The invention provides a face cleaning instrument easy to foam. The foaming element of the present invention is a foaming agent such as a detergent or a mixture of a foaming agent and a foaming liquid such as water or hot water.
Referring to fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the easy-to-foam cleansing apparatus 10 of the present invention includes a container 11, a rotor 12, a foam-discharging passage 13, a motor 14, and a cleansing head 15. The container 11 includes a cavity 111 for storing foaming elements such as water and facial cleanser. The rotor 12 is disposed in the housing 111 via a shaft 16. The rotor 12 includes a mounting end 121 mounted with the shaft 16 and a free end 122 remote from the shaft 16. The rotor 12 rotates the stirring foaming element around the rotation shaft 16 under the driving of the motor 14 to generate foam. The cleansing head 15 is provided on the container 11.
Referring to fig. 3, the container 11 includes a first portion 112 and a second portion 113. The first portion 112 and the second portion 113 are axially engaged with each other in the extending direction of the rotating shaft 16 to form the cavity 111, so that the cavity 111 is surrounded by a top wall 1111, a bottom wall 1112, and a peripheral wall 1113 connecting the top wall 1111 and the bottom wall 1112. The first portion 112 and the second portion 113 are sealed with a gasket 17 therebetween. In the present embodiment, the top wall 1111 is provided on the first portion 112, the bottom wall 1112 is provided on the second portion 113, and the peripheral wall 1113 is provided on the second portion 113. The shaft 16 extends from the bottom wall 1112 toward the top wall 1111 at one end and is driven by the motor 14 at the other end. In fact, the shaft 16 is the motor shaft of the motor 14. It is noted that the peripheral wall 1113 may also be disposed partially on the first portion 112 and partially on the second portion 113 in other embodiments.
The cavity 111 is a flat cavity as a whole, and the height h of the cavity 111 in the extending direction of the rotating shaft 16 satisfies: 4mm < h <15 mm. According to the research of the applicant, 2-5ml of facial cleanser is generally used for washing one face according to the use habits of most consumers and the foaming performance of a foaming agent (such as facial cleanser), and the facial cleanser and water are proportioned and mixed according to the volume of 1:3 to 1:5, for example, 3ml of facial cleanser and 9ml of water are used for foaming and proportioning. In addition, the fineness of foaming is also in great relation to the mixing and stirring uniformity of the foaming agent and water, and the more components are stirred and the more uniform the mixing is, the finer the generated foam is. Based on the above situation, the applicant proposes a flat cavity, and the height h of the cavity 111 in the extending direction of the rotating shaft 16 satisfies: 4mm < h <15 mm. When the height h of the accommodating cavity 111 in the extension direction of the rotating shaft 16 is limited to be changed within the range of 4-15 mm, the requirement of most consumers for accommodating facial cleanser and water for washing the face once is met, the embarrassment of adding the facial cleanser and the water for many times is avoided, the top wall of the accommodating cavity 111 can play a turbulent flow effect when the facial cleanser and the water are mixed and stirred, in addition, foams generated by mixing can also fill the accommodating cavity 111 in a short time and are led out through the foam outlet channel 13, and the experience degree of the consumers in using the facial cleanser 10 is improved.
