The following describes the air outlet cover 100 and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the invention with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
As shown in fig. 1, according to the air outlet cover 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the air outlet cover 100 includes: the fixing frame 10 and the ribs 20 are fixed,
specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, an air guiding portion 110 is disposed on an inner wall of an air outlet end of the fixed frame 10, the air guiding portion 110 includes an inclined section 111 and an extended section 112, a first end 1111 of the inclined section 111 is connected to the air outlet end of the fixed frame 10, and a second end 1112 of the inclined section 111 is connected to the extended section 112. In the flow direction of the gas flow (the direction of the arrow shown in fig. 1), the inclined section 111 is located downstream of the extended section 112 and the inner wall surface of the inclined section 111 is configured as a slope extending obliquely toward the radial outside. Therefore, when the air current flowing out from the air outlet mesh enclosure 100 flows through the position of the air guiding portion 110, the air current can be guided to the inclined section 111 through the extending section 112, and then the air current can smoothly flow and diffuse to the radial outer side along the inclined plane of the inclined section 111, so that the defects of vortex and noise generated at the air outlet end of the fixed frame 10 are avoided.
The rib 20 is located radially inside the fixed frame 10, and the rib 20 is connected to the air guiding portion 110. As shown in fig. 4, a plurality of ribs 20 may be provided at intervals on the radially inner side of the fixing frame 10, so that uniformity and comfort of airflow flowing through the outlet grille 100 may be improved. Moreover, the air outlet mesh enclosure 100 can prevent a user's finger from mistakenly extending into the air outlet mesh enclosure 100 to cause potential safety hazard, and the safety of the product is improved. In addition, the rib 20 is connected to the air guide part 110, thereby facilitating the fixing and assembling of the rib 20.
According to the air outlet mesh enclosure 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the air guiding part 110 is arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the fixed frame 10, and the inclined section 111 can play a good guiding and transition role in the flowing-out air flow. The defects that the air flow flowing out from the air outlet end of the fixing frame 10 generates vortex and noise are effectively avoided, and the overall performance of the product is further improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the wind outlet end of the fixed frame 10 extends beyond the first end 1111 of the inclined section 111. Thereby, the fixed assembly of the rib 20 with the fixing frame 10 is facilitated. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, one end of the rib 20 may be connected to the wind guide part 110 and a portion of the fixing frame 10 extending out of the inclined section 111, thereby facilitating the fixed connection between the rib 20 and the fixing frame 10 and improving the firmness and reliability of the connection between the rib 20 and the fixing frame 10. The rib 20 and the fixing frame 10 may be bonded together, or the rib 20 and the fixing frame 10 may be formed as an integral member.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, the height of the part of the fixed frame 10 beyond the first end 1111 is h1, satisfying: h1 is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 2 mm. It should be noted that the height of the fixing frame 10 exceeding the first end 1111 of the inclined section 111 is too large, which may affect the air outlet effect of the air outlet net cover 100; the height of the fixing frame 10 beyond the first end 1111 of the inclined section 111 is too small to facilitate the coupling assembly of the fixing frame 10 with the ribs 20. Through experimental verification, when the height h1 of the fixing frame 10 beyond the first end 1111 portion is set as: when h1 is not less than 1mm and not more than 2mm, the rib 20 and the fixed frame 10 are conveniently and fixedly connected, and moreover, the influence of the fixed frame 10 on the air outlet flow can be effectively reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the height of the extension 112 is h2, satisfying: h2 is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3 mm. By providing the extension section 112, the airflow can be guided to the inclined section 111 by the extension section 112, and the smoothness of the airflow can be improved. If the extension section 112 is set too short, it is not favorable for the extension section 112 to guide the airflow to the inclined section 111. Also, the airflow may impinge on the end of the extension 112 creating backflow and noise. If the extension 112 is too long, it is not favorable for assembling the fixing frame 10 and the casing. Through experimental verification, when the height h2 of the extension section 112 satisfies: when the thickness of h2 is larger than or equal to 1mm and smaller than or equal to 3mm, the extension section 112 can smoothly guide the airflow to the inclined section 111. Moreover, when the fixing frame 10 is assembled with the casing, the free end of the extension section 