A switch for controlling the air pump to work and closing the exhaust valve is connected inside the switch plug; when the switch plug is inserted into the socket, the air pump starts to work; when the switch plug is separated from the socket, the exhaust valve is in a conducting state.
The outer side surfaces of the upper box body and the lower box body, which are far away from the rotating connection position, are respectively and fixedly connected with a coded lock seat 62 and a coded lock body 61 which are mutually matched for use.
The air pump, the exhaust valve, the pressure sensor, the press switches, the fingerprint acquisition module, the switch plug, the socket and the electromagnetic lock are electrically connected with the main controller.
When the invention is used, the coded lock is unlocked to open the upper box body, the air bag is contracted, the air bag mounting frame is in a state shown in figure 4, and then clothes or articles are put into the lower box body; the box body is closed, the air pump works due to the fact that the switch plug is connected with the socket, the air bag is inflated, the first rod body and the second rod body rotate to be perpendicular to each other along with the filling of the air bag in the process, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure value reaches a set value, the pressure sensor feeds back the main controller to enable the air pump to stop working, and at the moment, clothes or articles are compacted; the upper box body is opened in the process of taking out clothes, the switch plug is disconnected with the socket, the exhaust valve positioned on the side wall of the air bag is in a conducting state, the air in the air bag is exhausted, at the moment, the end face of the air bag connected with one end of the air bag mounting frame contracts, force enabling the air bag mounting frame to tend to the state shown in the figure 4 is generated, and in the contraction process, when the air pressure in the air bag is reduced, the magnets positioned on the upper end face and the lower end face of the air bag are close to each other, so that the air bag finally contracts, and; since the air bag mounting frame is finally rotated to the state shown in fig. 4, the air bag is also contracted and becomes a straight line; when valuables or cash needs to be stored, the fingerprint coded lock is unlocked, the electromagnetic lock is unlocked, then the valuables or cash are put in, the hidden lattice door is closed, and the electromagnetic lock is locked.
Under the condition that the safe luggage case is not full, the air bag is inflated to fill the residual space, and the clothes or articles in the case body are compacted, so that the clothes are prevented from being disordered or the articles are prevented from being damaged due to jolt in the carrying process; the unlocking mode of the fingerprint coded lock is set to ensure that the unlocking is safer and more secret, and valuable articles or cash in the security hidden check can be fully protected; because the air pump is arranged in the box body, when the air bag is inflated, air in the box body is pumped into the air bag, and no air exchange with the outside exists, so that the sealing property of the box body is ensured; the working mode of the air pump enables the air vibration to be less when the air bag is inflated, so that the noise is effectively reduced.

The generator is connected with the storage battery. When in use, the storage battery can be charged by pushing the luggage case.

each air bag mounting frame is mounted on one mounting corner block and the semicircular mounting block; each air bag mounting frame comprises two pairs of first rod bodies and second rod bodies; one pair of the first rod body and the second rod body is rotatably connected to the mounting corner block, and the other pair of the first rod body and the second rod body is rotatably connected to one side, close to the mounting corner block, of the semicircular mounting block; a sliding groove is formed at one end, far away from the mounting corner block or the semicircular mounting block, of the first rod body; one end of the second rod body, which is far away from the mounting corner block or the semicircular mounting block, is fixedly connected with a sliding head which is in sliding connection with the sliding grooves on the other pair of first rod bodies;
the air bag mounting frame is correspondingly provided with an air bag with a rectangular end face; each edge of one end face of the air bag is fixedly connected with a rod sleeve which is sleeved on the first rod body or the second rod body; two end faces of the air bag are respectively and fixedly connected with a plurality of magnets which are uniformly distributed;
the inner end face of the lower box body is fixedly connected with two symmetrical storage batteries, and a security hidden lattice and a fingerprint coded lock for controlling the switch of the security hidden lattice are arranged between the two storage batteries; a socket is fixedly connected to the position, corresponding to the switch plug, of the lower box body, far away from the inner end face of the upper box body; the safety hidden lattice is rotatably connected with a hidden lattice door; an electromagnetic lock is arranged between the hidden lattice door and the frame of the inner cavity of the safety hidden lattice;
