Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of solid material dehydration, and particularly relates to a disc type filtering device capable of improving the processing capacity of a filter and reducing the filtering energy consumption. The invention can improve the filtering efficiency of the disc filter, the filtering area of the filter fan is positioned at the lower part of the slurry, and the average pressure intensity can be higher than that of the common disc filter, thereby greatly enhancing the imbibition power of the imbibition area, increasing the thickness of the filter cake and improving the processing capacity of the filter.

Background
The disc filter is widely applied to the dehydration operation of solid powder because of the characteristics of continuous operation, large unit area treatment capacity, small occupied area and the like. The current disc filter has a single negative pressure vacuum as the power for the imbibition operation in one filtering period, and has a limit of one atmosphere and limited power, so that the thickness of a filter cake on the surface of a filter cloth in an imbibition area is limited from the power source, thereby limiting the efficiency of the filtering rate of the filter, namely the processing capacity of the filter. Similarly, when the filter is carried out by vacuumizing under negative pressure, the thickness of the filter cloth adsorption material layer is completely realized by the power of vacuumizing, the energy consumption of the unit treatment capacity of the filter is higher, and the filtering treatment capacity is low.

the stirring system comprises a group of dividing grooves which are arranged at the bottom of the slurry tank and are equal to the filter discs in number, a circumferential sealing plate which is arranged on each filter disc, a plurality of rows of circular rings which are arranged along the circumference of the circumferential sealing plate at equal angles, and each filter disc immersed in the slurry tank is arranged in each dividing groove in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
The number of the filter discs in the group is not more than 4.
The diameter of the filter disc is 3m-5m.
Each groove bottom flange in the row of groove bottom flanges is welded with the groove bottom center of one separation groove.
The interval circumferential angle of the arrangement of the plurality of rows of circular rings arranged at equal angles is 1-5 degrees, and the number of the rows of circular rings on each circumferential sealing plate is 1-3.

The corresponding slurry tank 4 is a tank body which is matched with the diameter of the larger filter disc 5 and has the depth of 1.4-1.7 times of that of a common filter, and a tank body flange connected with the feeding branch pipe 3 is reserved at one side of the bottom of the tank body. The filter fan of the filter disc system is divided into a non-filtering area 7 and a filtering area 8 from near to far from the main shaft of the filter, the non-filtering area 7 is sealed by an adhesive solvent (such as paint, heavy oil and the like), and the sealed non-filtering area 7 can be dissolved by some organic solvents (such as gasoline, dimethylbenzene and the like), so that the non-filtering area 7 is completely or partially unsealed, and the areas of the filtering area 8 and the non-filtering area 7 on the filter disc 5 are adjusted.

The plurality of rows of circular rings 10 which are circumferentially arranged at equal angles are arranged at intervals of 1-5 degrees, and the plurality of rows of circular rings 10 on each circumferential sealing plate 9 are arranged in 1-3 rows.
