Example 5A tissue retractor for use in oral surgery
The tissue retractor used in the oral surgery comprises a deformable and compact elastic retractor ring 1 and an imbedding structure 2, and is characterized in that the front end of the imbedding structure 2 is provided with an imbedding part 21, and the elastic retractor ring 1 is compactly arranged in the imbedding part 21; the cross section area of the imbedding part 21 is smaller than the area of the elastic traction ring 1 after being stretched out; a forward pushing piston 22 is arranged behind the imbedding part 21, and the cross-street area of the forward pushing piston 22 is equal to the area of the inner cavity of the imbedding part 21; a front push rod 23 is arranged behind the front push piston 22, the rear end of the imbedding structure is provided with a push rod arranging part 26, and a push rod channel 24 with the same size as the front push rod 23 is arranged in the push rod arranging part 26; the rear end of the front push bar is connected with a front push button 25 pushing the front push bar 23, and the bending direction of the push bar setting part 26 accords with the physiological bending of the oral cavity operation part. When the structure is used, firstly, the elastic traction ring 1 is arranged on the imbedding part 21, then the retracting device is arranged according to physiological bending of the oral cavity, the imbedding part 21 enters the operation part, and then the front push button 25 pushes the front push bar 23 to drive the front push piston 22 to move forwards relatively, so that the elastic traction ring 1 leaves the imbedding part 21 to enter the operation incision or the gingival tissue to be separated; after the implantation and release, the elastic traction ring 1 is automatically opened, and the annular wall is supported at the incision or the gum part, so that the operation vision is clear. The whole operation is simple and convenient. A section of forward pushing channel 35 which is larger than the pushing channel 24 is arranged in the imbedding structure 2 in front of the short horizontal section 32, the forward pushing strip 23 is arranged in the forward pushing channel 35 in a separated mode, and a forward pushing 36 with the caliber identical to that of the forward pushing channel 35 is arranged on the forward pushing strip 23 at the rear end; the torsion force brought to the push-forward bar 23 during rotation at the separation position can be effectively eliminated by the arrangement, and the push-forward 36 can prevent the separation of the two parts during use.
A locking protrusion is arranged at the tail end of the short horizontal section 32 and the front end push bar setting part 26 to prevent the short horizontal section 32 from being separated from the front end push bar setting part 26;

A tissue retractor used in oral surgery, a deformable and compact elastic retractor ring (1) and an imbedding structure (2), characterized in that the front end of the imbedding structure (2) is an imbedding part (21), and the elastic retractor ring (1) is compactly arranged in the imbedding part (21); the cross section area of the imbedding part (21) is smaller than the area of the elastic traction ring (1) after being stretched out; a forward pushing structure is arranged behind the imbedding part (21), and the cross section area of the forward pushing structure is not smaller than the middle gap area of the tightening elastic traction ring (1); a front push bar (23) is arranged behind the front push structure, the rear end of the insertion structure is provided with a push bar arranging part (26), and a push bar channel (24) with the same size as the front push bar (23) is arranged in the push bar arranging part (26); the rear end of the front push bar is connected with a front push button (25) pushing the front push bar (23); the forward pushing structure is a forward pushing piston (22); the bending direction of the pushing strip setting part accords with the physiological bending of the oral cavity operation part; the cross section area of the forward pushing piston is equal to the area of the inner cavity of the imbedding part (21);
when in use, the imbedding part (21) enters the operation part, and then the front pushing bar (23) is pushed by the front pushing button (25) to drive the front pushing piston (22) to move forwards relatively, so that the elastic traction ring (1) leaves the imbedding part (21) to enter the operation incision or gingival tissue to be separated; after the implantation and release, the elastic traction ring (1) is automatically opened, and the annular wall is supported at the incision or the gum part, so that the operation vision is clear.
2. The tissue retraction device for oral surgery according to claim 1, wherein a thin buffer layer is arranged outside the elastic retraction ring (1), the buffer layer being a gel buffer layer or a medicated gel buffer layer.

The tissue retractor for oral surgery according to claim 1, wherein a push button movable groove (271) is further provided at the rear end of the push bar setting part (26); the front push button (25) extends to the outer side of the imbedding structure (2) through the connecting section (272); or the rear end of the push bar setting part (26) is provided with an extending section (28) of the front push bar (23), and the rear end of the extending section (28) is provided with a front push button (25); the extension section (28) extends from the rear end of the push bar arrangement portion (26).

The tissue retractor device for oral surgery according to claim 1, wherein a push button movable section is provided at the rear end of the push bar setting part (26), the push button movable section is provided with a hole groove (29) for the front push button (25) to move, and the caliber of the hole groove (29) of the push button movable section is the same as that of the front push button (25); the front end of the front push button (25) is arranged in the hole groove (29) when not in use; the front push button (25) is of a cylindrical structure with a diameter larger than that of the front push bar (23).
5. A tissue retraction device for use in oral surgery according to claim 4, wherein the length of the insertion portion (21) is not greater than the length of the push button active section.
6. A tissue retraction device for oral surgery according to claim 1, characterized in that an annular plate (11) is arranged under the elastic retraction ring (1), on which a micro-coil structure (12) can be arranged.
7. A tissue retraction device for use in oral surgery according to claim 1, wherein the forward pushing bar (23) is a shape-variable pushing bar, the pushing bar channel (24) of which is a curved channel, the forward pushing bar (23) being adapted to change with the channel shape when advanced.
8. Tissue retraction device for oral surgery according to claim 1, characterized in that the insertion structure (2) is connected at an angle to a pusher bar arrangement (26) adjacent to the insertion structure (2).
9. A tissue retraction device for use in oral surgery according to claim 8, wherein the insertion structure (2) is connected perpendicular to and in close proximity to the pusher bar arrangement (26) portion of the insertion structure (2).
10. The tissue retraction device for use in oral surgery according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the rear end of the pusher bar arrangement (26) also includes a rear angled section angled from a portion immediately adjacent the rear end.
11. The tissue retraction device for use in oral surgery according to claim 10 wherein the rear end of the pusher bar arrangement (26) includes a rear vertical section (31) perpendicular to the portion immediately adjacent the rear end.
12. A tissue retraction device for use in oral surgery according to claim 11 wherein the rear vertical section (31) is spaced from the immediately adjacent portion thereof, the spacing being such that rotation of the rear vertical section (31) about the immediately adjacent portion thereof is effected.
