本发明公开了一种带疏水孔的新型线夹,包括线夹本体,其改进在于:所述线夹本体的上端面上设置有导线连接孔,线夹本体的下端面上设置有接线柱连接孔,线夹本体的侧壁上设置有与导线连接孔连通的压线螺栓孔;导线连接孔的轴向与接线柱连接孔的轴向平行或同轴,且导线连接孔与接线柱连接孔相互隔离;所述线夹本体的侧壁上设置有疏水孔,疏水孔将导线连接孔和线夹本体侧壁连通。本发明的有益技术效果是:提出了一种带疏水孔的新型线夹,该线夹使得接线柱和导线可以以平行或同轴方式连接,并且线夹上还设置了可以排出雨水的疏水孔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连接导线和接线柱的装置,尤其涉及一种带疏水孔的新型线夹。
背景技术
线夹是一种现有装置,线夹本体上一般设置有用于连接外部导线的导线连接孔和用于连接设备接线柱的接线柱连接孔;现有技术在制作线夹时,为了使线夹能够适应不同走向导线的安装需要,通常使导线连接孔和接线柱连接孔的轴向夹角在大于或等于90度、小于150度的范围内变化,当导线与接线柱的轴向平行或同轴时,前述的线夹就无法适用了。
发明内容
针对背景技术中的问题,本发明提出了一种带疏水孔的新型线夹,包括线夹本体,其创新在于:所述线夹本体的上端面上设置有导线连接孔,线夹本体的下端面上设置有接线柱连接孔,线夹本体的侧壁上设置有与导线连接孔连通的压线螺栓孔;导线连接孔的轴向与接线柱连接孔的轴向平行或同轴,且导线连接孔与接线柱连接孔相互隔离;所述线夹本体的侧壁上设置有疏水孔,疏水孔将导线连接孔和线夹本体侧壁连通。
在使用时,线夹本体先通过接线柱连接孔与设备上的接线柱连接,然后将导线插入导线连接孔中,然后在压线螺栓孔内设置压线螺栓,通过压线螺栓将导线抵紧在导线连接孔的孔壁上;这种线夹可以将轴向平行或同轴的导线和接线柱相互连接起来,将其用于变压器时,导线可以从变压器的正上方接入(现有技术中,导线一般是从变压器的斜上方或水平方向接入),用于断路器时,导线可以以同轴方式与接线柱连接,有效缩减设备尺寸。考虑到线夹本体竖向设置时导线连接孔朝向上方,雨水容易进入导线连接孔内并在导线连接孔内蓄积(导线浸泡在雨水中,会加速腐蚀),为了便于将进入导线连接孔的雨水排出,发明人还在线夹本体的侧壁上设置了疏水孔,雨水进入导线连接孔后,可通过疏水孔向外流出。
前述结构中,可以直接将接线柱连接孔设置为螺纹孔,接线柱连接孔直接与接线柱螺纹连接;为了提高接线柱连接孔的通用性,使其能够连接不同直径的接线柱,本发明还提出了如下的优选方案:所述线夹本体的下端面上设置有开口槽;所述开口槽将接线柱连接孔贯通;开口槽两侧的线夹本体上设置有锁紧螺栓孔,锁紧螺栓孔与接线柱连接孔错位设置。设置了开口槽后,开口槽和接线柱连接孔形成一钳口结构,在锁紧螺栓孔内设置锁紧螺栓即可对钳口结构的钳口松紧进行调节,以适应不同直径的接线柱;设置了开口槽后,接线柱连接孔既可以是光孔也可以是螺纹孔,当接线柱连接孔为光孔时,在接线柱连接孔内设置螺纹套,螺纹套设置在接线柱连接孔中,接线柱套接在螺纹套内(螺纹套与接线柱螺纹连接),线夹本体通过钳口结构将螺纹套夹紧。
优选地,所述锁紧螺栓孔包括:开口槽一侧的线夹本体上设置有第一光孔和第一螺纹孔,第一光孔和第一螺纹孔分别位于接线柱连接孔的两侧;开口槽另一侧的线夹本体上设置有第二光孔和第二螺纹孔,第二光孔的位置与第一螺纹孔相对,第二螺纹孔的位置与第一光孔相对。采用此优选方案后,在设置锁紧螺栓时,其中一根锁紧螺栓从第一光孔插入然后与第二螺纹孔螺纹连接,另一根锁紧螺栓从第二光孔插入然后与第一螺纹孔螺纹连接,这种锁紧方式,可以使接线柱连接孔两侧的结构体受力更加平衡,而且两根锁紧螺栓的螺栓头位于线夹本体的异侧,操作更加方便。
