弹齿式还田秸秆埋覆作业总成属于农业机械;在总成轴上沿轴线方向呈双头螺旋线状排列的均布安装N个弹齿,所述弹齿由固装段和埋覆作业段连接构成,固装段整体呈圆弧面状,其圆弧面内表面半径尺寸与总成轴外表面半径尺寸相匹配,埋覆作业段整体为渐开线面状,其横截面呈矩形;本总成结构新颖、合理、简单,还田秸秆埋覆率高、埋覆深度大,作业时总成受力合理,运行平稳,作业后土地表面平整、清洁。

技术领域
本发明属于农业机械,主要涉及一种埋覆还田秸秆的作业总成。
背景技术
农作物秸秆粉碎还田是培肥土壤地力、恢复土壤团粒结构、增加土壤有机质含量和减少秸秆焚烧造成环境污染的有力措施之一。为此,近年来各种结构的秸秆还田机已有研发,并在农业生产作业中开始试用,为秸秆还田耕作起到了积极推动作用。但是由于结构设计方面的不足和缺陷,现用机型上的的秸秆埋覆作业总成对还田秸秆埋覆率和埋覆深度均达不到免耕作业整地耕作标准,其耕作后的土地不能适应少耕或免耕播种作业要求,制约和影响了秸秆还田农艺技术的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,结合农作物秸秆还田作业的实际需求,研究设计一种新结构的弹齿式还田秸秆埋覆作业总成,达到还田秸秆埋覆率高、埋覆深度大的目的。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:在总成轴上沿轴线方向呈双头螺旋线状排列的均布安装N个弹齿,所述弹齿由固装段与埋覆作业段连接构成,所述固装段整体呈圆弧面状,其圆弧面内表面半径尺寸与总成轴外表面半径尺寸相匹配,所述埋覆作业段整体为渐开线面状,所述埋覆作业段的横截面呈矩形,至此构成弹齿式还田秸秆埋覆作业总成。
本发明结构新颖、合理、简单,还田秸秆埋覆率高、埋覆深度大,作业时总成受力合理,运行平稳,作业后土地表面平整、清洁,为农作物秸秆还田农艺技术的大面积推广应用提供了技术支持。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施方案进行详细描述。一种弹齿式还田秸秆埋覆作业总成,在总成轴1上沿轴线方向呈双头螺旋线状排列的均布安装N个弹齿2,所述弹齿2由固装段4与埋覆作业段3连接构成,所述固装段4整体呈圆弧面状,其圆弧面内表面半径尺寸与总成轴1外表面半径尺寸相匹配,所述埋覆作业段3整体为渐开线面状,所述埋覆作业段3的横截面呈矩形。
作业使用时,主动旋转的总成轴1带动弹齿2转动,弹齿2将还田秸秆压入到旋耕粉碎后的土壤内,完成埋覆作业。在总成轴1上呈双头双螺旋线状排列安装的N个弹齿2依次与还田秸秆和土壤接触,使本总成受力均匀合理,作业平顺、振动小,运行稳定;弹齿2的埋覆作业段3呈渐开线面状,不仅弹齿2作业受力均衡,尤其可将还田秸秆逐渐深入的压进土层较深部位处,实现深埋,且提高埋覆率,土地表面清洁、平整。弹齿2的埋覆作业段3矩形横截面保证和提高了弹齿2的整体弹性力和刚度,保证作业质量和效果。

1.一种弹齿式还田秸秆埋覆作业总成,其特征在于:在总成轴(1)上沿轴线方向呈双头螺旋线状排列的均布安装N个弹齿(2),所述弹齿(2)由固装段(4)与埋覆作业段(3)连接构成,所述固装段(4)整体呈圆弧面状,其圆弧面内表面半径尺寸与总成轴(1)外表面半径尺寸相匹配,所述埋覆作业段(3)整体为渐开线面状,所述埋覆作业段(3)的横截面呈矩形。
