Technical Field
The present invention relates to biological wound care films, and more particularly to biological wound care films capable of mixing pharmaceutical agents.
Background
The general first measure of trauma treatment is to clean and disinfect the wound surface, and protect the wound surface with a wound dressing to prevent subsequent infection. In recent years, the development of wound dressings has been fast, and various wound care films have been proposed. However, most of the synthetic material films, such as silicone rubber film, polyurethane film, nylon film, polyester film, polyethylene film, polypropylene film, etc., have been applied for a while, it has been found that the synthetic material has poor tissue compatibility and unsatisfactory therapeutic effect, and some attempts have been made to use natural biological materials, such as collagen, to manufacture a wound-protecting film, but the mechanical properties of collagen are poor, and the wound-protecting film is reinforced by using a synthetic film, and although the tissue compatibility of the collagen synthetic material composite film can be improved, the increased thickness and the poor flexibility of the collagen composite film have poor air permeability and poor usability. The present invention overcomes the deficiencies of the prior art and provides a biological wound care film capable of mixing pharmaceutical agents.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a biological wound care film capable of pharmaceutical agent mixing, comprising: the fixing base material is made of flexible materials with good biocompatibility; the bottom of each medicine containing cavity is connected with at least one collecting pipe through a biological pipe; and the inner part of the medicine carrying piece is provided with a cavity communicated with the collecting pipe.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the bottom end of the tablet carrier is provided with a pharmaceutical agent slow-release layer.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixing substrate comprises a semipermeable intestinal membrane with good air permeability and fibronectin with adhesiveness.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the joints of the biological tubes at the bottoms of the plurality of the medicine containing cavities is converged to one point.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the tablet carrier is embedded in the middle bottom end face of the fixed base material, and the tablet carrier can be flexibly taken down.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least one air-permeable channel is spaced from the bottom of the fixed substrate.

The invention solves the defects in the background technology, and has the following beneficial effects:
(1) each medicine containing cavity is internally provided with a medicine reagent with different drug effects, when different functions are realized by the biological wound protection film, the corresponding medicine containing cavity only needs to be extruded, the medicine reagent in the medicine containing cavity flows into the collecting pipe through the biological pipe to mix the medicines, the storage time of the biological wound protection film is longer, and the use is more flexible.

In some embodiments of the present invention, two adhesive sheets 11 at two ends of the biological wound-care film 100 correspond to each other in a group, and can be adhered to each other, so as to improve the firmness of the biological wound-care film 100.
The medicine containing cavities 30 are connected with at least one collecting pipe 31 at the bottom of each medicine containing cavity 30 through a biological pipe, the collecting pipe 31 is of an S-shaped structure, the length of the collecting pipe 31 is increased, the flowing time of the medicine reagent in the collecting pipe 31 is prolonged, and the medicine reagent mixing effect is improved.
The fixing base material 10 comprises a semipermeable intestinal membrane with good air permeability and fibronectin with adhesiveness, so that the biological wound protection membrane 100 has no rejection and has good use effect.
The bottom end of the tablet carrier 20 is provided with a drug reagent slow release layer 21, the bottom end face of the drug reagent slow release layer 21 is provided with a collagen mixture, the drug reagent slow release layer 21 is provided with a plurality of micropores at intervals, the quantitative slow release of the drug reagent is realized through the micropores and the drug reagent slow release layer 21, and the wound protection effect of the biological wound protection film 100 is improved.
