The method for realizing the admission control of the network slices realizes the admission control based on the network slices, so that when the network configuration of a certain network slice changes, a processing mode of corresponding admission control is adopted by a user for different service requests belonging to different network slices.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for performing the method of implementing network slice admission control of any of the present invention.
The network slice processing method of the present invention is described in detail below in connection with several specific embodiments.
The first embodiment, taking the first mode in step 200 as an example, assumes that the network configuration changes to congestion of the network slice, comprises the following steps:
step 11: the base station broadcasts the network slice identifier, the corresponding admission control type and the admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type. Wherein,,
the admission control type includes one or more and is pre-customized in the network.
The admission control parameters include: inhibit access or configure inhibit factor (barren factor), and inhibit time (barren time).
Such as: the network Slice identifier may be a Slice ID or NSSAI, S-NSSAI.
The corresponding admission control type may be one or more. Such as category 0 (category 0), category1.
The admission control parameters may be different for each admission control type. Such as: the access prohibition or configuration prohibition factor (package factor) and prohibition time (package time) may be used.
Optionally, the base station may also broadcast the admission control type without network slice attribute and its corresponding admission control parameters. Thus, the method of the invention is also applicable to the service admission control of terminals without network slicing.
An example of the information broadcast by the base station in the first embodiment may be as shown in table 1:

Step 12: when a certain network slice is congested, the base station modifies the admission control type corresponding to the network slice identifier with congestion and the admission control parameter corresponding to the admission control type.
When the network slice is congested, the core network reports the congestion of the network slice to the base station through the ground side interface. The information of the network slice where congestion occurs and the congestion information may be transmitted to the base station through NG-C interface or S1 interface. The message may reuse an existing message or newly set up message.
In this step, the base station modifies the admission control parameters of the corresponding network slice according to the congestion information. The base station may inform the terminal that admission control information of a corresponding network slice has been changed through a paging message.
Such as: assuming that congestion occurs in the network slice 1, in this embodiment, it is assumed that the admission control parameters of the corresponding admission control type a or the admission control parameters of the admission control type a and the admission control type B need to be modified, and then the admission control parameters of the admission control type a or the admission control parameters of the admission control type a and the admission control type B affected by the network slice 1 in the system broadcast message are modified. Alternatively, assuming that an admission control type needs to be modified, such as the pre-existing admission control type a, it may be modified to an admission control type C, etc.

Or when the network slice is congested, the core network directly modifies admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control types of the congested network slice and sends the admission control parameters to the base station through an NG-C interface or an S1 interface. The message may reuse existing message preferences and newly set up messages.
Step 13: the terminal service request is mapped to an admission control type and admission control is performed.
In this embodiment, the mapping does not consider the network slice attribute of the service request type, and the same service of different network slices is mapped to the same admission control type. The admission control type is one or more of the admission control types broadcast by the base station.
After the access layer of the terminal obtains the information in the step 11 or the step 12, the obtained information is transferred to the non-access layer of the terminal;
the non-access layer or the application layer of the terminal maps the service request initiated by the terminal into an admission control type in the obtained information, and executes admission control according to admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type; or the non-access layer or the application layer of the terminal maps the service request initiated by the terminal into the admission control type in the obtained information, submits the admission control type to the access layer of the terminal, and the access layer of the terminal executes the admission control according to the mapped admission control type and the information broadcast by the base station.
As shown in fig. 3, traffic type 1 is mapped to admission control type 2 and traffic type 2 is mapped to admission control type 3. Wherein, the mapping relation is not related to the service home network slice of the terminal, and the same service is still mapped to the same admission control type in different network slices.
The terminal application layer or the non-access layer obtains network slice identification information such as S-NSSAI to which the service request belongs, maps the service type of the network slice identification information to an admission request type value according to the mapping relation, and transmits the admission control type to the access layer of the terminal;
the access layer of the terminal acquires admission control information in the system broadcast message, and finds out a corresponding admission control type according to the network slice identification information to execute admission control; or the access layer of the terminal transmits the admission control information in the broadcast message to the application layer or the non-access layer of the terminal, and the application layer or the non-access layer of the terminal carries out admission control according to the information.
If the service request of the terminal has no explicit network slice information, or only NSSAI information, or the network slice information is not in the admission control broadcasted by the base station, the admission control is performed by using the admission control parameters in the network slice common control information.
The second embodiment takes a second mode as an example, and assumes that a network configuration change causes congestion in a network slice, and includes the following steps:
step 21: the base station broadcasts the unified admission control type and the admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type. Wherein,,
the admission control type includes one or more and is pre-customized in the network.
The admission control parameters include: inhibit access or configure inhibit factor (barren factor), and inhibit time (barren time).
The unified admission control type broadcasted by the base station and the admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type are assumed as shown in table 3:

Step 22: when a certain network slice is congested, the base station broadcasts a unified admission control type and admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type, and also broadcasts a network slice identifier, a corresponding admission control type and admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type, wherein the network slice identifier, the corresponding admission control type and the admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type are congested.
As shown in table 4, if congestion occurs in the network slice X in this embodiment, the base station needs to modify the admission control parameter, and then the base station needs to broadcast the admission control type corresponding to the network slice X in fig. 4.