That is, considering that the whole face cleaning instrument 10 is small in size, the applicant designs the accommodating cavity 111 as a flat cavity to reserve an installation space for the motor 14, the circuit board and other components. In addition, the bottom area of the receiving cavity 111 having a flat cavity is usually limited by the overall size of the face cleaning apparatus 10, and has a fixed design limit value, in other words, the volume of the flat cavity is mainly determined by the height h of the receiving cavity 111 in the extending direction of the rotating shaft 16. From the above analysis, it can be known that the height h of the cavity 111 has a designed lower value, when the height h is as small as 4mm, the cavity 111 is just to contain facial cleanser and water with a better ratio for one-time face washing, and if the height h is small, a consumer must add facial cleanser and water into the cavity 111 for multiple times for one-time face washing, which affects the consumption experience, and in addition, the cavity 111 is too small and lacks a necessary stirring space for facial cleanser and water, and at this time, the whole cavity 111 is almost filled with facial cleanser and water, which also affects the stirring effect. On the contrary, when the height h is as large as 15mm, the volume of the cavity 111 is large, and the upper part of the cavity 111 has an excessive space when mixing and stirring the facial cleanser and the water, so that on one hand, the foam generated by stirring and mixing needs a long time to fill the cavity 111, and then a consumer needs to wait for a long time to obtain the foam for washing the face from the foam outlet channel 13, the consumption experience is poor, on the other hand, the mixed liquid of the facial cleanser and the water can become an upward rotational flow which regularly rotates along with the rotor 12, and the top wall 1111 cannot transversely block the rotational flow and enable the rotational flow to become turbulent flow.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the first portion 112 has a through hole 1121. The vent hole 1121 is located near the rotation shaft 16 and away from the free end 122 of the rotor 12. The agitation strength of the foam and the foaming elements near the rotating shaft 16 is small, so that the air holes 1121 are disposed close to the rotating shaft 16 and far away from the free end 122 of the rotor 12, so that the influence of the air holes 1121 being blocked by the foam on the intake air can be effectively avoided. In addition, the vent hole 1121 is formed in the first portion 112, instead of being formed in the second portion 113 together with the shaft 16, so that the waterproof structure of the motor 14 is simpler.
The outer side wall of the first portion 112 facing away from the cavity 111 is provided with a counter bore 1122. The vent 1121 is located within the counterbore 1122. By providing the counter bore 1122, when foam and foaming elements inadvertently flow out from the foam outlet channel 13, the foam and the foaming elements can be collected by the counter bore 1122 and returned to the cavity 111 through the vent hole 1121 or the foam outlet channel 13 for stirring, so that the amount of foam generated is not affected.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the foam outlet channel 13 is formed on the first portion 112. The foam outlet channel 13 includes an inlet end 131 communicating with the cavity 111 and an outlet end 132 abutting against the cleansing head 15. The outlet end 132 is disposed opposite the inlet end 131. The inlet end 131 is distal from the axis of rotation 16 and is proximate to the free end 122 of the rotor 12. The inlet end 131 is arranged near the free end 122 of the rotor 12, and due to the large agitation amplitude of the free end 122 of the rotor 12, the movement of the foaming element near the free end 122 of the rotor 12 is also strong, and thus, the foam is easier to enter the foam outlet channel 13 from the inlet end 131 under the driving of the rotor 12 and/or the foaming element, i.e. the foam is discharged. The outlet end 132 is located in the counterbore 1122, so that the foam and the foaming elements can return to the cavity 111 through the vent hole 1121 for stirring and foaming.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the stopper 1123 is protruded from the first portion 112 toward the inner sidewall of the cavity 111. The stop 1123 is disposed adjacent the inlet end 131. By providing the stop 1123, breaking foam and foaming elements, etc. regularly follows the rotation of the rotor 12 and collects foam near the inlet end 131, facilitating the discharge of foam. The inner side wall of the first portion 112 facing the cavity 111 is further opened with the guiding groove 1124, and the guiding groove 1124 guides the foam to the inlet end 131. By providing the guide grooves 1124, the foam can more easily enter the inlet end 131, and the guide grooves 1124 themselves can also serve to collect the foam. Further, the stopper 1123 is disposed opposite to the guide groove 1124 such that the stopper 1123 collects more foam near the inlet end 131 to facilitate the discharge of the foam.
The cleansing head 15 is disposed on the first portion 112 surrounding the air vent hole 1121. Since the cleansing head 15 is disposed to face upward with a high probability when used by a consumer, the vent hole 1121 is disposed to face upward at all times, so that the foaming element is prevented from being discharged through the vent hole 1121. In addition, the cleansing head 15 also simultaneously surrounds the outlet end 132 of the foam outlet channel 13.
When the easy foaming cleansing apparatus 10 is used, the motor 14 is activated to rotate the rotating shaft 16, so that the rotor 12 rotates around the rotating shaft 16 and agitates the foaming elements to generate the foam. In the present invention, the housing 111 is designed to be non-open, so that the foam, foaming elements, and the like can be prevented from being scattered outward by the rotating rotor 12 during foaming.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
