As shown in fig. 1g and fig. 9, the circular lamp side support 21 is provided with an inner arc surface 211 adapted to the outer circumference surface of the circular lamp holder 20, a handle 212 extending to the outer side of the inner arc surface and gradually shrinking toward the symmetrical center line of the inner arc surface, an inserting groove cavity 2121 for inserting a lamp post is arranged in the center of the handle, and a screw hole 2111 (not shown) for connecting is arranged on the inner arc surface.
As shown in fig. 1f, the upper support 22 of the center of the circular lamp is mainly composed of a first rod sleeve 221 and a connecting surface 222 connected to one end of the first rod sleeve, wherein the first rod sleeve 221 is used for connecting with a lamp post, and a plurality of connecting holes 2221 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction on the connecting surface.
As shown in fig. 1h, the circular lamp center lower support 23 mainly comprises a second sleeve 231 and a second strut 232, the second sleeve 231 is used for connecting with a lamp post, the two second struts are symmetrically and obliquely connected to the outer sides of the second sleeve, and screw holes (not shown) are respectively arranged at the upper ends of the two second struts.
The selection of the basic components described above can construct different outdoor lights:
1. Construction of first Garden Lamp
As shown in fig. 10, the lamp is mainly composed of the above-mentioned circular lamp holder (see fig. 4) and the arc lamp-side mount 11 shown in fig. 1c, 7 and 8. Before installation, a mounting hole is drilled on the outer arc side surface of the corresponding first arc lamp holder according to the connecting hole 111 on the arc lamp side support 11, the inner arc surface of the arc lamp side support 11 is attached to the outer arc surface of the perforated first arc lamp holder, the connecting hole of the arc lamp side support 11 is aligned with the mounting hole of the arc lamp holder, a bolt is connected with two holes in a penetrating mode through the first inserting groove cavity 1113, then a nut is screwed on the arc lamp side support 11 forming an annular lamp holder, and the arc lamp side support 11 is connected with the lamp post 50. The LED modules are distributed on the annular lamp holder, so that light is not concentrated enough and the lamp has a decorative lighting effect, and the lamp with the structure forms a garden lamp.
2. Construction of a second Garden Lamp
As shown in fig. 11, the lamp is mainly composed of 4 circular arc lamp sockets 10 and lamp socket connectors 30 (see fig. 1e, 5, 6) forming a circular arc lamp socket and a circular arc lamp center support 12 (see fig. 1d, 4). Four first struts 122 on the arc lamp center support 12 are respectively connected with a lamp holder connecting piece 30, and a positioning plate 123 at the upper end of the first struts is embedded into a positioning connecting groove 3021 on a second connecting wall of the lamp holder connecting piece 30, so that the positioning plate 123 is attached to the second connecting wall 302, a connecting hole 1231 on the positioning plate faces a second connecting hole 3022 on the lamp holder connecting piece, a bolt passes through the connecting hole 1231 and the second connecting hole 3022 to be screwed with a nut, and the lamp holder connecting piece is connected to the first arc lamp center support 12, as shown in fig. 12. Then, when the arc lamp sockets 10 are connected corresponding to each lamp socket connector 30, the positioning protrusion 101 on the first arc lamp socket 10 is inserted from the positioning slot 3011 of the lamp socket connector 30 and extends into the slot cavity at the lower end of the first connecting slot, the first screw hole on the positioning protrusion 101 faces the first connecting hole, the first connecting hole 306 is connected in a penetrating manner by using a connecting screw (not shown) and is screwed into the first screw hole, so that the lamp socket connector 30 is connected with the arc lamp sockets 10, and the four arc lamp sockets 10 which are arranged along the circumferential direction and supported on the arc lamp center support 12 are connected to form a circular ring lamp socket, and finally, the second garden lamp is formed.
3. Constructing a first street lamp
As shown in fig. 13, the lamp is mainly composed of a circular lamp holder 20 (see fig. 2) and a circular lamp-side holder 21 (see fig. 1g and 9), the circular lamp-side holder 21 being disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the circular lamp holder. When in installation, corresponding installation holes (not shown) are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the lamp holder base 201 of the circular lamp holder 20 according to the screw holes 2111 on the inner arc surface 211 of the circular lamp side support 21. The inner arc surface 211 on the circular lamp side support 21 is attached to the outer circumferential surface of the circular lamp holder 20, the mounting holes are opposite to the corresponding screw holes 2111, the mounting holes on the outer circumferential surface of the screw penetrating the circular lamp holder are screwed into the corresponding screw holes of the circular lamp side support 21, and the first street lamp formed by the components of the invention is formed and connected to the lamp post 50 through the inserting groove cavity 2121.
4. Construction of a second street lamp
Referring to fig. 14, the lamp is mainly composed of a circular lamp holder 20 (fig. 1 b) and a circular lamp center upper support 22 (fig. 1 f), and when in installation, according to the installation holes processed at the corresponding positions of the upper end (lamp holder cover 202) of the circular lamp holder by the connection holes 2221 on the circular lamp center upper support 22, bolts are connected with the installation holes and the corresponding connection holes in a penetrating manner and screwed with nuts, so that the circular lamp center upper support is connected with the upper end of the circular lamp holder to form a second street lamp composed of the components of the invention, and then the street lamp is connected with a lamp post 53 through a first rod sleeve 221.
5. Construction of a third street lamp
Referring to fig. 15, the lamp is mainly composed of a circular lamp holder 20 (fig. 1 b) and a circular lamp center lower support 23 (fig. 1 h), and when in installation, according to the installation holes processed at the corresponding positions of the upper ends of two second support rods 222 on the circular lamp center lower support 22 at the lower end of the circular lamp holder (the lower end of the lamp holder base 201), the screws are connected with the installation holes in a penetrating way and screwed in the corresponding screw holes, so as to connect the circular lamp center lower support at the lower end of the circular lamp holder, form a third street lamp composed of the components of the invention, and then connect the street lamp to a lamp post 54 through a first rod sleeve 221.
