Background
The clothes are easy to be sticky and dusty in the wearing process, wrinkles on the surfaces of the clothes need to be removed through ironing after the clothes are washed, in a current laundry, the sticky hair and dust on the surfaces of the washed clothes are usually removed through a sticky hair cylinder, then ironing is carried out through an ironing machine, the sticky hair ironing speed is low, and hands are ironed at a local temperature which is too high through a handheld ironing machine during long-time ironing, so that ironing can be carried out only in a short time, the ironing efficiency is further influenced, and accidents such as scalding can be caused carelessly in the ironing process of the handheld ironing machine.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sticky hair ironing integrated machine, which can realize automatic ironing of clothes by positioning a sticky hair ironing seat through arranging an ironing positioning manipulator, can realize sticky hair ironing while ironing by arranging two sticky hair cylinders on the sticky hair ironing seat, and simultaneously does not need to manually hold an ironing machine for a long time for ironing, thereby solving the problems that the ironing speed is lower because the prior clothes are ironed by firstly sticking hair and then ironing, and scalding is caused by holding the ironing machine by hands.
According to the invention, by arranging the cloth turnover mechanism, the automatic turnover of the clothes is realized, so that the full-automatic hair sticking ironing of two sides of the clothes is realized, manual participation is not required, and the ironing efficiency is improved.

the machine body comprises a supporting base plate, and a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate which are vertically fixed on two sides of the surface of the supporting base plate and are arranged oppositely, and a positioning plate which is arranged in parallel with the supporting base plate is fixedly connected between the side walls of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate; the middle part of the surface of the positioning plate is provided with a limiting through hole, the side wall of the first supporting plate is vertically fixed with horizontally distributed fixing strips, the fixing strips are positioned between the positioning plate and the supporting base plate, the middle part of the surface of the fixing strips is provided with a first mounting hole, the surface of the positioning plate is provided with a second mounting hole corresponding to the first mounting hole, and the side wall of the first supporting plate is vertically fixed with a first fixing shaft and a second fixing shaft;

Furthermore, the hinged seat comprises two third connecting rods, the middle parts of the two third connecting rods are fixedly connected through a third hinged shaft, one ends of the two third connecting rods of the hinged seat positioned at one end are respectively hinged and fixed with the two second connecting rods, and one ends of the two third connecting rods of the hinged seat positioned at the other end are hinged and fixed with the fourth connecting rod.
Further, the sticky hair ironing base comprises a bearing fixing plate fixedly mounted at the power output end of the first telescopic cylinder, an iron is mounted on the bottom surface of the bearing fixing plate, two side walls at two ends of the bearing fixing plate are hinged with supporting legs, a sticky hair cylinder is mounted between the two supporting legs, fixing columns are fixedly connected to the top side walls of the two supporting legs in a uniform body mode, and a pulling spring is fixedly connected between the two fixing columns.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the ironing and positioning manipulator is arranged to position the sticky hair ironing seat, so that clothes can be automatically ironed, the two sticky hair cylinders are arranged on the sticky hair ironing seat, the sticky hair and the ironing can be simultaneously realized, meanwhile, the ironing is not needed to be carried out by manually holding the ironing machine for a long time, and the problems that the ironing speed is low and the ironing is caused by the fact that the ironing is carried out after the sticky hair is firstly carried out when the existing clothes are ironed and the ironing is carried out by holding the ironing machine for a long time are solved.
2. According to the invention, by arranging the cloth turnover mechanism, the automatic turnover of the clothes is realized, so that the full-automatic hair sticking ironing of two sides of the clothes is realized, manual participation is not required, and the ironing efficiency is improved.
3. According to the invention, the two pressing and stretching sticky hair cylinders are arranged on the two sides of the iron, so that the ironing part of the clothes is pressed, stretched and straightened by the two sticky hair cylinders, the iron can be directly ironed conveniently, and the phenomenon that the accumulated part is scalded and damaged by the iron due to uneven heating caused by accumulation of the clothes in the automatic ironing process is prevented.

