Abstract
本发明公开了一种LED光源体及LED灯,该LED光源体,其特征在于:包括有下极架和上极架,所述上极架插接在下极架上,在所述上极架与下极架之间设有绝缘介质体,在所述上极架与下极架之间设有若干个光源,在所述上极架内底端面上设有电极针,所述电极针设置在下极架中。本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,安装方便,性能可靠稳定的LED光源体及LED灯。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED光源体,本发明还涉及一种包含上述LED光源体的LED灯。
背景技术
现有的LED光源体制作过程工序多,依靠手工焊接,量产受到限制,一般使用铝基板作传热导热,这样热阻大,导热慢,光衰快,影响LED寿命,特别是多面发光的光源体,其使用多个铝基板拼板然后作电气连接,进一步增加人力成本而且不够美观。
故此,现有的LED光源体有待进一步的完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,安装方便,性能可靠稳定的LED光源体及LED灯。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种LED光源体,其特征在于:包括有下极架和上极架,所述上极架插接在下极架上,在所述上极架与下极架之间设有绝缘介质体,在所述上极架与下极架之间设有若干个光源,在所述上极架内底端面上设有电极针,所述电极针设置在下极架中。
如上所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于在所述下极架外端面上设有至少一级下极架阶梯,在上极架与下极架阶梯相应的位置对应设有上极架阶梯,在所述下极架阶梯与上极架阶梯之间设有光源。
如上所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于在所述下极架和上极架之间设有散热孔。
如上所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于在所述下极架和上极架外侧设有胶体。
如上所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于所述的下极架包括有导热基座,在所述导热基座一端上均布有多个导热电极,在所述导热电极外端部设有折弯部。
如上所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于所述的上极架包括有中心连接座,在所述中心连接座上均布有多个连接件,在所述连接件外端部上设有连接平面,所述连接平面设置在相邻两个导热电极之间。
如上所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于在所述的连接平面外侧设有连接斜面。
如上所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于在所述导热基座内设有内螺纹或外设有外螺纹。
如上所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于所述下极架阶梯包括有下极架侧阶面和下极架正阶面,所述上极架阶梯包括有上极架侧阶面和上极架正阶面。
一种LED灯,包括有带针脚的绝缘灯头,在所述绝缘灯头内设有驱动电源,所述驱动电源分别电连接针脚和LED光源体,在所述绝缘灯头上设有散热器,在所述散热器上连接有LED光源体,其特征在于:所述LED光源体包括有下极架和上极架,所述上极架插接在下极架上,在所述上极架与下极架之间设有绝缘介质体,在所述上极架与下极架之间设有若干个光源,在所述上极架内底端面上设有电极针,所述电极针设置在下极架中。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
本发明中用上极架和下极架制得柱架,电连接光源制成多面发光光源体,另外设有阶梯面,使得光源体的发光角度更具立体化,光源的散热通过下极架的导热基座传递至二级散热器,直接的散热,使得LED寿命加以延长,导热基座和电极针与电源电连接,光源体的简单化使得LED照明在散热、设计及安装都得到快速满意的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至6所示的一种LED光源体,包括有下极架1和上极架2,所述上极架2插接在下极架1上,在所述上极架2与下极架1之间设有绝缘介质体3,在所述上极架2与下极架1之间设有若干个光源4,在所述上极架2内底端面上设有电极针5,所述电极针5设置在下极架1中。
本发明中的上极架2和下极架1可以通过五金机械加工制得,上极架2、下极架1和绝缘介质体3共同组成柱架。本发明中所述绝缘介质体3可以为空气,陶瓷,玻璃,塑料,胶水,橡胶中的一种,但不限于上述的介质体。本发明中所述光源4为LED灯珠或LED晶片。
