Abstract
The invention provides a device for helping an elevator car to lift, which comprises a balancing device, wherein the balancing device is fixed at the top of an elevator shaft and above a hanging counterweight and the elevator car, the balancing device comprises a deflector, a deflector and an auxiliary pulley, one side of the deflector is connected with a traction pulley, the deflector is connected below the deflector, the auxiliary pulley is connected with one side of the deflector and moves relative to the deflector through a guide rail, the auxiliary pulley is contacted with a belt along the guide rail when the hanging counterweight descends, and the auxiliary pulley is separated from the belt along the guide rail when the hanging counterweight ascends. Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to elevator equipment, and more particularly to an apparatus for assisting in lifting an elevator car.
Background
The elevator car of existing elevator systems is typically suspended in the elevator hoistway by one or more traction sheave and traction ropes, etc., while the elevator system also suspends a counterweight structure corresponding to the elevator car, which moves the elevator car up and down along the elevator hoistway under the interaction of the counterweight structure with the traction sheave and traction ropes. However, in the process of lifting the elevator car, particularly in the case of fewer lifting floors, the elevator car with excessive acceleration needs to be decelerated in time, and the pulling force of the elevator system on the elevator car is obviously reduced due to the interaction of inertia and the pulling component, so that the pulling force of the suspending component on the elevator car is smaller than the required pulling force of the suspending component on the elevator car, and the performance of the elevator system is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the elevator system which has reasonable structural design and effectively increases the tension of the elevator system to the elevator car when the elevator car ascends, thereby balancing the movement of the elevator car in an elevator shaft, meeting the required traction force of a suspension component to the elevator car and improving the performance of the elevator system.

The belt 30 interacts with the first pulley 22, the traction sheave 21, the second pulley 23 and the suspension weight 11 to achieve the ascent or descent of the car 10, and the car 10, the suspension weight 11 move vertically up and down in the elevator hoistway 1 with opposite directions of movement, the suspension weight 11 serving to reduce the difference in tension of the belt 30 on both sides of the sheave 20 when the car 10 is ascent or descent.
Two guide ropes 12 are suspended near the inner wall of the elevator shaft 1 in opposite positions, the horizontal distance from the guide rope 12 to the elevator shaft 1 is preferably 5cm, two guide pieces 13 are arranged on one side of the suspension counterweight 11 near the inner wall of the elevator shaft 1, the two guide pieces 13 are positioned in the same vertical direction, and likewise, two guide pieces 13 are arranged on one side of the car 10 near the inner wall of the elevator shaft 1, the two guide pieces are positioned in the same vertical direction, one guide rope 12 is nested in the guide piece 13 on the suspension counterweight 11, the other guide rope 12 is nested in the guide piece 13 on the car 10, and the guide rope 12 is matched with the guide pieces 13 to guide the movement of the suspension counterweight 11 and the car 10.
Referring to fig. 2, the balancing apparatus 40 of the present embodiment includes a deflector 41, a deflector 42, and an auxiliary pulley 43. Auxiliary pulley 43 is located between traction sheave 21 and second pulley 22 both vertically and horizontally. The deflector 41 is used to drive the traction sheave 21 and rotate the traction sheave 21 in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, and the traction sheave 21 is connected to one side of the deflector 41. The deflector 42 is fixed below the deflector 41, a guide rail 44 is provided on the deflector 42, the direction of the guide rail 44 is horizontal, the auxiliary pulley 43 is provided on the guide rail 44, and the deflector 42 is used for driving the auxiliary pulley 43 and horizontally moving the auxiliary pulley 43 along the guide rail 44.
When the belt 30 passes through the traction sheave 21, the auxiliary sheave 43 and the second sheave 23 in this order, the belt 30 is positioned on the same side as the auxiliary sheave 43 and the second sheave 23, and when the suspended weight 11 is lowered and the car 10 is raised, the deflector 42 drives the auxiliary sheave 43 to move along the guide rail 44 in a direction approaching the traction sheave 21 and to contact the belt 30, and when the suspended weight 11 is raised and the car 10 is lowered, the deflector 42 drives the auxiliary sheave 43 to move along the guide rail 44 in a direction separating from the traction sheave 21 and to separate from the belt 30. In this case, the diameter of the auxiliary pulley 43 is smaller than the second pulley 23, and the horizontal distance from the end of the guide rail 44 remote from the first pulley 22 to the end of the second pulley 23 remote from the first pulley 22 is smaller than the radius of the auxiliary pulley 43, the horizontal distance from the end of the guide rail 44 close to the first pulley 22 to the end of the traction pulley 21 close to the first pulley 22 is smaller than the radius of the auxiliary pulley 43, and the horizontal distance from the end of the second pulley 23 remote from the first pulley 22 to the end of the traction pulley 21 remote from the first pulley 22 is larger than the diameter of the second pulley 23. As the auxiliary sheave 43 continues to approach the traction sheave 21 along the guide rail 44, the contact of the auxiliary sheave 43 with the belt 30 increases gradually, increasing the friction between the auxiliary sheave 43 and the belt 30, and increasing the tension of the belt 30, thereby balancing the movement of the car 10 in the elevator hoistway 1.