112 does not contact with the casing, so that collision between the extension section 112 and the casing can be prevented when the product is in operation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the height of the free end of the extension section 112 from the air outlet end of the fixed frame 10 is h3, and the height of the rib 20 is h4, which satisfies the following conditions: h3-h4 is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3 mm. As shown in fig. 2 to 5, one end of the rib 20 is connected to the portion of the fixing frame 10 extending out of the first end 1111 and the air guide portion 110, and when the height h3 from the air outlet end portion of the fixing frame 10 and the height h4 of the rib 20 by the free end of the extension section 112 are set to satisfy 1mm ≤ h3-h4 ≤ 3mm, the sum of the height of the connection portion of the fixing frame 10 and the height of the extension section with the rib 20 can be made higher than the height of the rib 20, thereby facilitating the fixed connection between the rib 20 and the fixing frame 10. Moreover, the structure of the fixing frame 10 can be made compact and rational.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the sum of the radial width of the wind guiding portion 110 and the thickness of the fixing frame 10 is w1, which satisfies: w1 is more than or equal to 5mm and less than or equal to 10 mm. It can be understood that the sum of the radial width of the wind guiding portion 110 and the thickness of the fixing frame 10 is not suitable to be set too large, so as to avoid affecting the compact design of the wind outlet cover 100 and affecting the diffusion flow effect of the wind outlet at the fixing frame 10. The radial width of the air guiding portion 110 and the thickness of the fixing frame 10 are too small to be integrally set, so as to avoid affecting the overall structural strength of the air outlet mesh enclosure 100. Experiments prove that when the sum of the radial width of the air guide part 110 and the thickness of the fixed frame 10 is set to be not less than 5mm and not more than w1 and not more than 10mm, the air outlet mesh enclosure 100 can have sufficient structural strength. Moreover, the compact design of the fixing frame 10 is facilitated, and the air outlet effect of the air outlet net cover 100 can be improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the end of the fixing frame 10 remote from the wind-guiding portion 110 exceeds the free end of the extension section 112. It should be noted that the fixing frame 10 needs to be fixedly connected to the casing, and the end of the fixing frame 10 far from the air guiding portion 110 is disposed beyond the free end of the extending section 112, so as to facilitate the fixed connection between the fixing frame 10 and the casing. Moreover, when the fixing frame 10 is connected with the casing, a gap is formed between the free end of the extension section 112 and the casing, so that the collision noise between the free end of the extension section 112 and the casing can be avoided when the product is in operation.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the air outlet cover 100 may be formed in a circular shape, a directional shape, or a polygonal shape. That is, the outlet hood 100 may be circular, or may be formed in a direction or other polygonal shape, thereby improving the diversity of the design of the outlet hood 100.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes: the air outlet net cover 100 is the air outlet net cover 100, the air outlet net cover 100 is connected with the casing, and the air outlet net cover 100 covers the air outlet.
According to the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the embodiment of the present invention, the air outlet is covered with the mesh enclosure, and the ribs 20 of the air outlet mesh enclosure 100 can make the air flow flowing out of the air outlet mesh enclosure 100 more uniform and comfortable. Furthermore, the inclined section 111 can provide a good guiding and transition function for the flowing-out airflow by providing the air guiding part 110 on the inner peripheral wall of the fixing frame 10 of the air outlet net cover 100. The defects that the air flow flowing out from the air outlet end of the fixing frame 10 generates vortex and noise are effectively avoided, and the overall performance of the air conditioner outdoor unit is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the outer circumferential wall of the fixing frame 10 may be provided with a first catching portion 120. Correspondingly, a second locking portion engaged with the first locking portion 120 may be disposed on the housing. Therefore, the fixing frame 10 and the casing can be efficiently and stably connected through the first clamping part 120 and the second clamping part. For example, one of the first and second catching portions 120 and 120 may be formed as a catch, and the other may be formed as a catch groove. As shown in fig. 7, the first fastening portion 120 may be disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the fixing frame 10, so that the firmness and the stability of fixing the outlet cover 100 and the casing may be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the fixing frame 10 may be provided with a fitting hole 130, and the outdoor unit of an air conditioner further includes a fixing connector which is fixed to the casing through the fitting hole 130.