Optionally, the admission control type of the network slice X and its corresponding admission control parameters may be configured to the base station by the core network element; or the core network cloud prompts the base station network slice X to congestion through the overload indication, and the base station configures relevant admission control parameters for the admission control type of the network slice X.
Wherein, the data can be sent to the base station through an NG-C interface or an S1 interface. The message may reuse an existing message or newly set up message.
Step 23: the terminal service request is mapped to an admission control type and admission control is performed.
In this embodiment, the mapping needs to consider the network slice attribute of the service request type, and the same service of different network slices may be mapped to the same admission control type or may be mapped to different admission control types. The admission control type is one or more of the admission control types broadcast by the base station.
As shown in fig. 4, traffic type 1 maps to admission control type 3 in network slice 1 and admission control type 2 in network slice 2. Traffic type 2 maps to admission control type 2 in network slice 1 and admission control type 4 in network slice 2.
The terminal application layer or the non-access layer obtains the network slice identification information such as S-NSSAI to which the service request belongs, maps the service type of the network slice identification information to an admission control type value according to the mapping relation, and transmits the admission control type to the access layer of the terminal;
the access layer of the terminal acquires admission control information in the system broadcast message and directly executes admission control according to the admission control type; or the access layer of the terminal transmits the admission control type and the admission control type in the broadcast message to the application layer or the non-access layer of the terminal, and the application layer or the non-access layer of the terminal carries out admission control according to the information.
If in step 22, the base station broadcasts the admission control type and admission control information based on the network slice, then the access layer of the terminal sends the received broadcast information to the terminal application layer or the non-access layer, wherein the broadcast information carries the network slice identification information and the admission control type information; the terminal application layer or the non-access layer finds corresponding admission control information according to the network slice information of the service and executes admission control; or the application layer or the non-access layer of the terminal sends the network slice information of the terminal service to the access layer of the terminal. And the access layer of the terminal obtains the corresponding admission control parameters and executes admission control.
If the service request of the terminal has no explicit network slice information, or only NSSAI information, or the network slice information is not in the admission control broadcasted by the base station, the admission control is performed by using the admission control parameters in the network slice common control information.
The third embodiment takes a third mode as an example, and assumes that a network configuration change causes congestion in a network slice, and includes the following steps:
step 31: the base station broadcasts the unified admission control type and the admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type. Wherein,,
the admission control type includes one or more and is pre-customized in the network.
The admission control parameters include: inhibit access or configure inhibit factor (barren factor), and inhibit time (barren time).
The unified admission control type broadcasted by the base station and the admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type are assumed as shown in table 3:
step 32: when a certain network slice is congested, the base station broadcasts the unified admission control type and the admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type, and the base station also broadcasts the admission control type mapping rule. The admission control type mapping rule is used for covering a terminal side non-access layer or an application layer to deduce a rule of an admission control type.
Optionally, the admission control type mapping rule may be configured by a core network element and sent to the base station through a ground interface; or the core network element sends the congestion indication to the base station through the ground interface, and the base station configures the admission control type mapping rule.
Such as: according to the original admission control type mapping rule, as shown in fig. 4, traffic type 1 is mapped as admission control type 2 in network slice 1, and traffic type 2 is mapped as admission control type 2 in network slice 1. It is assumed that the base station broadcasts an updated admission control type mapping rule display in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, traffic type 1 is mapped to admission control type 3 in network slice 1, and traffic type 2 is mapped to admission control type 4 in network slice 1.
Step 33: the terminal service request is mapped to an admission control type and admission control is performed.
In this embodiment, the admission control type is one or more of admission control types broadcasted by the base station.
After the access layer of the terminal obtains the information in step 31 or 32, the broadcast information is transferred to the non-access layer of the terminal;
and the non-access layer or the application layer of the terminal maps the service request initiated by the terminal into an admission control type, and executes admission control according to admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type. If the new admission control type mapping rule is broadcast by the base station in step 32, the new admission control type mapping rule should be used to override the admission control type mapping rule being used.
For example, assuming that traffic type 1 is mapped to admission control type 2 in network slice 1 according to the original admission control type mapping rule, traffic type 1 is mapped to admission control type 3 in network slice 1 in the new admission control type mapping rule. The terminal will perform admission control according to the admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type 3.
Other admission control is the same as the procedure of the first and second embodiments, and will not be described here again.
The fourth embodiment takes a fourth mode as an example, and assumes that a network configuration change becomes a network slice congestion, and includes the following steps:
step 41: the base station broadcasts the unified admission control type and the admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type. Wherein,,
the admission control type includes one or more and is pre-customized in the network.
The admission control parameters include: inhibit access or configure inhibit factor (barren factor), and inhibit time (barren time).
The network slices correspond to different admission control types, respectively.
The mapping relationship may be as shown in fig. 6, for example: network slice 1 can only correspond to admission control type 1 and admission control type 2. Network slice 2 is not able to use admission control type 1 and admission control type 2.
Step 42: when a certain network slice is congested, the base station modifies the admission control type corresponding to the congested network slice identifier and the admission control parameter corresponding to the admission control type.
In this embodiment, assuming that the network slice 2 is congested and needs new admission control, the base station may update and broadcast the admission control parameters in the admission control type 3 and the admission control type 4 corresponding to the network slice 2. As shown in table 5.