Detailed Description
A sticky hair ironing integrated machine is shown in figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 and comprises a machine body 1 and a lifting and overturning integrated transmission mechanism 2 which is arranged and fixed on the machine body 1, wherein a lifting ironing seat 3 and a cloth overturning mechanism 4 are arranged on the lifting and overturning integrated transmission mechanism 2, an ironing positioning manipulator 5 is arranged on the machine body 1, and a sticky hair ironing seat 6 is arranged on the ironing positioning manipulator 5;
the machine body 1 comprises a supporting base plate 11, and a first supporting plate 12 and a second supporting plate 13 which are vertically fixed on two sides of the surface of the supporting base plate 11 and are oppositely arranged, wherein a positioning plate 14 which is parallel to the supporting base plate 11 is fixedly connected between the side walls of the first supporting plate 12 and the second supporting plate 13; a limiting through hole 141 is formed in the middle of the surface of the positioning plate 14, fixing strips 121 which are horizontally distributed are vertically fixed on the side wall of the first supporting plate 12, the fixing strips 121 are positioned between the positioning plate 14 and the supporting base plate 11, a first mounting hole 122 is formed in the middle of the surface of the fixing strips 121, a second mounting hole 142 corresponding to the first mounting hole 122 is formed in the surface of the positioning plate 14, and a first fixing shaft 123 and a second fixing shaft 124 are vertically fixed on the side wall of the first supporting plate 12;

as shown in fig. 7, 8, 9 and 10, the cloth turnover mechanism 4 includes two clamping telescopic mechanisms 41 oppositely arranged and positioning clamping rods 42 fixed at two ends of the two clamping telescopic mechanisms 41; the clamping and extending mechanism 41 comprises a hinged fixed column 411, two end faces of the hinged fixed column 411 are both provided with two mounting grooves 4111, the middle part of one side wall of the hinged fixed column 411 is provided with a hinged groove 4112, the cloth turning mechanism 4 is fixed on a rotating shaft of the end face of the second bevel gear 24 through the hinged groove 4112, the second bevel gear 24 drives the cloth turning mechanism 4 to rotate and turn during the rotation process, two mounting grooves 4111 are both provided with a micro cylinder 412, two fixing blocks 4113 are arranged at two sides of the mounting groove 4111 of the two end faces of the hinged fixed column 411, the end faces of the two fixing blocks 4113 are provided with first hinged fixed shafts 4114, two first hinged fixed shafts 4114 are both hinged and fixed with first connecting rods 413, one ends of the two first connecting rods 413 are respectively hinged and fixed with second connecting rods 414, the middle parts of the two second connecting rods 414 are hinged and fixed through second hinged shafts, the power output, one end of each of the two second connecting rods 414 is fixedly connected with a plurality of groups of hinge seats 415 which are sequentially hinged and fixed, each hinge seat 415 comprises two third connecting rods 416 of which the middle parts are connected and fixed through a third hinge shaft, one end of each of the two third connecting rods 416 of each hinge seat 415 positioned at one end is hinged and fixed with the two second connecting rods 414, one end of each of the two third connecting rods 416 of each hinge seat 415 positioned at the other end is hinged and fixed with a fourth connecting rod 417, the side walls of the two ends of each positioning clamping rod 42 are respectively and vertically fixed with a hinge fixing plate 421, the two ends of each hinge fixing plate 421 are respectively provided with a second hinge fixing shaft 422, one end of each of the two fourth connecting rods 417 is hinged and fixed on the second hinge fixing shafts 422, and the side wall of each positioning clamping; when ironing, firstly, according to the size of the clothes, the two micro air cylinders 412 are controlled to work, the second hinge shaft is pulled by the two micro air cylinders 412 to move towards the hinge fixing column 411, thereby driving one end of the first connecting rod 413 to move towards the direction of the hinge fixing column 411, and when the second hinge shaft moves, the second connecting rod 414 drives a plurality of third connecting rods 416 which are sequentially and fixedly hinged to the hinge fixing column 411 to move, so as to realize the contraction of the clamping and stretching mechanism 41, when the distance between the two positioning and clamping rods 42 is the same as the length of the clothes or cloth, the movement is stopped, the garment or cloth is then held by garment clips on two retaining clip bars 42, because the side walls of the positioning clamping rods 42 are provided with the plurality of clothes clamps, a plurality of clothes with the same length can be clamped and fixed between the two positioning clamping rods 42 at the same time, so that a plurality of clothes can be ironed at the same time; when the ironing board 32 rises to the topmost end and the cloth turnover mechanism 4 is in a horizontal position, the surface of the ironing board 32 is connected with the bottom of the cloth turnover mechanism 4;
as shown in fig. 11, the top ends of the first support plate 12 and the second support plate 13 are both provided with a sliding clamping groove 15, and the surface of the first support plate 12 is integrally connected and fixed with a fixing strip 16; the ironing positioning manipulator 5 comprises a first telescopic cylinder 51 which is fixedly mounted on a fixed strip 16, the power output end of the first telescopic cylinder 51 is fixedly connected with a sliding seat 52, the sliding seat 52 comprises a sliding plate 521 and two clamping blocks 522 which are vertically fixed on the bottom surface of the sliding plate 521, the two clamping blocks 522 are respectively clamped in the sliding clamping grooves 15 at the top ends of the first support plate 12 and the second support plate 13, a strip-shaped through hole 523 is formed in the surface of the sliding plate 521, a second telescopic cylinder 53 is mounted at one end of the surface of the sliding plate 521, a mounting block 531 is arranged at the power output end of the second telescopic cylinder 53, a third telescopic cylinder 54 is mounted on the bottom surface of the mounting block 531, the third telescopic cylinder 54 penetrates through the strip-shaped through hole 523 in the surface of the sliding plate 521, and the hair sticking ironing seat 6 is fixedly mounted; when clothes are ironed, after the clothes are clamped and fixed, the first telescopic air cylinder 51 is controlled to drive the sliding seat 52 to move to a position above one end of an ironing position along the sliding clamping groove 15, then the second telescopic air cylinder 53 is controlled to drive the third telescopic air cylinder 54 to move to a position right above the ironing position, meanwhile, the third telescopic air cylinder 54 is controlled to drive the sticky hair ironing seat 6 to be pressed and connected on the surface of the clothes for ironing, the ironing position is continuously changed by controlling the second telescopic air cylinder 53 and the first telescopic air cylinder 51 in the ironing process, and further, the clothes are automatically ironed;
as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the sticky hair ironing base 6 includes a bearing fixing plate 61 fixed at the power output end of the first telescopic cylinder 53, an iron is installed at the bottom surface of the bearing fixing plate 61, two side walls at two ends of the bearing fixing plate 61 are hinged with supporting legs 62, a sticky hair cylinder 63 is installed between the two supporting legs 62, fixing columns 64 are integrally connected and fixed to the side walls at the top ends of the two supporting legs 62, and a pulling spring 65 is connected and fixed between the two fixing columns 64; in the ironing process, the third telescopic cylinder drives the sticky hair ironing seat 6 to move downwards until the sticky hair cylinder 63 contacts with the surface of clothes, then the clothes are continuously pressed downwards to the surface of the ironing plate 32, the supporting legs 62 on two sides of the bearing fixing plate 61 are separated towards two sides by continuous pressing, meanwhile, due to the pulling action of the pulling spring 65, the two sticky hair cylinders 63 are pressed on the surface of the clothes, and meanwhile, the bearing fixing plate 61 is moved downwards until the surface of the iron is connected with the surface of the clothes, so that the ironing is realized.
