Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the mobile terminal architecture shown in fig. 1 is not intended to be limiting of mobile terminals, which may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
Based on the hardware structure of the mobile terminal, the embodiments of the method of the invention are provided.
Example one
Referring to fig. 2, which illustrates a method for sending a file according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method may be applied to a mobile terminal, and the method may include:
s201: when a sending instruction for a file to be sent is received, acquiring an image at the current moment;
s202: detecting whether the acquired image is matched with a pre-stored face image;
s203: and correspondingly detecting that the acquired image is matched with the pre-stored face image, and sending the file to be sent according to the sending instruction.
As shown in fig. 2, in general, a file to be sent refers to a related file stored locally in the mobile terminal, and the related file includes, for example, a picture, an audio, a video, a document, and the like. When a sending instruction for a file to be sent is received, the mobile terminal collects the image at the current moment and performs matching detection on the image and a face image stored in advance, so that the bad influence caused by the fact that the file which is relatively private is sent by mistake due to false triggering under the condition that a user is not aware is effectively avoided; therefore, when the acquired image is matched with the pre-stored face image, the mobile terminal sends the file to be sent out according to the sending instruction, so that the file can be sent on the premise that the user knows the condition, the privacy and the safety of the user are better protected, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that, for step S201, the acquiring an image at the current time specifically includes:
starting a camera;
and acquiring the image at the current moment through the camera.
The camera is a front camera of the mobile terminal; generally, a front camera is a camera disposed above a screen of a mobile terminal. When the mobile terminal collects the image at the current moment through the camera, the collected image can be displayed on the interface of the mobile terminal, so that the camera or the collected object can be adjusted in time to obtain a more accurate collected image. For example, when a sending instruction of a file to be sent is received, the mobile terminal starts the front-facing camera and collects an image at the current moment, and in order to collect the image more accurately, the collected image can be displayed on an interface of the mobile terminal at the same time.
When the mobile terminal finishes image acquisition at the current moment, the mobile terminal can adopt a face recognition technology to judge whether the acquired image is a face image of a mobile terminal holder or a user authorized and agreed by the holder, namely whether the acquired image is matched with a face image stored in advance; therefore, false triggering caused by false touch of the touch display screen of the mobile terminal can be avoided, or false triggering of other users except the holder and the user authorized and agreed by the holder can be avoided, especially false triggering of children can cause the private file stored in the mobile terminal to be sent out; therefore, for step S202, the detecting whether the acquired image matches a pre-stored face image specifically includes:
s301: extracting human face features from the acquired image;
s302: calculating the similarity between the human face features and the pre-stored human face features; wherein the pre-stored facial features are extracted from the pre-stored facial image;
s303: if the similarity is not lower than a preset threshold value, the acquired image is matched with the pre-stored face image;
s304: and if the similarity is lower than a preset threshold value, the acquired image is not matched with the pre-stored face image.
It should be understood that the preset threshold refers to a set value for measuring whether the acquired image in the face recognition matches with a pre-stored face image. The method comprises the steps that a face image collected and recorded through a camera is stored in the mobile terminal in advance; it should be noted that a plurality of face images may be stored inside the mobile terminal, and these faces may include faces of the holder of the mobile terminal and users authorized to agree with the holder. When the mobile terminal collects the image at the current moment, analyzing and preprocessing the collected image, and extracting feature points of the face, wherein the feature points can be eyes, mouth, nose, forehead, eyeball center and the like in the face; extracting corresponding face features such as the distance from the center of an eyeball to the nose, the distance between two sides of a mouth, the length of eyes, the width of a forehead and the like according to the relative positions of the feature points; after the mobile terminal acquires the face features, the similarity between the face features and the face features stored in advance can be calculated. For example, the similarity may be calculated by applying a face recognition algorithm such as a eigenface algorithm, a local feature analysis algorithm, a neural network algorithm, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, assuming that a preset threshold of the mobile terminal is 70%, extracting 30 feature points from the acquired image, extracting 30 feature points from a pre-stored face image, respectively obtaining the face features and the pre-stored face features according to the relative positions of the 30 feature points, and calculating the similarity between the two features through a local feature analysis algorithm, for example, the calculated similarity is 80%, and at this time, since the calculated similarity is higher than the preset threshold, it can be determined that the face in the acquired image matches with the pre-stored face image; when the image acquired by the mobile terminal at the current moment is the face of a child, the similarity calculated according to the face features and the face features stored in advance is 40%, and the acquired image can be confirmed to be not matched with the face image stored in advance because the calculated similarity is far lower than a preset threshold value.