Claims (19)

1. A method for implementing network slice admission control, comprising:
The base station determines the admission control type corresponding to the network slice with changed network configuration and the admission control parameter corresponding to the network slice, and notifies the admission control type and the admission control parameter to the terminal;
the method further comprises the steps of:
the base station broadcasts unified admission control types and admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control types;
when the network configuration changes, the base station also broadcasts an admission control type mapping rule as the determined admission control type and the admission control parameters corresponding to the determined admission control type; the admission control type mapping rule is used for covering a terminal side non-access layer or an application layer to deduce a rule of an admission control type.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: the base station broadcasts a network slice identifier, a corresponding admission control type and an admission control parameter corresponding to the admission control type.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: the base station broadcasts unified admission control types and admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control types;
when the network configuration changes, the base station also broadcasts a network slice identifier and a corresponding admission control type with the changed network configuration, and an admission control parameter corresponding to the admission control type so as to inform the terminal.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the base station determining the admission control type and its corresponding admission control parameters for the network slice in which the network configuration changes comprises:
the base station receives the admission control type with changed network configuration from a core network element and the admission control parameter configuration corresponding to the admission control type;
or the base station receives configuration information and/or congestion information of network slice configuration and/or congestion, which are reported by a core network element and are changed in network configuration; the base station configures relevant admission control parameters for the admission control type of the network slice.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the base station determining the admission control type and corresponding admission control parameters for the network slice for which the network configuration is changed comprises:
the base station receives the admission control type mapping rule from the core network element configuration;
or the base station configures the admission control type mapping rule according to the received configuration information and/or congestion information of the network slice configuration and/or congestion, which are reported by the core network element and are changed in the network configuration.
6. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the base station determining the admission control type and its corresponding admission control parameters corresponding to the network slice in which the network configuration is changed comprises: the base station receives configuration information and/or congestion information of network slice configuration and/or congestion of which the network configuration is reported to change from a core network element through a ground side interface;
and the base station modifies the admission control parameters of the corresponding network slices according to the configuration information and/or the congestion information.
7. A method according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the admission control parameters comprise: inhibit access or configure inhibit factors, and inhibit time.
8. A method for implementing network slice admission control, comprising:
the terminal acquires an admission control type corresponding to the network slice with changed network configuration and corresponding admission control parameters;
the terminal maps the service request into the determined admission control type and executes admission control;
wherein the terminal mapping the service request to the determined admission control type and performing admission control includes:
after the access layer of the terminal obtains information which is broadcasted by a base station and/or is determined when the network configuration is changed, the received information is transmitted to the non-access layer of the terminal;
The non-access layer or the application layer of the terminal maps the service request initiated by the terminal into an admission control type in the received information, and executes admission control according to admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type; or the non-access layer or the application layer of the terminal maps the service request initiated by the terminal into an admission control type in the received information, and submits the mapped admission control type to the access layer of the terminal, and the access layer of the terminal executes admission control according to the mapped admission control type and the information broadcast by the base station;
wherein the terminal mapping the service request to the determined admission control type and performing admission control includes:
after the access layer of the terminal obtains information which is broadcasted by a base station and/or is determined when the network configuration is changed, the received information is transmitted to the non-access layer of the terminal;

the non-access layer or the application layer of the terminal maps the service request initiated by the terminal into an admission control type in the received information and submits the admission control type to the access layer of the terminal, and the access layer of the terminal executes admission control according to the admission control type, the unified admission control type broadcasted by the base station and the admission control parameters corresponding to the admission control type;
and if the service initiated by the terminal belongs to the network slice with the changed network configuration, executing admission control according to the network slice identifier broadcasted by the base station, the corresponding admission control type and the admission control parameter corresponding to the admission control type.

The apparatus according to claim 10 or 10, wherein the first processing module is specifically configured to: receiving a network slice configuration and/or congestion message from a core network through a ground interface; and modifying admission control parameters of the corresponding network slices according to the configuration information and/or the congestion information.
