本发明涉及环保技术领域,特别是涉及一种气体净化装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,空气质量越来越差,不断增加的工业废气、汽车尾气以及家庭装修等作业所产生的多种气体污染严重威胁着人们的身体健康。目前的气
体净化装置存在着净化效率低的问题,无法满足人们的正常需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种气体净化装置,结构简单,操作方便,可满足空气净化的不间断使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种气体净化装置,包括:进气口、出气口、本体、粗颗粒过滤层、净化部、过滤部、风机、备用部和监控系统,所述本体左右两端分别为进气口和出气口,所述本体内设置有粗颗粒过滤层、净化部、过滤部和风机,所述净化部设置在粗颗粒过滤层和过滤部之间,所述过滤部设置在净化部和风机之间,所述本体外部一侧连接有监控系统,所述监控系统设置在净化部出口一侧,所述本体外部另一侧设置有备用部。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述过滤部内设置有静电除尘层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述净化部设置有活性炭吸附层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述粗颗粒过滤层为海绵层或分子筛层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述进气口和出气口至少设置有一个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述风机与本体右端距离2-3cm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种气体净化装置,结构简单,操作方便,可满足空气净化的不间断使用。

一种气体净化装置,包括:进气口1、出气口2、本体3、粗颗粒过滤层4、净化部5、过滤部6、风机7、备用部8和监控系统9,所述本体3左右两端分别为进气口1和出气口2,所述本体3内设置有粗颗粒过滤层4、净化部5、过滤部6和风机7,所述净化部5设置在粗颗粒过滤层4和过滤部6之间,所述过滤部6设置在净化部5和风机7之间,所述本体3外部一侧连接有监控系统9,所述监控系统9设置在净化部5出口一侧,所述本体3外部另一侧设置有备用部8。
具体实施时,当监控系统9监测到净化部5出口处浓度增高至室内空气值标准上限时,监控系统9报警,提醒人员用备用部8跟换净化部5,净化部5 经过清洗后再放入备用部8内。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种气体净化装置,结构简单,操作方便,可满足空气净化的不间断使用。

1.一种气体净化装置,其特征在于,包括:进气口、出气口、本体、粗颗粒过滤层、净化部、过滤部、风机、备用部和监控系统,所述本体左右两端分别为进气口和出气口,所述本体内设置有粗颗粒过滤层、净化部、过滤部和风机,所述净化部设置在粗颗粒过滤层和过滤部之间,所述过滤部设置在净化部和风机之间,所述本体外部一侧连接有监控系统,所述监控系统设置在净化部出口一侧,所述本体外部另一侧设置有备用部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气体净化装置,其特征在于,所述过滤部内设置有静电除尘层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气体净化装置,其特征在于,所述净化部设置有活性炭吸附层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气体净化装置,其特征在于,所述粗颗粒过滤层为海绵层或分子筛层。
