan thin layer obtained by soaking and modifying is in contact with the skin of a human body, so that the biocompatibility and the antibacterial property of the chitosan thin layer can be fully exerted, and the hydrophilicity and the liquid carrying capacity of the mask base cloth are further improved.
According to the wheat straw fiber non-woven mask base fabric, the wheat straw fiber prepared by steam explosion is used as the raw material to prepare the non-woven base material, the biocompatibility is good, the explosion fiber material is washed by water and then is carded into a net, and the net is reinforced and formed in a spunlace mode, so that the obtained non-woven base material is soft and comfortable in texture; the obtained facial mask base cloth is in contact with the facial skin of a human body by spraying alpha-bisabolol and soaking chitosan for modification, and does not generate allergy, infection and swelling reaction; the chitosan surface layer has the performances of antibiosis, antiphlogosis and pain relief, and the healing of facial micro-wounds is promoted; the mechanical property is good, the breaking strength is good in both dry state and wet state, and the processing and the use are convenient; the liquid holding capacity is strong, and more nutrient solution can be carried, so that the nutrient components of the nutrient solution can be absorbed by skin more quickly; the air permeability is good, does not influence the normal breathing of facial skin, and the travelling comfort is high. The mask base cloth is prepared by adopting the wheat straws as the raw materials on the whole, and the wheat straws originally belong to agricultural wastes, have wide sources and low cost; based on the composition and structural characteristics of wheat straws, the wheat straw fiber is prepared by a novel process of water washing after steam explosion, and finally the wheat straw fiber-based mask base cloth is prepared, so that the performance requirements of the mask base cloth are met, and the mask base cloth has a good use effect; after the mask base cloth is used and thrown away, the wheat straw fiber is degraded quickly in the environment, and the mask base cloth belongs to a novel environment-friendly mask base cloth. The invention changes waste into valuable, provides a new idea for recycling the crop straws and has good economic and environmental benefits.
