the server responds to a binding request, and when an association list of the same user identity information and the same equipment identity information exists, the server issues binding condition confirmation information to the corresponding user terminal, wherein the binding condition confirmation information comprises all the equipment identity information associated under the user identity information in the association list;
the user terminal receives the binding condition confirmation information sent by the server and sends a binding condition reply; the binding condition reply comprises the equipment identity information which needs to be bound by the user;
and the server receives the binding condition reply sent by the user terminal, and establishes the binding relationship between the user terminal and the corresponding intelligent patch board according to the equipment identity information which is contained in the binding condition reply and needs to be bound by the user.

and the checking and binding unit 214 is configured to check whether an association list of the same user identity information and the same device identity information exists, and if so, establish a binding relationship between the user terminal and one or more intelligent patch panels according to one or more device identity information in the association list.

generating a hot spot and establishing connection with the user terminal;
receiving and storing user identity information sent by the user terminal;
sending own equipment identity information to the user terminal;
the hot spot is turned off.

receiving and matching equipment identity information and user identity information sent by the intelligent patch board;
judging whether the intelligent patch board is a pre-connected intelligent patch board according to the matching result of the equipment identity information and the user identity information, if not, storing the equipment identity information and the user identity information to establish an association list of the equipment identity information and the user identity information; if so, adding the equipment identity information to an existing association list under the same user identity information; the pre-connected intelligent patch board is an intelligent patch board which is in a preset connection relation with the intelligent patch board which receives and stores the user identity information;
receiving a binding request sent by a user terminal, wherein the binding request comprises user identity information and the equipment identity information received by the user terminal;
and checking whether an association list of the same user identity information and the same equipment identity information exists, and if so, establishing the binding relationship between the user terminal and one or more intelligent patch boards according to one or more pieces of equipment identity information in the association list.
4. The intelligent patch board binding method according to claim 3, wherein the establishing of the binding relationship between the user terminal and one or more intelligent patch boards according to the one or more pieces of equipment identity information in the association list comprises:
issuing binding condition confirmation information to the corresponding user terminal according to the user identity information in the association list, wherein the binding condition confirmation information comprises all the equipment identity information associated under the user identity information in the association list;
and receiving a binding condition reply sent by the user terminal, and establishing a binding relationship between the user terminal and the corresponding intelligent patch board according to the equipment identity information which is contained in the binding condition reply and needs to be bound by the user.
