The first butterfly bolt 173 is rotated anticlockwise, the fixing of the first butterfly bolt 173 to the telescopic rod 174 is removed, the telescopic rod 174 is adjusted to move in the second hollow tube 171, the arc-shaped polishing plate 177 is attached to the surface of the steel tube, the first butterfly bolt 173 is rotated clockwise, the first butterfly bolt 173 fixes the telescopic rod 174, and therefore the surface of the steel tube can be well polished through the arc-shaped polishing plate 177.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the dust-proof polishing device for pipes further includes a fourth slide rail 23, a fifth slider 24, a moving plate 25, a third fixing plate 26, a fourth fixing plate 28, and a second butterfly bolt 29; the fourth slide rail 23 is embedded in the bottom of the collecting frame 2, the moving plate 25 is slidably connected with the fourth slide rail 23 through the fifth slider 24, the auxiliary supporting mechanism 7 is fixedly connected to the top of the moving plate 25, the third fixing plate 26 is fixedly connected to one side of the moving plate 25, the third fixing plate 26 is provided with a second threaded hole 27, the second butterfly bolt 29 is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole 27, and the fourth fixing plate 28 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the second butterfly bolt 29.
The second butterfly bolt 29 is rotated anticlockwise, the second butterfly bolt 29 drives the fourth fixing plate 28 to separate from the fourth slide rail 23, and the fixing effect on the third fixing plate 26 is removed, so that the moving plate 25 can move left and right along the track of the fourth slide rail 23 through the fifth slider 24, and the auxiliary supporting mechanism 7 can be adjusted according to the length of the steel pipe; so, the steel pipe of different length can both carry out comprehensive polishing.
As shown in fig. 7, the dust-proof polishing device for the pipe further includes a magnet 30; a magnet 30 is placed in the collection frame 2, and the magnet 30 can adsorb the iron filings that follow the coolant liquid flowing down after polishing, and carry out reutilization to iron filings.
The first fixing plate 66 and the second fixing plate 613 are both arc-shaped, so that the contact area between the first fixing plate 66 and the steel pipe inner wall and the contact area between the second fixing plate 613 and the steel pipe inner wall are increased, and the friction force is increased.
The first fixing plate 66 and the second fixing plate 613 are both made of hard rubber, and the hard rubber can increase the friction force with the inner wall of the steel pipe, so that the steel pipe is prevented from being separated from the first fixing plate 66 and the second fixing plate 613 during polishing, and the polishing effect of the steel pipe is prevented from being influenced.
The control mode of the invention is automatically controlled by the controller, the control circuit of the controller can be realized by simple programming of a person skilled in the art, the supply of the power supply also belongs to the common knowledge in the field, and the invention is mainly used for protecting mechanical devices, so the control mode and the circuit connection are not explained in detail in the invention.