the fingerprint coded lock is rotationally connected inside the lower box body; the fingerprint coded lock comprises an outer shell and an inner shell fixedly connected inside the outer shell; a password input cavity is formed between the outer shell and the inner shell; the inner shell is formed with an L-shaped mounting plate; a fingerprint acquisition module mounting seat is formed on the L-shaped mounting plate, one end of the fingerprint acquisition module mounting seat is fixedly provided with a fingerprint acquisition part, the fingerprint acquisition part comprises a password input module circuit board and 4 press switches which are arranged along the length direction of the password input module circuit board at equal intervals and the buttons face a password input cavity, and the end part of each press switch is respectively and fixedly connected with a fingerprint acquisition module;
when a fingerprint password is input, an index finger, a middle finger, a ring finger and a little finger are respectively and correspondingly pressed on four fingerprint acquisition modules which are arranged from front to back along the front-back direction of a password input device, each finger forcibly presses each fingerprint acquisition module according to the password sequence to press a press switch at a corresponding position, when the press switch at the corresponding position is pressed, a main controller extracts fingerprint information obtained by the fingerprint acquisition module at the corresponding position to form four fingerprint sequences which are arranged according to the sequence, the main controller compares the fingerprint sequences with fingerprint sequence information set by a user independently, if the fingerprint sequence information is consistent, the password input is judged to be correct, the main controller executes the next operation, and if the fingerprint sequence information is inconsistent, the password input is judged to be wrong, and the user is prompted to input the password again;
one end of the semicircular mounting block is fixedly connected with an air pump; the air pump comprises a pump body, an air inlet valve and an air outlet valve which are respectively connected to the pump body, wherein the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve are both one-way valves;
the pump body comprises a base and a pump body part integrally connected to the upper end of the base;
the base is provided with a three-way vent pipe, the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve are respectively connected to two ports of the vent pipe on the base, and the other port of the vent pipe is communicated with the pump body part;
the pump body part comprises a corrugated pipe part which can stretch out and draw back along the axial direction, the axial section of the corrugated pipe part is wavy, and the outer wall of the corrugated pipe part at each outer convex part is integrally connected with a circular driving part;
the driving parts are internally provided with first coils and second coils in turn and alternately, the first coils are electrically connected in series, and the second coils are electrically connected in series;
the pump body is integrally made of elastic rubber materials in a 3d printing mode, the first coil and the second coil are made of liquid metal, and the liquid metal is mercury or indium-gallium alloy; a coil channel used for filling liquid metal to form the first coil and the second coil is arranged in the driving part; communicating channels for filling liquid metal to connect the first coils and the second coils are respectively arranged in the corrugated pipe part and the base;
the side wall of the base is provided with two first liquid injection ports communicated with two end parts of a communication channel connected with the first coil, and the side wall of the base is provided with two second liquid injection ports communicated with two end parts of a communication channel connected with the second coil; the two first liquid injection ports are respectively connected with a first wiring terminal in a sealing manner, and the two second liquid injection ports are respectively connected with a second wiring terminal in a sealing manner;
direct current is connected between the two first connecting terminals, and alternating current of 1-10 Hz is connected between the two second connecting terminals; the direct current and the alternating current for driving the air pump are both provided by the main controller;
the outer side surfaces of the upper box body and the lower box body, which are far away from the rotary connection position, are respectively and fixedly connected with a coded lock seat and a coded lock body which are matched with each other;
an exhaust valve is arranged at the position of the air bag close to the air bag mounting frame; the air inlet end of the air bag is communicated with an air outlet valve of the air pump, and a pressure sensor is arranged at the port of the air inlet end of the air bag;
the air pump, the exhaust valve, the pressure sensor, the press switches, the fingerprint acquisition module, the switch plug, the socket and the electromagnetic lock are electrically connected with the main controller;