Particularly, when a group of people surrounds the mobile terminal, the camera performs image acquisition, and the acquired image comprises a plurality of faces; in this case, as long as one of faces in the captured image matches a face image stored in advance, it can be confirmed that the captured image matches the face image stored in advance.
In the implementation manner shown in fig. 3, the mobile terminal needs to extract feature points from the acquired image to obtain corresponding face features, then performs similarity calculation through a face feature recognition algorithm, and determines whether the acquired image is matched with a pre-stored face image according to comparison between a similarity value obtained through calculation and a preset threshold value; in some cases, when the face image pre-stored in the mobile terminal and the current acquired image belong to different angles, the calculated similarity is lower than a preset threshold value, so that false face recognition may occur, and the file sending efficiency is reduced; therefore, for step S202, in another possible implementation manner, referring to fig. 4, before calculating the similarity between the facial features and the pre-stored facial features, the method further includes:
s401: based on a specific face, continuously acquiring and storing a plurality of face images through the camera in advance; wherein the plurality of face images correspond to a plurality of different angles of the particular face;
s402: and extracting the face features stored in advance from the face images stored in advance.
It can be understood that, based on a specific face, the mobile terminal continuously collects and stores face images of a plurality of different angles for the specific face in advance through the camera, wherein the plurality of angles may include 7 different angles of the face, such as right front, right side, left side, oblique upper side, oblique lower side, right front and left front, so as to ensure that more complete face features can be extracted from the face images stored in advance. Therefore, based on the implementation mode of FIG. 4, as the complete face features can be extracted from the face images stored in advance, the probability of face recognition errors in the acquired images can be reduced, and the efficiency of sending files is improved.
Compared with the implementation mode shown in fig. 3, in the implementation mode shown in fig. 4, for a specific face in a pre-stored face image, the acquisition of the face images at a plurality of different angles for the specific face is added, so that relatively complete face features can be extracted from the pre-stored face image, the probability of face recognition errors in the acquired image is reduced, and the efficiency of sending files is improved; meanwhile, requirements on the angle and the posture of the collected object when the image at the current moment is collected can be reduced, and user experience is improved.
It should be noted that, before performing face recognition detection, the mobile terminal may further perform face detection on the acquired image to identify a possibly existing face subimage, and then perform a face recognition technology based on the face subimage, so that the amount of calculation of the similarity value during face recognition can be greatly reduced, the processing speed of face recognition is improved, and the operating speed of the mobile terminal is also improved; therefore, before step S202, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the acquired image comprises a human face;
if the acquired image is detected to comprise a face, continuously detecting whether the acquired image is matched with a pre-stored face image;
and if the acquired image is detected not to include the human face, stopping executing the sending instruction for the file to be sent.
It is understood that, before detecting whether the acquired image matches with a pre-stored face image, the mobile terminal may advance face detection, that is, detect whether the acquired image includes a face. When the acquired image comprises a face, the matching detection can be carried out based on the detected face subimage and the face image stored in advance, so that the calculated amount of the similarity value during face recognition can be reduced, and the processing speed of the face recognition is improved; when the acquired image does not include the face, for example, the mobile terminal is placed in a pocket of a user, image acquisition is caused by mistakenly touching the touch display screen, the acquired image does not include the face at the moment, the execution of the sending instruction can be directly stopped, face recognition and similarity calculation are not needed, and the running speed of the mobile terminal is increased. Currently, mainstream face detection methods are basically classified into four types: namely knowledge-based methods, feature-based methods, template-matching-based methods and statistical model-based methods; the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
It should be noted that, after the mobile terminal executes the sending instruction of the file to be sent, if the holder of the mobile terminal finds that the file to be sent does not need to be sent or the selection of the receiving object is wrong, even if the acquired image is detected to be matched with the pre-stored face image, the mobile terminal can still cancel the execution of the sending instruction for the file to be sent; therefore, for step S203, before transmitting the file to be transmitted according to the transmission instruction, the method further includes:
displaying prompt information of the file to be sent; the prompt information is used for indicating whether the sending instruction is executed or not;
if a first instruction aiming at the prompt message is received, continuing to execute the sending instruction aiming at the file to be sent;
and if a second instruction aiming at the prompt message is received, canceling the execution of the sending instruction aiming at the file to be sent.
