One-way ventilative structure and washing additive box
Technical Field
The invention relates to a one-way ventilating structure and a detergent additive box, in particular to a one-way ventilating structure allowing air to enter from one direction only and a detergent additive box using the same.
Background
The traditional washing machine needs a user to judge how much detergent is added manually according to experience before washing begins, so that the workload of the user is increased, and incomplete washing or waste is easily caused by improper control of the detergent amount. Therefore, in the related art, an automatic detergent feeding technology is proposed, wherein a detergent dispenser box is filled with a detergent additive box softener for multiple times of washing, and the detergent additive box softener is automatically added according to the requirement during each time of washing. There are also different detergent additive boxes in the detergent dispenser box.
At present, the types of washing machines with the function of automatically adding liquid additives such as detergents are more, but most of the washing machines need to be bought for users to add the liquid additives such as canned or bottled detergents, the adding device is often inconvenient to operate, and when residual detergents are left in the adding device, the users cannot replace other types of detergents.
At present, a detergent additive box for containing detergent and softener is generally a sealed box body, and the detergent is quantitatively pumped out of the box body through a Venturi effect or a negative pressure effect or a metering pump and the like. However, as the detergent is drawn out, the air pressure in the sealed detergent additive box becomes smaller and smaller, so that the detergent is more difficult to draw out, a ventilation structure is needed to balance the air pressure in the detergent additive box, meanwhile, the detergent is prevented from flowing out of the detergent additive box due to toppling, vibration and the like, and external impurities and moisture are prevented from entering the detergent additive box to pollute the detergent.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a one-way ventilating structure for allowing air to enter from one direction only and a detergent additive box using the same.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the utility model provides a one-way ventilative structure, installs on the carrier, includes ventilative component and switching element, set up the bleeder vent on the ventilative component, switching element includes the switch portion, the atmospheric pressure change of carrier both sides is opened or is closed switch portion, and the bleeder vent is one-way ventilative or is closed.
The one-way ventilation structure in the scheme is suitable for box bodies or bottle bodies or carriers such as surfaces, plates and doors needing one-way ventilation. The two sides of the carrier only allow one-way ventilation, liquid, impurities and the like can not circulate on the two sides of the carrier through the one-way ventilation structure, and the carrier can be sealed while being one-way ventilated.
Furthermore, at least one air hole is formed in the ventilating element, the air hole penetrates through the upper end face and the lower end face of the ventilating element, and preferably, air outlets of the air holes are uniformly and circumferentially distributed on the lower end face.
The air holes are arranged for realizing ventilation, and the preferable uniform circumferential distribution of the air holes is to prevent the air holes from being closed because the local opening amplitude of the switch part is too large due to uneven distribution of the air holes.
Furthermore, a connecting hole for connecting the switch element and an annular groove for sealing the auxiliary switch element are also formed in the air permeable element. Preferably, the connecting hole and the annular groove are coaxially arranged, and the air holes are uniformly and circumferentially arranged around the shaft of the connecting hole. Prevent the switch part from being opened thoroughly and being closed and reset due to uneven distribution of the air holes.
And a clamping boss for clamping the switch element is formed in the connecting hole.
The annular groove is arranged on the lower end face of the ventilating element, and the air outlet of the air vent is arranged on the lower end face within the annular groove.
Preferably, the inner side wall of the annular groove is obliquely arranged towards the air holes, and more preferably, the inner side wall of the annular groove is obliquely transited to extend to the outer edge of the air holes. The sealing effect with the switch portion is improved.
Further, the switch element is an elastic material element and comprises a switch portion and a connecting portion, and preferably, the switch element is an integrally formed elastic material element.
In the above scheme, switch element's switch portion is for having elastic material and making, after taking place corresponding deformation under certain pressure, can resume the original state after pressure cancels, threaded connection or joint or bonding or integrated into one piece, preferred integrated into one piece between switch portion and the connecting portion.
The switch part is an inverted umbrella-shaped structure or a conical structure, covers the lower end face of the ventilating element, and the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove.
In the above scheme, the switch part is arranged to be an inverted umbrella-shaped structure or a conical structure, so that the switch part is deformed under certain one-way pressure, and the deformed switch part has better deformation restoring force due to the structure of the switch part.
The switch part is closed, the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove, and the air hole is sealed; the switch part is opened, the switch part deforms, the tail end of the switch part leaves the annular groove, and the air holes are ventilated in one direction.
Connecting portion are provided with annular boss and changeover portion, and this annular boss cooperates with the screens boss on the connecting hole with connecting portion joint in the connecting hole, the changeover portion sets up between annular boss and switch portion, and this changeover portion is inside to be equipped with the cavity hole of auxiliary switch portion deformation.