如图3至6所示,本发明中在所述下极架1外端面上设有至少一级下极架阶梯6,在上极架2与下极架阶梯6相应的位置对应设有上极架阶梯7,在所述下极架阶梯6与上极架阶梯7之间设有光源4。本发明中可以根据需求增设阶梯的级数,从而实现良好的立体光效。
本发明中在所述下极架1和上极架2之间设有散热孔8。
如图3和4所示,本发明在所述下极架1和上极架2外侧设有胶体9。
本发明中所述的下极架1包括有导热基座101,在所述导热基座101一端上均布有多个导热电极102。
如图1-2所示,本发明在所述导热电极102外端部设有折弯部103。
如图3-6所示,下极架1还可以制作成其它不同的形状,与之相匹配的上极架2和绝缘介质体3则制作成相应的形状。
如图1-2所示,本发明所述的上极架2包括有中心连接座201,在所述中心连接座201上均布有多个连接件202,在所述连接件202外端部上设有连接平面203,所述连接平面203设置在相邻两个导热电极102之间。
本发明中在所述的连接平面203外侧设有连接斜面204。本发明中所述上极架2插接在下极架1围成一柱状体,在所述折弯部103端部上设有三角形连接面,在所述上极架2插接在下极架1外端之间设有能包裹三角形连接面的端部绝缘介质体301,所述的端部绝缘介质体301、三角形连接面、中心连接座201外端面、连接件202外端面拼合成一平面,柱状体外壁上的光源4设置在连接斜面204与导热电极102之间,柱状体外端面上的光源4设置在连接件202外端面与三角形连接面之间。
本发明中在所述导热基座101内设有内螺纹104或外设有外螺纹105。
本发明中所述下极架阶梯6包括有下极架侧阶面601和下极架正阶面602,所述上极架阶梯7包括有上极架侧阶面701和上极架正阶面702。
如图7所示,本发明一种LED灯,包括有带针脚20的绝缘灯头10,在所述绝缘灯头10内设有驱动电源,所述驱动电源分别电连接针脚20和LED光源体,在所述绝缘灯头10上设有散热器30,在所述散热器30上连接有所述LED光源体,所述LED光源体包括有下极架1和上极架2,所述上极架2插接在下极架1上,在所述上极架2与下极架1之间设有绝缘介质体3,在所述上极架2与下极架1之间设有若干个光源4,在所述上极架2内底端面上设有电极针5,所述电极针5设置在下极架1中。
如图3-7所示,本发明中在所述的下极架1、上极架2、下极架阶梯6、上极架阶梯7组成的光源体结构,使得光源体在发光层面上得到更高需求以及所述的下极架1连接在散热器30上,连接方便,散热效果好。
本发明一种LED灯中还可省去散热器30,在所述绝缘灯头10上直接与光源体作连接,以更加简单的结构应用到LED照明上,使得LED灯外观更简洁,组装更简易。

1.一种LED光源体,其特征在于:包括有下极架(1)和上极架(2),所述上极架(2)插接在下极架(1)上,在所述上极架(2)与下极架(1)之间设有绝缘介质体(3),在所述上极架(2)与下极架(1)之间设有若干个光源(4),在所述上极架(2)内底端面上设有电极针(5),所述电极针(5)设置在下极架(1)中,在所述下极架(1)外端面上设有至少一级下极架阶梯(6),在上极架(2)与下极架阶梯(6)相应的位置对应设有上极架阶梯(7),在所述下极架阶梯(6)与上极架阶梯(7)之间设有光源(4),在所述下极架(1)和上极架(2)之间设有散热孔(8),所述的下极架(1)包括有导热基座(101),在所述导热基座(101)一端上均布有多个导热电极(102),所述的上极架(2)包括有中心连接座(201),在所述中心连接座(201)上均布有多个连接件(202),在所述连接件(202)外端部上设有连接平面(203),所述连接平面(203)设置在相邻两个导热电极(102)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于在所述下极架(1)和上极架(2)外侧设有胶体(9)。
3.据权利要求1所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于在所述的连接平面(203)外侧设有连接斜面(204)。
4.据权利要求1所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于在所述导热基座(101)内设有内螺纹(104)或外设有外螺纹(105)。
5.据权利要求1所述的一种LED光源体,其特征在于所述下极架阶梯(6)包括有下极架侧阶面(601)和下极架正阶面(602),所述上极架阶梯(7)包括有上极架侧阶面(701)和上极架正阶面(702)。
6.一种LED灯,包括有带针脚(20)的绝缘灯头(10),在所述绝缘灯头(10)内设有驱动电源,所述驱动电源与针脚(20)电连接,在所述绝缘灯头(10)上设有散热器(30),其特征在于:在所述散热器(30)上连接有如权利要求1至5任一项所述LED光源体。