It can be understood that the prompt information may be in the form of a pop-up dialog box to prompt the user whether to continue executing the sending instruction for the file to be sent, and an option is reserved for sending the file to be sent again. That is to say, when it is detected that the acquired image matches the pre-stored face image, the mobile terminal does not directly execute a sending instruction for the file to be sent, but displays a prompt message sent by the file to be sent on a mobile terminal interface, for example, a prompt message content is "do not continue to execute the sending instruction for the file to be sent? "; the first instruction is an instruction generated by continuing to execute the operation of sending the instruction, and if the user determines that the file to be sent needs to be sent, the mobile terminal needs to execute the first instruction of the prompt message to send the file to be sent out; for example, the first instruction may be an instruction generated by executing a yes operation input by a mobile terminal holder, and a sending instruction of a file to be sent is executed; the second instruction is an instruction generated by canceling the operation of executing the sending instruction, and if the user determines that the file to be sent does not need to be sent or the selection of the receiving object is wrong, the mobile terminal needs to execute the second instruction of the prompt message to cancel the execution of the sending instruction; for example, the second instruction may be an instruction generated by performing a no operation input by the mobile terminal holder, and the transmission instruction of the file to be transmitted is cancelled; therefore, whether the file to be sent is sent or not is reserved for the user by the mobile terminal, and the technical problem that the file to be sent is sent out in error to bring great trouble and inconvenience to the user is solved.
It should be noted that, based on the scheme shown in fig. 2, the method further includes:
and stopping executing the sending instruction aiming at the file to be sent corresponding to the situation that the acquired image is not matched with the pre-stored face image.
It can be understood that when it is detected that the acquired image is matched with the pre-stored face image, it indicates that the current sending instruction is performed on the premise that the user knows the condition, and the file to be sent can be sent out according to the sending instruction; correspondingly, when the collected image is detected not to be matched with the pre-stored face image, the current sending instruction is carried out on the premise that the user does not know, the sending instruction is stopped being executed, and the file to be sent is not sent.
For the technical scheme shown in fig. 2, when it is determined that the sending instruction for the file to be sent is executed on the premise that the holder of the mobile terminal is informed, in order to avoid that the mobile terminal acquires the image at the current moment and performs matching detection on the acquired image, so that the waiting time is too long, the intuitive feeling of the user is affected, and meanwhile, in order to improve the efficiency of file sending, the mobile terminal can also set a file sending safety mode; by opening or closing the file sending security mode, the file sending can be ensured to be carried out on the premise that the user knows the information, the privacy and the security of the user are better protected, the file sending efficiency can be improved, and the user experience is improved; therefore, before step S201, the method further comprises:
receiving a preset opening instruction;
and opening a file sending safety mode based on the opening instruction.
After the file sending security mode is started, when a sending instruction for a file to be sent is received, the file to be sent is not directly sent out according to the sending instruction, but an image at the current moment needs to be collected and matched with a pre-stored face image for detection, so that the file is sent on the premise that a user knows the information, and privacy and security of the user are better protected. The preset opening instruction refers to an instruction generated by an operation executed by the mobile terminal for opening a file sending security mode. Optionally, when the mobile terminal executes a screen locking operation instruction, synchronous opening of a file sending security mode is performed while the screen is locked, and at this time, the preset opening instruction is the screen locking operation instruction; the preset starting instruction can also be an instruction generated by executing the operation of a single key or a combined key input by a mobile terminal holder, and the file sending safety mode is started by executing the instruction generated by key operation, wherein the key can be a physical key, such as a power key, a volume key and the like, or a virtual key, such as a Home key; in addition, the preset opening instruction may also be a preset opening password instruction, and the file sending security mode is opened by executing an instruction generated by an opening password input by a mobile terminal holder, where the opening password may be a digital password, a graphical password, a fingerprint, a human face, or the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Correspondingly, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a preset closing instruction;
closing the file sending safety mode based on a preset closing instruction;
and when a sending instruction for a file to be sent is received, directly sending the file to be sent according to the sending instruction.
