Claims (2)

1. A needle cap remover for preventing fingers from being injured by needles is characterized by comprising an arc plate, a mounting plate, a sponge cushion, a rubber rack, an arc barrel, a vertical plate, a movable plate, a first spring, a pull plate, a contact rod, a wedge block, a second spring and a sliding block, wherein an arc groove is formed in the middle of the bottom of the right side of the arc plate, the mounting plate is mounted at the bottom of the left side of the arc plate, the rubber rack is mounted at the bottom of the mounting plate and matched with the arc groove, the arc barrel is mounted at the left part of the outer side surface of the arc plate, the vertical plate is mounted between the upper part of the left side of the inner side surface of the arc barrel and the upper part of the right side of the inner side surface of the arc barrel, a second through hole is formed in the upper part of the left side of the vertical plate, a first through hole is formed in the upper part of the left side of the arc barrel, the outer sides of the movable plates on the front side and the rear side are provided with pulling plates, the pulling plates are positioned outside the guide grooves, the rear side of the bottom of the front side guide groove and the front side of the bottom of the rear side guide groove are provided with guide holes, contact rods are arranged in the guide holes, the top ends of the contact rods are connected with the bottoms of the movable plates, horizontal grooves are symmetrically formed in the lower portions of the front side surface and the rear side surface of the arc-shaped groove, wedge blocks are arranged in the horizontal grooves and matched with rubber racks, horizontal sliding grooves are formed in the bottom of the horizontal grooves, sliding blocks are arranged in the horizontal sliding grooves and in sliding fit with the horizontal sliding grooves, second springs are connected between the front side surfaces of the front side sliding blocks and the front side surfaces of the front side horizontal sliding grooves, second springs are also connected between the rear side surfaces of the rear side sliding blocks and the rear side surfaces of the rear side horizontal sliding; the sliding rod is arranged in the mounting groove, the fourth spring is connected between the bottom end of the sliding rod and the bottom in the mounting groove, and the clamping plate is installed at the top end of the sliding rod.

The needle cap remover for preventing fingers from being hurt by a needle according to claim 1, further comprising a blocking device, wherein the blocking device comprises an arc-shaped cover plate, a clamping rod, a third spring, a movable rod, a push plate and a roller, the lower part of the left side of the arc-shaped cylinder is provided with an opening, the arc-shaped cover plate is rotatably mounted at the top in the opening, the bottom of the arc-shaped cover plate is provided with a clamping groove, the middle of the bottom in the opening is provided with a positioning groove, the clamping rod is arranged in the positioning groove, the top end of the clamping rod is positioned in the clamping groove and matched with the clamping groove, the third spring is connected between the bottom end of the clamping rod and the bottom in the positioning groove, the lower part of the outer left side surface of the arc-shaped cylinder is provided with a guide chute, the guide chute is positioned at the lower part of the positioning groove and communicated with the positioning groove, the, the lower part of the outer left side surface of the arc-shaped cylinder body is provided with a positioning chute, the positioning chute is positioned at the lower part of the guide chute, and the roller is positioned in the positioning chute and matched with the positioning chute.
