In some embodiments of the present invention, the at least two extension springs are symmetrically disposed in the second sliding chute 18, and the shifting rod 161 is located at the center of the at least two extension springs, it is understood that the shifting rod 161 is also located at the center of the second sliding chute 18. Since each of the at least two extension springs is the same, when the at least two extension springs are symmetrically disposed in the second sliding chute 18, the tap lever 161 is under the balanced elastic action of the at least two extension springs, so that when the tap lever 161 is not under the action of an external force, the free state of the tap lever 161 is stationary at the center position of the second sliding chute 18 relative to the second sliding chute 18. When the shifting rod 161 moves under the action of an external force and is located at a non-central position, for example, when the first engaging device 192 and the second engaging device 193 in the shifting rod 161 are respectively engaged with the first engaging interface 191 and the second engaging interface, the at least one extension spring generates a pulling force due to the pulling force, the at least one extension spring generates a pressure due to the compression, and when the first engaging device 192 and the second engaging device 193 in the second shifting rod 161 are respectively disengaged from the first engaging interface 191 and the second engaging interface, the shifting rod 161 returns to the central position of the second sliding groove 18 again due to the combined action of the pulling force and the pressure of the at least two extension springs.
Further, a cavity (not shown) is formed in the chain dividing block 14, the blade 162 is located in the cavity, a first engaging groove 141 corresponding to the blade 162 is formed in the inner side of the chain dividing block 14, and a cutting edge of the blade 162 faces the first engaging groove 141.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the shape of the first card slot 141 corresponds to the shape of the blade 162, and the size of the first card slot 141 is adapted to the size of the blade 162, so that the blade 162 is not clamped by the first card slot 141 being too tight, and is not swayed by the first card slot 141 being too loose, and therefore the size of the first card slot 141 is approximately equal to the size of the blade 162, and the size of the first card slot 141 is slightly larger than the size of the blade 162. Preferably, the cavity has a larger space, or the size of the blade 162 is small enough, so that the blade 162 has a certain space in the cavity for movement, which facilitates the entry and exit of the blade 162 in the first card slot 141, and the blade 162 is completely hidden in the cavity when not in use.
Further, a second engaging groove 142 is formed in the outer side of the chain dividing block 14, the first engaging groove 141 is opposite to the second engaging groove 142, the blade 162 is divided into a first blade 162a and a second blade 162b, a blade of the first blade 162a faces the first engaging groove 141, and a blade of the second blade 162b faces the second engaging groove 142.
In some embodiments of the present invention, one blade 162 may be disposed in the cavity, and two blades 162 may also be disposed in the cavity, and the number of blades 162 may be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual situations. For convenience of description, in the following embodiments, the two blades 162 are disposed in the cavity, but not limited thereto.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the two blades 162 may be divided into a first blade 162a and a second blade 162b, and the first blade 162a and the second blade 162b are embedded in the poke rod 161 at the lower end of the cavity. It should be noted that the blade backs of the first blade 162a and the second blade 162b are close to and opposite to each other, and the blade edge and the blade back of the first blade 162a and the blade edge and the blade back of the second blade 162b are located in a same plane, it can be understood that an angle between the blade edge of the first blade 162a and the blade edge of the second blade 162b is 180 °, so that the depths of the first blade 162a and the second blade 162b respectively extending out of the first engaging groove 141 and the second engaging groove 142 can reach the maximum degree, thereby quickly and accurately cutting off the slider clamped in the slider 100, and preventing the slider from jamming the slider 100.
Further, the distance from the end of the first blade 162a or the second blade 162b connected to the poke rod 161 to the blade edge is less than half of the width of the cavity.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first blade 162a and the second blade 162b are embedded in the poke rod 161 at the lower end of the cavity, and specifically, the lower end of the poke rod 161 embedded with the first blade 162a and the second blade 162b may be used as the handle 167 of the first blade 162a and the handle 167 of the second blade 162b, respectively. It should be noted that the first blade 162a and the second blade 162b may be embedded in the side wall of the shifting rod 161 at the lower end of the cavity, and may also be fixedly connected to the side wall of the shifting rod 161 at the lower end of the cavity, and the connection manner is not limited thereto, and in some embodiments of the present invention, the connection manner is described as an embedded manner.
Preferably, when there is only one blade 162 in the cavity, the width of the blade 162 is less than the width of the cavity so that the cavity can fully accommodate the blade 162. When the first blade 162a and the second blade 162b are arranged in the cavity, the distance from the end, connected with the handle 167, of the first blade 162a to the blade edge is less than half of the width of the cavity, so that the cavity can completely accommodate the first blade 162a and the second blade 162 b.
Further, the distance from the end of the first blade 162a or the second blade 162b connected to the handle 167 to the blade edge is less than half of the length of the first runner 17 or the second runner 18. Preferably, when the shifting rod 161 slides to one end of the first sliding slot 17 or the second sliding slot 18, the first locking device 192 or the second locking device 193 disposed on the shifting rod 161 can be connected to the first locking interface 191 or the second locking interface in a locking manner, so as to fix the shifting rod 161 to one end of the first sliding slot 17 or the second sliding slot 18, and therefore, the first blade 162a or the second blade 162b at the lower end of the shifting rod 161 extends out of the first locking slot 141 or the second locking slot 142, so as to cut off the thread end wound around the sub-link block 14. It should be noted that, at this time, the width of the first blade 162a or the second blade 162b extending out of the first slot 141 or the second slot 142 is the largest, so that more stubs can be cut.
When the slider is snapped into the zipper, especially the zipper slider 100, is jammed, at this time, the top end of the poke rod 161 protruding out of the bow-shaped hook 12 can be poked, so that the top end of the poke rod 161 slides back and forth along the first sliding slot 17, or the top end of the poke rod 161 slides to one side of the long edge of the first sliding slot 17 along the first sliding slot 17, through the snapping connection among the first snapping device 192, the second snapping device 193, the first snapping interface 191 and the second snapping interface, the poke rod 161 is fixed to one side of the second sliding slot 18 relative to the zipper slider 100, so that the first blade 162a or the second blade 162b connected with the lower end of the cavity of the poke rod 161 extends out of the first snapping slot 141, and the zipper slider 100 or the slider jammed in the zipper block 14 is cut off, so that the zipper slider 100 can pull up or separate the zipper teeth again.