6. Fourth road lamp construction
As shown in fig. 16, the lamp is mainly composed of a circular lamp holder (fig. 3), a circular lamp holder 20 (fig. 1 b), a lamp holder connector 30 (fig. 1e, fig. 5) and a circular arc lamp side support 11 (fig. 1 c). Before installation, the mounting holes (not shown) are first drilled in the corresponding positioning bosses 211 of the circular lamp holder 20 according to the positions of the second connection holes 3022 in the lamp holder connection member 30, and the lamp holder connection member 30 may be first connected to the outer circumferential surface of the circular lamp holder 20, or the lamp holder connection member 30 may be first connected to the circular lamp holder as shown in fig. 3. When in connection, the positioning connection groove 3021 on the second connection wall 302 of the lamp holder connector 30 is embedded in the corresponding positioning boss 211 on the circular lamp holder 20, the second connection hole 3022 is opposite to the mounting hole, and the bolt passes through the mounting hole and the second connection hole and is screwed with a nut, so that the lamp holder connector is connected to the circular lamp holder (20). Then, the arc lamp side support 11 is connected to the outer arc side surface of one of the first arc lamp holders 10 forming the circular ring lamp holder (the same as the first garden lamp is constructed and will not be repeated), then, one arc lamp holder 10 (including the arc lamp holder 10 connected with the arc lamp side support 11) is connected corresponding to each lamp holder connecting piece 30, when the arc lamp side support 11 is connected, the positioning protrusion 101 on the first arc lamp holder 10 is inserted from the positioning slot 3011 of the lamp holder connecting piece 30 and extends into the slot cavity at the lower end of the first connecting slot, the first screw hole on the positioning protrusion 101 faces the first connecting hole, the first connecting hole 306 is connected in a penetrating manner by using a connecting screw (not shown) and the first screw hole is screwed, so that the lamp holder connecting piece 30 is connected with the arc lamp holder 10, and finally, the four arc lamp holders 10 arranged along the circumferential direction and supported on the arc lamp center support 12 are connected to form the circular ring lamp holder, and finally, a fourth street lamp formed by the member of the invention is connected to the lamp post 50 through the arc lamp side support 11.
7. Constructing a fifth street lamp
As shown in fig. 17, the lamp is mainly composed of a circular lamp holder (fig. 3), a circular lamp holder 20 (fig. 1 b), a lamp holder connector 30 (fig. 1e, fig. 5) and a circular lamp upper support 22 (fig. 1 f). The process of connecting the circular arc lamp sockets 10 and the circular lamp sockets 20 forming the circular lamp sockets by the lamp socket connector 30 is similar to the corresponding process of constructing the fourth street lamp, and the process of connecting the circular lamp upper support 22 to the upper end of the circular lamp sockets 20 is similar to the process of constructing the second street lamp (fig. 14), which will not be described again. A fifth street lamp constructed from the basic components, circular arc lamp base 10, circular lamp base 20, lamp base connector 30 and circular lamp upper support 22, is connected to lamp post 53 via circular lamp upper support 22.
8. Construction of a sixth street lamp
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, the lamp mainly consists of a circular lamp holder (fig. 3), a circular lamp holder 20 (fig. 1 b), a lamp holder connector 30 (fig. 1e and 5) and a circular lamp lower support 11 (fig. 1 c). The lamp differs from the fifth street lamp in that the circular lamp sub-mount 11 is used instead of the circular lamp upper mount 22, and the connection of the circular lamp sub-mount 11 to the circular lamp holder 20 is described above with reference to the method of constructing the third street lamp (fig. 15). The sixth street lamp is connected to the lamp pole 54 by a first sleeve 221 of the circular lamp lower support 11.
Example 2
On the basis of the above embodiment 1, this embodiment is further provided with a second arc lamp holder 1A, as shown in fig. 1i and in combination with fig. 19, where the second arc lamp holder 1A has A1/4 circular ring and other segmented arc-shaped cavities, that is, corresponding to 90 ° arc length and having the same radius as the first arc lamp holder, the LED module is disposed in the arc-shaped cavity 1A1, and a handle portion 1A2 extending outward is disposed on one side of the outer arc surface of the arc-shaped cavity, the handle portion is provided with an inserting cavity 1A21 for inserting a lamp post, a zigzag refraction surface 102 is disposed on the inner arc surface of the arc-shaped cavity, and a positioning protrusion 101 adapted to the inserting hole 3011 on the lamp holder connector, and a first screw hole 1011 is disposed on the positioning protrusion, so that the second arc lamp holder 1A is actually a combination of the first arc lamp holder 10 and the arc lamp side support 11.
Accordingly, the first garden lamp (fig. 10) in the above embodiment 1 is formed by constructing one second arc lamp holder 1A and 3 first arc lamp holders 10, as shown in fig. 20. The connection between the adjacent first arc lamp sockets and the second arc lamp sockets is the same as the connection between the adjacent two first arc lamp sockets in the above embodiment 1, and will not be repeated here.
The fourth street lamp (fig. 16) in the above-mentioned embodiment 1 is constructed by one second circular arc lamp holder 1A, 3 first circular arc lamp holders 10 and lamp holder connection members 30, as shown in fig. 21. The connection between the lamp socket connector 30 and the second arc lamp socket is the same as the connection between the lamp socket connector 30 and the first arc lamp socket in the above embodiment 1, and will not be repeated here.