It is to be understood that, based on the above-mentioned opening of the file transmission security mode, the mobile terminal may also close the file transmission security mode. After the file sending safety mode is closed, when a sending instruction for a file to be sent is received, the file to be sent is directly sent out according to the sending instruction, and therefore the file sending efficiency can be improved. The preset closing instruction is an instruction generated by an operation executed by the mobile terminal for closing the file sending security mode. Optionally, the preset closing instruction may be an instruction generated by performing an operation of a single key or a combination of keys input by a mobile terminal holder, and the file sending security mode is closed by performing the instruction generated by performing the key operation, where the key may be a physical key, such as a power key, a volume key, or the like, or a virtual key, such as a Home key; in addition, the preset close command may also be a preset close password, and the file transmission security mode is closed by executing a command generated by the close password input by the mobile terminal holder, where the close password may be a digital password, a graphical password, a fingerprint, a human face, or the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
For example, when the user performs a screen locking operation, the file sending security mode can be synchronously opened; therefore, when the mobile terminal is placed in a clothes pocket of a user, even if the mobile terminal is touched by mistake and a sending instruction of a file to be sent is started, the mobile terminal already starts a file sending safety mode, so that the phenomenon that a private file stored in the mobile terminal is sent out by mistake on the premise that the user is not aware of the mobile terminal is effectively avoided, and the privacy safety of the user is protected; when a user operates the mobile terminal, in order to accelerate the file sending progress, the user can close the file sending safety mode through a preset closing instruction; such as the user turning it off by entering the correct turn-off password; therefore, when the mobile terminal receives a sending instruction of a file to be sent, the file to be sent can be directly sent out according to the sending instruction, so that the file sending progress is accelerated, the file sending efficiency is improved, and the user experience is better improved.
The embodiment provides a method for sending a file, which is applied to a mobile terminal and is used for collecting an image at the current moment when a sending instruction for the file to be sent is received; detecting whether the acquired image is matched with a pre-stored face image; corresponding to the fact that the collected image is matched with the face image stored in advance, the file to be sent is sent according to the sending instruction; therefore, the file is sent on the premise that the user knows the information, the privacy and the safety of the user are better protected, and the user experience is improved.
Example two
Based on the same inventive concept of the foregoing embodiment, referring to fig. 5, which shows a detailed flow of a method for sending a file according to an embodiment of the present invention, based on the mobile terminal shown in fig. 1, the detailed flow may include:
s501: receiving a preset opening instruction; opening a file sending safety mode based on the opening instruction;
s502: when a sending instruction for a local file to be sent is received, starting a camera;
s503: acquiring an image at the current moment through the camera;
for example, taking the mobile terminal in fig. 1 as an example, assuming that the preset open command is a preset open password, when the user inputs a correct open password, the mobile terminal opens the file sending security mode; in the file sending security mode, when a user executes local file sending, that is, the mobile terminal receives a sending instruction for a file to be sent, the mobile terminal starts the front-facing camera and collects an image at the current time, for example, the collected image at the current time is as shown in fig. 6; therefore, the local file sending can be ensured to occur under the condition that the user knows the information, and the privacy and the safety of the user are better protected.
S504: detecting whether the acquired image comprises a human face;
s505: if the acquired image is detected to comprise a face, continuously detecting whether the acquired image is matched with a pre-stored face image;
s506: if the acquired image does not comprise the face, stopping executing the sending instruction for the file to be sent;
it is to be understood that, after step S504, by detecting whether a human face is included in the acquired image, if it is detected that a human face is included in the acquired image, step S505 is executed; if it is detected that the acquired image does not include a human face, step S506 is executed.
For example, still taking the mobile terminal of fig. 1 as an example, in conjunction with the above example, the acquired image is shown in fig. 6; according to the face detection technology, such as the method based on template matching, for fig. 6, a face can be detected in the captured image, but it cannot be determined whether the current user is a user desired by the mobile terminal, such as the holder of the mobile terminal or a user authorized by the holder to agree, and therefore, the mobile terminal needs to further detect whether the captured image matches with a face image stored in advance; if the face is not detected in the acquired image, it is indicated that the current operation is not desired by the mobile terminal, for example, the current operation is caused when the mobile terminal is placed in a pocket of a user and touched by the user by mistake on a touch display screen, and then the mobile terminal stops executing the sending instruction for the file to be sent.
S507: based on a specific face, continuously acquiring and storing a plurality of face images through the camera in advance; wherein the plurality of face images correspond to a plurality of different angles of the particular face;
s508: extracting the pre-stored face features from the pre-stored face images;
s509: extracting human face features from the acquired image;
s510: calculating the similarity between the human face features and the pre-stored human face features;
s511: comparing the similarity with a preset threshold value;
s512: if the similarity is not lower than a preset threshold value, the acquired image is matched with the pre-stored face image;
s513: if the similarity is lower than a preset threshold value, the acquired image is not matched with the pre-stored face image;
it is to be understood that, after step S511, by comparing the calculated similarity with a preset threshold, if the similarity is not lower than the preset threshold, step S512 is executed; if the similarity is lower than the preset threshold, step S513 is executed.
