the channel list information in S1 further includes a total number of channels, and the flow of S201 includes: the IPTV video terminal receives the playing information of each channel in the channel list information, and the number of the received channels is plus 1 after 1 playing information is received; when the number of the receiving channels is the same as the total number of the receiving channels, the step goes to S202;
the play information of each channel of the channel list information in S1 further includes a channel name and a channel number, and on this basis, the flow of S3 includes:

The IPTV channel list generation use method of claim 1, wherein the flow of S202 comprises: forming a play array by all the play information acquired in the S201, calculating an MD5 value of the play array, judging whether the current MD5 value is the same as the MD5 value stored locally, if so, ending the S2; otherwise, all the playing information acquired in the step S201 is overwritten to the locally stored playing file, the MD5 value calculated according to all the playing information acquired in the step S201 is saved, and the step S2 is ended.
3. An IPTV channel list generation and use system is characterized in that the system comprises a channel list receiving module, a play address storage module and a local play module which are arranged on an IPTV video terminal;
the channel list receiving module is used for: the method comprises the steps that authentication is carried out on a server side, after the authentication is successful, whether channel list information sent by the server side is received or not is monitored, if yes, a playing address storage signal is sent to a playing address storage module, and if not, a local playing signal is sent to a local playing module;
the play address storage module is used for: after receiving the broadcast address storage signal, storing the broadcast address of each channel in the channel list information;
the local play module is used for: receiving a local playing signal, and playing the live program of the corresponding channel according to the playing address stored by the playing address storage module;
the channel list information in the channel list receiving module comprises playing information of each channel, and the playing information comprises a channel identification code and a playing address; on this basis, the work flow of the play address storage module comprises:
play address storage 01: acquiring playing information of all effective channels in the channel list information;
the play address storage 02 judges whether all the acquired play information is the same as the information in the locally stored play file, if so, the work is finished; otherwise, after all the acquired playing information is covered to the locally stored playing file, the work is finished;
the channel list information in the channel list receiving module further includes a total number of channels, and the flow of the play address storage 01 includes: receiving the playing information of each channel in the channel list information, and after receiving 1 piece of playing information, receiving the channel number by + 1; when the number of the receiving channels is the same as the total number of the channels, the process of the playing address storage module 02 is carried out;
the playing information of each channel of the channel list information in the channel list receiving module further includes a channel name and a channel number, and on this basis, the work flow of the local playing module includes:
the local play module 01: displaying the channel number and the channel name of each channel in the locally stored playing file;
the local play module 02: when a viewing signal of a corresponding channel is monitored, after the playing information of the channel is searched in a locally stored playing file, a playing address in the playing information is obtained, and a live program of the channel is played according to the playing address.

The IPTV channel list generation use system of claim 3, wherein the flow of the play address storage module 02 includes: forming a play array by using all the acquired play information, calculating the MD5 value of the play array, judging whether the current MD5 value is the same as the MD5 value stored locally, and if so, finishing the work; otherwise, all the acquired playing information is covered to the locally stored playing file, and the MD5 value calculated according to all the acquired playing information is saved, so that the work is completed.
