Further shown in connection with fig. 5 and 6. The mist generating device 6 in this embodiment includes: a water storage cavity 61 for storing water, wherein a first water inlet 60 and a second water outlet 69 are arranged on the water storage cavity 61, and the first water inlet 60 is communicated with the first water outlet 21 of the water tank 2; an atomization cover 62 arranged above the water storage cavity 61, an atomization cavity is formed between the atomization cover 62 and the water storage cavity 61, and a cold fog outlet 621 is arranged at the top of the atomization cover 62; an atomizing part 63 (for example, the atomizing part 63 is an ultrasonic atomizing sheet) provided at the bottom of the water storage chamber 61 and below the atomizing cover 62; and a silencing component for reducing noise generated by water drops falling back to the water surface of the water storage cavity 61 in the working process of the atomizing part 63, wherein the silencing component is arranged above the atomizing part 63.
As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment, the muffler assembly includes: a muffler cover 64 disposed above the atomizing part 63 and located in the atomizing chamber, the muffler cover 64 having a plurality of cover holes 641; and a muffler top cover 65 provided at the top end of the muffler cover 64. It will be appreciated that the lower end of the muffler cover 64 is provided with a through hole 642 for letting water outside the muffler cover 64 flow into the inside of the muffler cover 64, so that the provision of the muffler cover 64 does not affect the flow of water in the water storage chamber 61 to the atomizing part 63.
In the process that the atomization part 63 turns the normal-temperature water in the water storage cavity 61 into water mist, the atomization part 63 generates vibration to enable the water drops turned into the normal-temperature water in the water storage cavity 61 to upwards touch the inner side wall of the silencing top cover 65 or the silencing cover 64, then flow to the inner side wall of the silencing cover 64 along the silencing top cover 65, and flow back to the water storage cavity 61 along the inner side wall of the silencing cover 64, so that noise generated by rising water drops and falling to the water surface of the water storage cavity 61 after the atomization part 63 generates upward water drops in the vibration and atomization process is reduced, and the silencing and noise reducing effects are achieved. The mist generated by the vibration of the atomizing area 63 is discharged from the cool mist outlet 621 to the mist outlet pipe 9 through the cover hole 641 of the muffler cover 64.
Preferably, the opposite peripheral sides of the middle part of the muffler top cover 65 are inclined downward cambered surfaces or inclined surfaces. In this way, after the water drops generated by the vibration of the atomization part 63 are sprayed to the silencing top cover 65 in the upward movement process, the water drops flow to the periphery of the silencing top cover 65 along the cambered surface or the inclined surface without directly dropping back to the water storage cavity 61, so that the possibility that the water drops drop back to the water storage cavity 61 is reduced as much as possible, and the silencing noise reduction effect is improved.
Preferably, the silencing top cover 65 is made of soft materials, and the soft materials can absorb the impact sound generated by the fact that water drops generated by vibration of the atomization part 63 touch the silencing top cover 65, so that silencing and noise reducing effects are further improved. . Such as the muffler top cover 65 is made of plastic, silicone or rubber material.
In a preferred embodiment, a fan 66 is further arranged outside the water storage cavity 61, and an air duct is arranged between an air outlet of the fan 66 and the atomizing cavity. Specifically, a wind scooper 67 is provided between the air outlet of the fan 66 and the atomization cap 62, and an air duct is formed between the inner side surface of the wind scooper 67 and the outer side surface of the atomization cap 62, and the air duct communicates the air outlet of the fan 66 with the inside (atomization chamber) of the atomization cap 62. Therefore, when the fan 66 is started, wind enters the atomization cavity from the air duct, mist is taken away through the cover hole 641 to separate water from mist, and normal-temperature mist is discharged from the cold mist outlet 621 to the mist outlet pipe 9.
As shown in connection with fig. 3 and 8. The water inlet end 81 of the water guide pipe 8 is connected with the second water outlet 69 of the water storage cavity 61, and the water outlet end 82 of the water guide pipe 8 is connected with the second water inlet 71 of the hot fog generating device 7. Thus, the water tank 2 supplies water to the water storage chamber 61 so that the cold mist generating device 6 can generate cold mist, and water required for generating hot mist is supplied to the hot mist generating device 7 from the water storage chamber 61 through the water guide pipe 8.