For example, still taking the mobile terminal in fig. 1 as an example, in combination with the above example, according to an actual experience value, the preset threshold value is set to 70%, and for each specific face pre-stored in the mobile terminal, during the storage, a camera has been used to continuously collect face images at a plurality of different angles for the specific face in advance, where the plurality of angles may include 7 different angles such as a front direction, a right direction, a left direction, an oblique upper direction, an oblique lower direction, a front right direction, and a front left direction of the face; acquiring 30 feature points from the face images stored in advance, and acquiring more complete face features stored in advance according to the relative positions of the feature points; for the acquired image shown in fig. 6, the mobile terminal also acquires 30 feature points from the acquired image, the distribution of the 30 feature points is shown in fig. 7, and the face features in the acquired image are acquired according to the relative positions of the feature points; then, calculating the similarity of the two images through a local feature analysis algorithm, for example, the similarity calculated by the mobile terminal is 80%, and at the moment, because the calculated similarity is higher than a preset threshold value, it can be confirmed that the acquired image is matched with the pre-stored face image; if the similarity calculated by the mobile terminal is 40%, the acquired image can be confirmed to be not matched with the pre-stored face image because the calculated similarity is far lower than a preset threshold value.
S514: displaying prompt information of the file to be sent; the prompt information is used for indicating whether the sending instruction is executed or not;
s515: if a first instruction aiming at the prompt message is received, continuing to execute the sending instruction aiming at the file to be sent;
s516: if a second instruction aiming at the prompt message is received, canceling the execution of the sending instruction aiming at the file to be sent;
it is understood that after step S512, the above step S514 is performed.
For example, still taking the mobile terminal in fig. 1 as an example, in combination with the above example, when it is recognized that the acquired image matches a pre-stored face image, the mobile terminal interface displays a prompt message of a file to be sent at this time, see fig. 8, where the prompt message is "is a sending instruction of whether to continue executing the file to be sent? "; if the user selects the 'yes' button, the user determines that the file to be sent needs to be sent, and then the mobile terminal continues to execute the sending instruction so that the file to be sent is sent out; if the user selects the 'no' button, the user determines that the file to be sent does not need to be sent or the received object is wrong, and then the mobile terminal cancels the execution of the sending instruction, so that the file to be sent is not sent out; therefore, whether the file to be sent is sent or not is reserved for the user by the mobile terminal, and the technical problem that the file to be sent is sent out in error to bring great trouble and inconvenience to the user is solved.
S517: stopping executing the sending instruction for the file to be sent corresponding to the situation that the acquired image is not matched with the pre-stored face image;
it is understood that after step S513, the above step S517 is performed.
For example, still taking the mobile terminal of fig. 1 as an example, with reference to the above example, when the mobile terminal is placed in a pocket of a user, a sending instruction for a file to be sent is caused by the user touching the touch display screen by mistake; or the mobile terminal is operated by children by mistake to send a command for a file to be sent, at this time, according to the detection of whether the acquired image is matched with the pre-stored face image, when the acquired image is detected not to be matched with the pre-stored face image, the mobile terminal stops executing the sending command, so that the file to be sent is not sent out, and the technical problem that the file to be sent is sent by mistake on the premise that a user does not know is solved.
S518: receiving a preset closing instruction; closing the file sending safety mode based on the closing instruction;
s519: and when a sending instruction for a file to be sent is received, directly sending the file to be sent according to the sending instruction.
For example, still taking the mobile terminal of fig. 1 as an example, the mobile terminal holder is operating the mobile terminal, and the holder needs to perform file sending; at the moment, in order to accelerate the file sending progress, the user can close the file sending safety mode by inputting a correct closing password; at this time, when the mobile terminal receives a sending instruction for a file to be sent, the file to be sent is directly sent out according to the sending instruction, so that the file sending progress can be accelerated, the file sending efficiency is improved, and further the user experience is improved.
Through the embodiment, the specific implementation of the embodiment is elaborated in detail, and it can be seen that through the technical scheme of the embodiment, the file sending is guaranteed to be executed on the premise that the user knows the information, the privacy and the safety of the user are better protected, meanwhile, the file sending efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