The use method of the ironing machine comprises the following steps:
firstly, fixing clothes: the cloth turning mechanism 4 and the lifting ironing base 3 are both in initial positions, namely the ironing board 32 is lifted to the topmost end, the cloth turning mechanism 4 is in a horizontal position, and the surface of the ironing board 32 is connected with the bottom of the cloth turning mechanism 4; dead corners at two ends of several pieces of clothes with the same length are fixed between the two positioning clamping rods 42 through the clothes clamps;
secondly, adjusting the position of the sticky hair ironing seat 6: the first telescopic cylinder 51 is controlled to drive the sliding seat 52 to move to the position above one end of the ironing position along the sliding clamping groove 15, then the second telescopic cylinder 53 is controlled to drive the third telescopic cylinder 54 to move to the position right above the ironing position, meanwhile, the third telescopic cylinder 54 is controlled to drive the sticky hair ironing seat 6 to move downwards until the sticky hair cylinder 63 is contacted with the surface of clothes, then the clothes are continuously pressed downwards to the surface of the ironing plate 32, the support legs 62 on the two sides of the bearing and fixing plate 61 are separated towards the two sides by continuously pressing downwards, meanwhile, the two sticky hair cylinders 63 are tightly pressed on the surface of the clothes due to the pulling action of the pulling spring 65, the bearing and fixing plate 61 is simultaneously moved downwards until the iron is connected with the surface of the clothes, and the ironing positions of the two sticky hair cylinders 63 are stretched by pressing, so that the ironing positions are smooth, and the ironing by;
thirdly, ironing one side of the clothes: in the ironing process, the continuous change of the ironing position is realized by controlling the second telescopic air cylinder 53 and the first telescopic air cylinder 51, so that the automatic ironing of one side of the clothes is realized;
fourthly, automatically converting the other side of the clothes: controlling the third telescopic cylinder to contract and simultaneously controlling the speed reducing motor to work, driving the driving worm 21 to rotate through the speed reducing motor, driving the driving worm 21 to rotate through the meshing action, driving the positioning connecting rod 26 to rotate in the rotating process of the driving worm 25, driving the pulling connecting rod 27 at one end to rotate when the positioning connecting rod 26 rotates, driving the rotating shaft 22 to rotate through the bearing by one end of the pulling connecting rod 27 through the limiting action of the lifting ironing base 3, enabling the pulling connecting rod 27 to rotate around the driving worm along one end of the positioning connecting rod 26, driving the limiting supporting column 31 to slide downwards along the limiting through hole 141 by the other end, driving the rotating shaft 22 to rotate through the bearing by the driving worm 21, driving the second bevel gear 24 to rotate through the first bevel gear 23, driving the clothing material overturning mechanism 4 to rotate through the rotating shaft by the second bevel gear 24, when the ironing plate 32, the cloth turnover mechanism 4 is in a vertical position, then the worm gear 25 is driven to continue rotating to drive the positioning connecting rod 26 to rotate, the positioning connecting rod 26 pulls the limiting supporting column 31 to move upwards through the pulling connecting rod 27, meanwhile, the second bevel gear 24 drives the cloth turnover mechanism 4 to rotate through the rotating shaft, when the limiting supporting column 31 moves to the highest position, the cloth turnover mechanism 4 rotates to a horizontal position, another non-ironed surface of the clothes is placed above the clothes, and meanwhile, the top end surface of the ironing plate 32 is connected with the bottom of the cloth turnover mechanism 4;
and fifthly, repeating the step of the second step to realize sticky hair ironing of the other side of the clothes, further realizing automatic surface changing sticky hair ironing of a plurality of clothes, and realizing a full-automatic process of clothes ironing.
