A measuring instrument fixing device easy to inspect and maintain comprises an external locking valve (6), a mounting plate (7), a fixing frame (10), a fixing plate (11), a measuring instrument (12), a rotary drum (13), a bearing A (14), a bearing B (16), an introducing pipeline (18) and a pipeline quick connector (19), and is characterized in that a plurality of mounting plates (7) coplanar with the side surface of the fixing frame (10) are mounted on one side of the fixing frame; a central mounting hole of the mounting plate (7) is rotatably connected with a rotary drum (13) through a bearing B (16), one end of the rotary drum (13) facing the front face is sealed, the other end of the rotary drum (13) is rotatably connected with one end of an introducing pipeline (18) through a bearing A (14), the introducing pipeline (18) is fixedly connected to the other side of the fixing frame (10) through a fixing clamp after being bent, and the other end of the introducing pipeline (18) is connected with a pipeline quick connector (19); a plurality of valve connecting ports are formed in the surface of the section, located on the front side of the mounting plate (7), of the rotary drum (13), and the valve connecting ports are arranged around the axis of the rotary drum (13) in a coplanar manner; the valve connecting ports are all connected with the input end of the external locking valve (6), and the output end of the external locking valve (6) is in threaded connection with the joint of the measuring instrument (12); the external locking valve (6) mainly comprises a limiting piece (20), a spring limiting cover (21), a sliding shaft (22), an integrated sliding valve core (23), a valve body (26), an inner sleeve (29), a spring (32) and a connecting pipe (34), wherein the valve body (26) is in a circular pipe shape, the inner wall of the valve body (26) is in threaded connection with the inner sleeve (29), annular grooves are correspondingly formed in the inner wall of the valve body (26) and the outer wall of the inner sleeve (29) and communicated to form an annular communicating cavity (24), a pressure output hole (30) and a pressure input hole (31) are formed in the inner sleeve (29), and the pressure output hole (30) and the pressure input hole (31) are respectively located at the upper end and the lower end of the annular communicating cavity (24) and are communicated with the; the inner hole of the inner sleeve (29) is a stepped hole, the inner diameter of a hole section corresponding to the pressure output hole (30) is larger than the inner diameter of a hole section corresponding to the pressure input hole (31), the hole section corresponding to the pressure output hole (30) is connected with the integrated sliding valve core (23) in a sliding mode, a flow expansion groove (25) is formed in the surface of the integrated sliding valve core (23), the integrated sliding valve core (23) deviates from the rotary drum (13), a threaded hole (27) used for being connected with the input end of the measuring instrument (12) is formed in one end of the rotary drum (13), and the flow expansion groove (25) is communicated with the threaded hole (27) through an L-shaped hole (28) formed in; the spring limiting cover (21) is in threaded connection with one end, facing the rotary drum (13), of the valve body (26), a plurality of hollow holes (33) are formed in the spring limiting cover (21), and a spring (32) is arranged between the spring limiting cover and the end face, facing one end of the rotary drum (13), of the valve body (26); when the spring (32) is not under the action of external force, the surface of the integrated sliding valve core (23) blocks the pressure output hole (30), and when the integrated sliding valve core (23) is pressed on the step surface of the step hole in the inner sleeve (29), the pressure output hole (30) is communicated with the flow expansion groove (25); one end of the valve body (26) facing the rotary drum (13) is in threaded connection with a connecting pipe (34), and the connecting pipe (34) is in threaded connection with the inside of the valve connecting port; each mounting plate (7) is provided with means for pressure-passing an external locking valve.
2. The measuring instrument holding device easy to inspect and repair as set forth in claim 1, wherein the other end face of the drum (13) is connected to a mechanical seal (17).
3. The measuring instrument holding device easy to inspect and repair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the valve body (26) is made of stainless steel and the inner sleeve (29) is made of hard rubber.

The fixing device for the measuring instrument easy to inspect and maintain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the other end of the integral sliding valve core (23) is connected with one end of the sliding shaft (22), the other end of the sliding shaft (22) slides through a through hole opened in the middle of the spring limiting cover (21) and is connected with the limiting sheet (20), and the limiting sheet (20) is used for limiting the integral sliding valve core (23) to be pulled out of the inner sleeve (29).

The measuring instrument fixing device easy to inspect and maintain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device for pressing through the external locking valve is mainly composed of an arc-shaped guide block (1) and an adjusting seat (15), the adjusting seat (15) is welded on the surface of the mounting plate (7), the surface of the adjusting seat (15) facing the measuring instrument (12) is provided with the arc-shaped guide block (1), the surface of the arc-shaped guide block (1) is vertically connected with one end of a guide rod (5), the guide rod (5) is connected with the adjusting seat (15) in a sliding way, the surface of the arc-shaped guide block (1) is rotatably connected with one end of a screw rod (3) through a bearing C, the adjusting seat (15) corresponding to the screw rod (3) is provided with a through hole, the end of the through hole is welded with a nut (2), the screw rod (3) is connected with the nut (2) in a threaded way, and the other end of the, rotate the position of control arc guide block (1) through carousel (4) to can push down measuring instrument (12) that rotate arc guide block (1) position, make outside locking valve (6) obtain switching on, corresponding measuring instrument (12) work, arc guide block (1) is the convex arc of its direction towards the one side of measuring instrument (12).

7. The measuring instrument fixing device easy to inspect and maintain as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, each mounting plate (7) on the fixing frame (10) corresponds to a signboard (8), and the signboard (8) is welded on the fixing frame (10).

The measuring instrument fixing device easy to check and maintain as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein each rotary cylinder (13) is correspondingly provided with two large-range pressure gauges and two small-range pressure gauges, the two pressure gauges are arranged through different ranges, the replacement, standby and inspection are convenient, the pressure gauges with different ranges are arranged, the requirements of different pressure pipelines can be met, meanwhile, when pressure confirmation is carried out for the first time, the pressure confirmation is carried out by switching on and closing the pressure gauges through quick contact, and the damage of the pressure gauges caused by pressure mismatching is avoided.