As shown in connection with fig. 9. For the water conduit 8, the cross-sectional area of the water inlet end 81 is provided to be larger than the cross-sectional area of the water outlet end 82. The larger cross-sectional area of the inlet end 81 indicates that the size of the inlet end 81 is greater than the size of the outlet end 82, and the amount of water discharged into the inlet end 81 per unit time depends on the amount of water discharged through the outlet end 82, so that there is still a margin when the inlet end 81 meets the maximum amount of water discharged from the outlet end 82, which is manifested in that the inlet end 81 is not closed by water and there is a gap that allows air in the water conduit 8 to be discharged from the inlet end 81 to the water storage chamber 61. That is, when water in the water storage chamber 61 enters the water guide pipe 8 from the water inlet end 81, the water outlet end 82 is closed because the water flowing out from the water outlet end 82 is less so that the water flow cannot be rapid, the air in the water guide pipe 8 can be discharged from the water inlet end 81 to the water storage chamber 61, the air in the water guide pipe 8 cannot enter the hot mist generating device 7 along with the water flow in a large amount to influence the hot mist discharging, and the hot mist generating device 7 can generate continuous and stable hot mist. For example, when the cross section of the water guide pipe 8 is circular, the pipe diameter of the water inlet end 81 is larger than the pipe diameter of the water outlet end 82.
Also, it is preferable that the cross-sectional area of the first water outlet 21 of the water tank 2 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the second water outlet 69 of the water storage chamber 61, i.e., the cross-sectional area of the first water outlet 21 of the water tank 2 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the water inlet end 81. Of course, the cross-sectional area of the first water outlet 21 may be not smaller than the cross-sectional area of the water inlet 81, provided that the water storage capacity of the water storage cavity 61 is larger than the water storage capacity of the water tank 2, so that after the water storage capacity of the water tank 2 flows out of the first water outlet 21, the water flow cannot seal the water inlet 81 of the water guide pipe 8, and therefore, the air in the water guide pipe 8 can still be discharged from the water inlet 81 to the water storage cavity 61 without being discharged to the hot fog generating device 7 along with the water flow, and the situation that the hot fog generating device 7 can continuously and stably generate hot fog without interruption caused by the air is ensured.
Further shown in connection with fig. 3, 4 and 10. The mist outlet pipe 9 includes: a cold mist inlet pipe 91 connected to the cold mist outlet 621; a hot mist inlet pipe 92 connected to the hot mist outlet 72; a main mist pipe 90 with a mist outlet 93 at the end, wherein the mist outlet 93 is connected with the spray nozzle 3; the cold mist inlet pipe 91 and the hot mist inlet pipe 92 are respectively communicated with the main mist pipe 90 at a first connection 901 of the main mist pipe 90 and a second connection 902 of the main mist pipe 90, and the position of the first connection 901 is higher than that of the second connection 902. The cold mist and the hot mist respectively enter from the cold mist outlet 621 and the hot mist outlet 72 and are collected in the main mist pipe 90, and are discharged from the mist outlet 93 at the tail end of the main mist pipe 90 to the spray nozzle 3, and finally are sprayed from the spray nozzle 3. The user applies the spray nozzle 3 to the face to moisturize and beautify the skin of the face by using cold mist or/and hot mist.
Because the cold mist and the hot mist are collected in the main mist pipe 90, condensation water droplets are necessarily generated due to the intersection of the cold mist and the hot mist. Since the condensation water droplets are formed by the cold mist absorbing part of the heat of the hot mist, the temperature of the condensation water droplets is highly likely to be higher than the temperature of the water in the water storage chamber 61 of the cold mist generating means 6. Therefore, if the condensed water droplets continuously flow back to the cold mist outlet 621 along the main mist pipe 90 and finally enter the water storage chamber 61, the temperature of the water in the water storage chamber 61 will be increased, and the cold mist which is not necessarily at normal temperature but may be higher than normal temperature is finally sprayed from the cold mist outlet 621, so that the cold mist and the hot mist cannot be simultaneously provided ≡! In order to prevent this, the position of the first connection 901 of the cold mist inlet pipe 91 and the main mist pipe 90 is set to be higher than the position of the second connection 902 of the hot mist inlet pipe 92 and the main mist pipe 90, so that the condensed water droplets in the main mist pipe 90 flow back to the hot mist inlet pipe 92 but not to the cold mist inlet pipe 91, and the condensed water droplets flow back to the hot mist generating device 7 through the hot mist inlet pipe 92, thereby ensuring that the cold mist outlet 621 of the cold mist generating device 6 can always stably provide cold mist at normal temperature, and the hot mist generating device 7 provides hot mist at a preset temperature.
In order to facilitate the better backflow of the condensed water droplets to the hot mist inlet pipe 92, the second connection 902 between the hot mist inlet pipe 92 and the main mist pipe 90 is set to incline downwards from the main mist pipe 90 to the inclined plane or the cambered surface of the hot mist inlet pipe 92, and the condensed water droplets smoothly flow back from the main mist pipe 90 to the hot mist inlet pipe 92 along the second connection 902 to finally flow back to the hot mist generating device 7.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
