Abstract
The application provides a filter element group spare and water purifier. The filter cartridge assembly includes a filter cartridge, an interface mechanism, and a connector. The interface mechanism is arranged on the filter flask, and the joint is connected with the interface mechanism to realize the communication with the filter flask. The interface mechanism comprises a mechanism body and a deformable plugging piece, a water passing channel communicated with the filter flask is formed in the mechanism body, and the deformable plugging piece is arranged on the mechanism body. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
Fig. 1, 2 and 4 show a filter cartridge assembly of the present invention comprising a filter bottle 10, an interface mechanism 20 and a connector 30. The interface mechanism 20 is disposed on the filter flask 10 and the adapter 30 communicates with the filter flask 10 by connecting to the interface mechanism 20. The interface mechanism 20 comprises a mechanism body 21 and a deformable blocking piece 22, a water passing channel 211 communicated with the filter flask 10 is formed on the mechanism body 21, and the deformable blocking piece 22 is arranged on the mechanism body 21. The deformable blocking member 22 has a first state in which it is not deformed and closes the water passage 211 and a second state in which it is deformed and opens the water passage 211, and the insertion of the joint 30 into the water passage 211 deforms the deformable blocking member 22 into the second state.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, when the filter flask 10 is installed, the filter flask 10 is connected with the joint 30 through the interface mechanism 20. The deformable closure 22 is deformed to a second state by inserting the connector 30 into the water passage 211, wherein the water passage 211 is open to permit the filtering of water. When the filter bottle 10 needs to be disassembled, the joint 30 is pulled out from the water passage, and meanwhile, the deformable blocking piece 22 returns to the first undeformed state under the action of the self-restoring force, and the water passage 211 is closed. Therefore, when the filter flask 10 is detached, the water passage can be automatically cut off through the interface mechanism 20 arranged on the filter flask 10, and water in the filter flask 10 is prevented from leaking. From this, can let the customer change by oneself, solve the water purifier because of taking place the phenomenon of leaking at filter core device replacement process, promote product reliability, effectively eliminate the potential safety hazard.
Alternatively, the mechanism body 21 and the filter flask 10 may be connected by a screw structure.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the middle portion of the deformable closure member 22 is fixed to the mechanism body 21 and the remainder of the deformable closure member 22 is deformed to the second state. When in use, the middle part of the deformable blocking piece 22 is fixed without deformation, and the rest part can be deformed to open the water passage 211. As an alternative embodiment, it is also possible to fix the edge portion of the deformable closure member 22 to the mechanism body 21, and to deform the remaining portion thereof to the second state.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, a water outlet notch 31 is opened at an end of the joint 30, and the joint 30 can convey water into the water passage 211 through the water outlet notch 31. The water outlet notch 31 can prevent the end of the joint 30 from being blocked by the deformable blocking piece 22 and being incapable of delivering water. In a preferred embodiment, there are a plurality of water outlet notches 31, and the plurality of water outlet notches 31 are distributed at intervals. The water delivery area can be increased by the plurality of water outlet gaps 31, so that water delivery is smoother. As shown in fig. 3, in the present invention, there are 4 water outlet notches 31. Preferably, in the technical solution of the present invention, the water outlet notch 31 is a strip-shaped through slot opened at the end of the joint 30.
