In the VOIP communication device provided in the above embodiment of the present invention, after the working mode configured by the home gateway system 2 is determined, the processor is further configured to register an account of the home gateway system 2 with the external network 3 and record an account registration result when the working mode is the wired mode. Specifically, when it is determined that the home gateway system 2 operates in the wired mode, the processor continues to determine the network connection state of the home gateway system 2, that is, detects whether the wired broadband is connected to the Internet network, and if so, initiates an account registration request to perform account registration of the home gateway system 2 with the external network 3.
Under the condition that the home gateway system 2 works in the wired mode, the processor is further used for determining the network connection state of the home gateway system 2 after determining that the working mode is the wired mode; the processor is further configured to wait for receiving information that the network connection status is a connected status when the network connection status of the home gateway system 2 is an unconnected status; the processor is further configured to perform account registration of the home gateway system 2 with the external network 3 when receiving information that the network connection status is the connected status, and record an account registration result.
For the VOIP communication device 6 provided in the above embodiment, it should be noted that, no matter the home gateway system 2 works in the wired mode or the wireless mode, when performing account registration, the processor may initiate an SIP account registration request; and after the account registration request is completed, the processor can also judge whether the account registration state is successful and record the account registration result. When the VOIP communication device 6 is used to transmit VOIP voice data stream, the processor may detect the account registration result after the user goes off the hook, and when the account registration is successful, the user may perform dialing operation and realize a call. In addition, no matter the home gateway system 2 works in a wireless mode or a wired mode, the VOIP communication device 6 provided in the above embodiment can realize transmission of VOIP voice data streams, i.e. differences in network access, and does not affect transmission of VOIP voice data streams, thereby further improving user experience.

The VOIP communication device 6 is respectively connected to the first external interface 7, the second external interface 8 and the mobile wireless module 9, and is configured to encode the voice data stream transmitted from the first external interface 7, and output the encoded voice data stream of VOIP to the external network 3 (for example, IMS network) through the second external interface 8 or the mobile wireless module 9; the VOIP communication device 6 is also configured to decode the voice data stream received from the second external interface 8 or the mobile wireless module 9, and output the decoded voice data stream of VOIP to the telephone through the first external interface 7.
The types of the first external interface 7 and the second external interface 8 are various, and for example: the first external interface 7 is an RJ11 interface, and the second external interface 8 is an RJ45 interface, which is not limited to these two interfaces. The mobile wireless Module 9 may specifically include a radio frequency chip, a SIM card (Subscriber Identity Module), a peripheral circuit, and a related software Module.
It should be noted that, no matter whether the transmission path of the voice data stream is provided by the wired network 4 or the wireless network 5, for the voice control signaling, the voice control signaling can be packaged into the SIP packet for transmission in the IP network; for voice data, the voice data can be packaged into a Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) packet for transmission in an IP network. Specifically, the SIP protocol supports a variety of commands, and can be used to encapsulate signaling between a calling party and a called party, such as dialing, ringing, answering, and the like. The RTP Protocol can encode a voice stream, encapsulate the encoded voice stream into a User Datagram Protocol (UDP) packet, and transmit the UDP packet over an IP network.
Referring to fig. 5, when the user uses the home gateway system 2 to perform VOIP telephony, after the user goes off the phone, the VOIP communication device 6 can detect whether the account is successfully registered, and if the account is successfully registered, play a dial tone, wait for collecting user keys, and perform dialing; and if the account registration fails, playing a warning sound and waiting for response.
The home gateway system 2 provided by the embodiment of the present invention can ensure that a user performs a VOIP call regardless of which network (wired network or wireless network) is accessed, that is, the home gateway system 2 can implement a VOIP call in different ways for different network access ways, which improves user experience well, and when the home gateway system 2 works in a wireless mode, the VOIP communication device 6 included in the home gateway system 2 can establish a dedicated PDN connection (including a first dedicated PDN connection and a second dedicated PDN connection), thereby ensuring transmission quality of voice data streams.

and according to the established first special PDN connection, carrying out account registration of the home gateway system to an external network, and when the account registration result is successful, realizing transmission of voice data stream of VOIP between the terminal and the external network through the first special PDN connection.
2. The VOIP communication method according to claim 1, wherein after determining the network registration type of the home gateway system, the VOIP communication method further comprises:
when the network registration type is a second network type, determining the establishment state of a second special PDN connection;
and when the establishment state of the second private PDN connection is established, carrying out account registration of the home gateway system to an external network, and recording an account registration result.
3. The VOIP communicating method according to claim 2, wherein after determining that the establishment status of said second dedicated PDN connection is established, said VOIP communicating method further comprises:
determining an account registration mode of the home gateway system;
and according to the account registration mode of the home gateway system, carrying out account registration of the home gateway system to an external network, and recording an account registration result.
4. The VOIP communication method according to claim 3, wherein before said determining the operating mode of the home gateway system configuration, said VOIP communication method further comprises:
acquiring manual account registration request information;
the determining the account registration mode of the home gateway system comprises:

the determining unit is further configured to determine an account registration mode of the home gateway system;

the processor is further configured to, when the network registration type is a first network type, read a first private PDN parameter of an external network, and initiate PDN dialing to the external network according to the first private PDN parameter to establish a first private PDN connection;
and the processor is further configured to perform account registration of the home gateway system to an external network according to the established first dedicated PDN connection, and when an account registration result is successful, realize that a voice data stream of VOIP is transmitted between the terminal and the external network through the first dedicated PDN connection.
16. The VOIP communications device of claim 15, wherein, upon determining a network registration type of the home gateway system,
the processor is further configured to determine an establishment state of a second private PDN connection when the network registration type is a second network type;
and the processor is further configured to perform account registration of the home gateway system to an external network and record an account registration result when the establishment state of the second private PDN connection is established.
17. The VOIP communication device of claim 16, wherein upon determining that the establishment status of the second private PDN connection is established,
the processor is further configured to determine an account registration mode of the home gateway system;
the processor is further configured to register an account of the home gateway system with an external network according to the account registration mode of the home gateway system, and record an account registration result.
18. The VOIP communications device of claim 17,
the processor is further configured to acquire manual account registration request information before the determining of the working mode configured by the home gateway system;
the processor is further configured to determine, according to the manual account registration request information, that an account registration mode of the home gateway system is a manual registration mode.
19. The VOIP communications device of claim 15, wherein, upon determining an operational mode of the home gateway system configuration,
and the processor is further configured to register an account of the home gateway system with an external network and record an account registration result when the working mode is the wired mode.
20. The VOIP communications device of claim 19,
the processor is further configured to determine a network connection state of the home gateway system after determining that the working mode is a wired mode;
the processor is further configured to wait for receiving information that the network connection state is a connected state when the network connection state of the home gateway system is an unconnected state;
and the processor is further configured to register an account of the external network by the home gateway system and record an account registration result when the information that the network connection state is the connected state is received.
21. VOIP communications device according to any of claims 15-20, characterized in that said external network comprises an IMS network.
22. A home gateway system comprising a VOIP communications device according to any one of claims 15 to 21.
