潜水式排污泵被广泛应用于各种污水排放场合,是一种常用泵类产品。其主要特点是电机和泵为一体紧凑型,整体结构紧凑,体积小,无需建泵房,整机潜入水中即可工作,可大大减少工程造价。现有产品中流道叶轮设计较小,在输送含固体和各种纤维物质的液体淤泥、废水、生活污水时存在容易堵塞的现象,而且现有产品中未设置有脚轮,具有移动、搬运费力耗时的缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用大流道叶轮设计,其底座下端还设置有脚轮,具有抗堵塞效果好和移动、搬运省力快捷的优点的潜水排污泵。
为了解决传统存在的问题,本发明提供一种潜水排污泵,包括底座、泵体、电机、脚轮,其特征在于,所述底座上端连接有泵体,所述泵体上端连接有电机,所述底座下端连接有脚轮,所述泵体上设置有加油螺塞,所述泵体内部设置有密封环、叶轮、泵机械密封、测漏电极、电机械密封,所述叶轮上端设置有泵机械密封,所述泵机械密封上端设置有电机械密封。
进一步的,所述脚轮有四个。
进一步的,所述叶轮为大流道叶轮。