As a preferred embodiment, the deformable closure member 22 is circular, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, and the center of the deformable closure member 22 is fixed to the mechanism body 21. The fitting 30 is a sleeve adapted to the deformable closure 22, the circular opening of the sleeve being adapted to deform the remainder of the deformable closure 22 to the second state. When the filter flask 10 is installed, the circular mouth of the sleeve bends the peripheral portion of the deformable closure 22 downward to open the water passage 211. When the filter bottle 10 needs to be disassembled, the connector 30 is pulled out from the water passing channel, the circular deformable blocking piece 22 is restored, and the water passing channel 211 is closed.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, there are a plurality of water passing channels 211, a plurality of deformable blocking pieces 22 and a plurality of joints 30, each deformable blocking piece 22 is arranged corresponding to each water passing channel 211, and each joint 30 is arranged corresponding to each water passing channel 211. Optionally, in the technical solution of this embodiment, there are two water passing channels 211, and there are two deformable plugging members 22 and two connectors 30.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the filter cartridge assembly further comprises a connector plate 40, the connector 30 being disposed on the connector plate 40. The joint plate 40 corresponds to the mechanism body 21, and facilitates insertion of the joint 30 into the water passage 211.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the solution of the present embodiment, the interface mechanism 20 is mounted on the top of the filter flask 10, and the filter cartridge assembly further comprises a lower cap 50, and the lower cap 50 is mounted on the bottom of the filter flask 10. In a preferred embodiment, a handle is provided on the lower cap 50 to facilitate user operation to attach/detach the filter flask 10. Optionally, the lower cap 50 is connected to the bottom of the filter flask 10 by spin-on welding or integrally formed.
In the technical solution of the present invention, the deformable blocking member 22 is a rubber elastic sheet, whose appearance is characterized by a T-shaped umbrella shape, and is fixed by a rod in the middle.
Optionally, in the technical scheme of the present invention, the materials of the filter flask 10 are all food grade materials.
The invention also provides a water purifier, which comprises the filter element assembly. Adopt the water purifier of above-mentioned filter element group spare, can let the customer change the filter core by oneself, solved the water purifier because of taking place the water leakage phenomenon at the filter core device replacement process, promoted product reliability, effectively eliminated the potential safety hazard.
Optionally, in the technical solution of the present invention, the joint 30 may be disposed on a filter element base of the water purifier matching with the filter element device, or may be directly disposed on a water channel plate matching with the filter element device.

an interface mechanism (20) disposed on the filter flask (10);
a connector (30) which is connected with the interface mechanism (20) to realize the communication with the filter bottle (10);
characterized in that said interface mechanism (20) comprises:
the mechanism comprises a mechanism body (21), wherein a water passing channel (211) communicated with the filter flask (10) is formed in the mechanism body (21);
the deformable blocking piece (22) is arranged on the mechanism body (21), the deformable blocking piece (22) has a first state of being undeformed and closing the water passing channel (211) and a second state of being deformed and opening the water passing channel (211), and the joint (30) is inserted into the water passing channel (211) to deform the deformable blocking piece (22) to the second state;
the deformable blocking piece (22) is circular, the center of the deformable blocking piece (22) is fixed on the mechanism body (21), the joint (30) is a sleeve matched with the deformable blocking piece (22), and the round opening of the sleeve can enable the rest part of the deformable blocking piece (22) to deform to the second state.
2. The filter element assembly according to claim 1, wherein the deformable closure member (22) is fixed at its central portion to the mechanism body (21) and the remaining portion of the deformable closure member (22) is deformed to the second state.
3. The filter element assembly according to claim 2, wherein the end of the joint (30) is provided with a water outlet notch (31).
4. The filter element assembly according to claim 3, wherein said water outlet notches (31) are multiple, said water outlet notches (31) being spaced apart.
5. The filter element assembly according to claim 3, wherein the water outlet gap (31) is a strip-shaped through slot provided at the end of the joint (30).

The filter element assembly according to claim 1, wherein said water passage (211) is plural, said deformable closure (22) and said connector (30) are also plural, each deformable closure (22) being provided in correspondence of each water passage (211), each connector (30) being provided in correspondence of each water passage (211).
7. The filter element assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a joint plate (40), the joint (30) being provided on the joint plate (40).
8. The filter cartridge assembly according to claim 1, wherein the interface mechanism (20) is mounted on top of the filter flask (10), the filter cartridge assembly further comprising a lower cap (50), the lower cap (50) being mounted on the bottom of the filter flask (10).
9. The filter element assembly according to claim 8, wherein a handle is provided on the lower cover (50).
10. A water purifier comprising a filter element assembly, characterized in that the filter element assembly is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