优选地,所述导线连接孔的孔底为平面;所述疏水孔的轴向与导线连接孔的轴向垂直,疏水孔的下侧边与导线连接孔的孔底齐平。
本发明的有益技术效果是:提出了一种带疏水孔的新型线夹,该线夹使得接线柱和导线可以以平行或同轴方式连接,并且线夹上还设置了可以排出雨水的疏水孔。

一种带疏水孔的新型线夹,包括线夹本体1,其创新在于:所述线夹本体1的上端面上设置有导线连接孔2,线夹本体1的下端面上设置有接线柱连接孔3,线夹本体1的侧壁上设置有与导线连接孔2连通的压线螺栓孔4;导线连接孔2的轴向与接线柱连接孔3的轴向平行或同轴,且导线连接孔2与接线柱连接孔3相互隔离;所述线夹本体1的侧壁上设置有疏水孔10,疏水孔10将导线连接孔2和线夹本体1侧壁连通。
进一步地,所述线夹本体1的下端面上设置有开口槽7;所述开口槽7将接线柱连接孔3贯通;开口槽7两侧的线夹本体1上设置有锁紧螺栓孔,锁紧螺栓孔与接线柱连接孔3错位设置。
进一步地,所述锁紧螺栓孔包括:开口槽7一侧的线夹本体1上设置有第一光孔5和第一螺纹孔6,第一光孔5和第一螺纹孔6分别位于接线柱连接孔3的两侧;开口槽7另一侧的线夹本体1上设置有第二光孔5和第二螺纹孔6,第二光孔5的位置与第一螺纹孔6相对,第二螺纹孔6的位置与第一光孔5相对。
进一步地,所述导线连接孔2的孔底为平面;所述疏水孔10的轴向与导线连接孔2的轴向垂直,疏水孔10的下侧边与导线连接孔2的孔底齐平。

1.一种带疏水孔的新型线夹,包括线夹本体(1),其特征在于:所述线夹本体(1)的上端面上设置有导线连接孔(2),线夹本体(1)的下端面上设置有接线柱连接孔(3),线夹本体(1)的侧壁上设置有与导线连接孔(2)连通的压线螺栓孔(4);导线连接孔(2)的轴向与接线柱连接孔(3)的轴向平行或同轴,且导线连接孔(2)与接线柱连接孔(3)相互隔离;所述线夹本体(1)的侧壁上设置有疏水孔(10),疏水孔(10)将导线连接孔(2)和线夹本体(1)侧壁连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带疏水孔的新型线夹,其特征在于:所述线夹本体(1)的下端面上设置有开口槽(7);所述开口槽(7)将接线柱连接孔(3)贯通;开口槽(7)两侧的线夹本体(1)上设置有锁紧螺栓孔,锁紧螺栓孔与接线柱连接孔(3)错位设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带疏水孔的新型线夹,其特征在于:所述锁紧螺栓孔包括:开口槽(7)一侧的线夹本体(1)上设置有第一光孔(5)和第一螺纹孔(6),第一光孔(5)和第一螺纹孔(6)分别位于接线柱连接孔(3)的两侧;开口槽(7)另一侧的线夹本体(1)上设置有第二光孔(5)和第二螺纹孔(6),第二光孔(5)的位置与第一螺纹孔(6)相对,第二螺纹孔(6)的位置与第一光孔(5)相对。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的带疏水孔的新型线夹,其特征在于:所述导线连接孔(2)的孔底为平面;所述疏水孔(10)的轴向与导线连接孔(2)的轴向垂直,疏水孔(10)的下侧边与导线连接孔(2)的孔底齐平。