Claims (9)

1. A zipper comprises a cloth belt, zipper teeth and a zipper head, wherein the zipper teeth are positioned on one side of the cloth belt and used for drawing or separating the cloth belt, the zipper head comprises an upper lock plate, an arc-shaped hook, a pulling piece, a zipper dividing block and a lower lock plate, and is characterized in that the upper lock plate and the lower lock plate are oppositely arranged, the arc-shaped hook is fixed on a first surface of the upper lock plate far away from the lower lock plate, one end of the pulling piece is movably connected with the arc-shaped hook, two ends of the zipper dividing block are respectively fixedly connected with the upper lock plate and the lower lock plate, the zipper head further comprises a shifting device provided with a shifting rod, one end of the arc-shaped hook is arranged above the zipper dividing block, one end of the shifting rod penetrates through a first sliding chute arranged in the arc-shaped hook and extends into the zipper dividing block through the arc-shaped hook and the upper lock plate, and one end of the shifting rod extends to the bottom of the zipper dividing block, the other end of the poke rod extends out of the outer side of the first sliding groove, and a blade is arranged at one end, located at the bottom of the chain dividing block, of the poke rod;
the chain dividing block is internally provided with a cavity, the blade is positioned in the cavity, the inner side of the chain dividing block is provided with a first clamping groove corresponding to the blade, and the cutting edge of the blade is opposite to the first clamping groove.
2. The zipper of claim 1, wherein the first sliding groove extends through the arcuate hook, and a dimension of an end of the poke rod extending out of the first sliding groove is larger than a width of the first sliding groove.
3. A slide fastener according to claim 2, wherein said upper lock plate is provided with a second slide groove corresponding to said first slide groove, said second slide groove extending through said upper lock plate, said tap rod extending through said first slide groove and said second slide groove, respectively.

The zipper according to claim 3, wherein the toggle device further comprises a buckle assembly disposed in the first sliding groove, the buckle assembly comprises a first buckle interface and a second buckle interface, and a first buckle device and a second buckle device for being buckled with the first buckle interface and the second buckle interface are correspondingly disposed on the side wall of the toggle rod respectively.
5. The zipper according to claim 4, wherein the toggle device further comprises a reset assembly disposed in the second sliding groove, the reset assembly comprises a first elastic member and a second elastic member, one end of the first elastic member is connected to the inner wall of the second sliding groove, the other end of the first elastic member is connected to the sidewall of the toggle rod, one end of the second elastic member is connected to the inner wall of the second sliding groove, and the other end of the second elastic member is connected to the sidewall of the toggle rod.
6. A slide fastener according to claim 5, wherein said first and second resilient members are located at respective ends of said tap lever.
7. The slide fastener according to claim 6, wherein the first elastic member and the second elastic member are symmetrically disposed at both ends of the pulling rod, and the pulling rod is stabilized at a central position of the second sliding groove by an elastic action of the first elastic member and the second elastic member.
8. The zipper according to claim 1, wherein a second slot is formed on an outer side of the zipper dividing block, the first slot and the second slot are oppositely arranged, the blade is divided into a first blade and a second blade, a cutting edge of the first blade is opposite to the first slot, and a cutting edge of the second blade is opposite to the second slot.
9. A zipper according to claim 8, wherein the end of the first or second blade connected to the tap lever is less than half the width of the cavity from the cutting edge.