In the above scheme, preferably, the cross section of the annular boss is semicircular, so that the switch element can be clamped on the clamping boss of the connecting hole more conveniently, quickly and labor-saving; preferably, the inside hollow hole that is equipped with of changeover portion extends and runs through switch portion, further reduces the required power of switch portion emergence deformation.
The invention also provides a washing additive box, which comprises a liquid outlet and a one-way ventilating structure, and the washing additive box has two states: the first state is that the washing additive is extracted from the liquid outlet, the air pressure in the washing additive box is reduced, the air pressure in the washing additive box is smaller than the external air pressure, the switch part is deformed, the tail end of the switch part leaves the annular groove, and the air is led through the air hole; the second state is that the extraction is stopped, the liquid outlet is sealed, the air pressure in the detergent additive box is equal to the external air pressure, the switch part is restored to the original state, and the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove to seal the detergent additive box.
The one-way ventilating structure is arranged on the detergent additive box and comprises a ventilating element and a switch element, wherein the ventilating element is provided with a ventilating hole, the switch element comprises a switch part, the switch part is opened or closed by the change of air pressure on the inner side and the outer side of the detergent additive box, and the ventilating hole is ventilated or closed in a one-way mode. The ventilating element is provided with at least one air hole which penetrates through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the ventilating element, and preferably, the air outlets of the air holes are uniformly and circumferentially distributed on the lower end surface. And the ventilation element is also coaxially provided with a connecting hole for connecting the switch element and an annular groove for sealing the auxiliary switch element. And a clamping boss for clamping the switch element is formed in the connecting hole. The annular groove is arranged on the lower end face of the ventilating element, and the air outlet of the air vent is arranged on the lower end face within the annular groove. The switch element is an elastic material element and comprises a switch part and a connecting part, and preferably, the switch element is an integrally formed elastic material element. The switch part is an inverted umbrella-shaped structure or a conical structure, covers the lower end face of the ventilating element, and the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove. The switch part is closed, the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove, and the air hole is sealed; the switch part is opened, the switch part deforms, the tail end of the switch part leaves the annular groove, and the air holes are ventilated in one direction. Connecting portion are provided with annular boss and changeover portion, and this annular boss cooperates with the screens boss on the connecting hole with connecting portion joint in the connecting hole, the changeover portion sets up between annular boss and switch portion, and this changeover portion is inside to be equipped with the cavity hole of auxiliary switch portion deformation, and is preferred, the cross-section of annular boss is semi-circular.
And the one-way ventilating structure is in threaded sealing connection or viscose sealing connection or clamping sealing connection with the detergent additive box.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
1. The gas flows in one direction, so that the gas pressure in the washing additive box can be balanced, the detergent can be more smoothly drawn out, and the difficulty of drawing the detergent out due to the reduction of the pressure in the washing additive box can be avoided;
2. the washing additive box is sealed, only gas can enter the washing additive box, and gas and liquid cannot flow out of the washing additive box, so that the effects of sealing, water proofing, dust proofing and liquid overflow prevention are achieved;
3. the structure is simple, the elements are few, the components are integrally formed, the reliability is high, and the usability is good;
4. the structure and the material are simple, and the economical efficiency is good.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a one-way ventilation structure 2 is mounted on a carrier, and includes a ventilation element 21 and a switch element 22, the ventilation element 21 is provided with a ventilation hole 211, the switch element 22 includes a switch portion, the switch portion 221 is opened or closed by the change of air pressure on two sides of the carrier, and the ventilation hole 211 is one-way ventilated or closed.
The one-way ventilation structure 2 in the scheme is suitable for box bodies or bottle bodies or carriers such as surfaces, plates and doors needing one-way ventilation. Both sides of the carrier only allow one-way ventilation, liquid, impurities and the like can not circulate on both sides of the carrier through the one-way ventilation structure 2, and the carrier can be sealed while being one-way ventilated.
The invention provides a detergent additive box 1, which is used for storing detergent or softener on a washing machine and realizing automatic feeding of the detergent or the softener and is a sealed detergent additive box 1. However, as the detergent flows out, the air pressure in the sealed detergent additive box 1 is reduced, so that the outflow of the detergent is difficult, and a structure for balancing the air pressure in the detergent additive box 1 is required. In order to prevent the outflow and spraying of the detergent and the entrance of foreign matters and water, the present invention adopts a one-way ventilating structure on the detergent additive box 1.
The washing additive box 1 comprises a liquid outlet 12 and the above one-way ventilating structure 2, and the washing additive box 1 has two states: in the first state, the washing additive is extracted from the liquid outlet 12, the air pressure in the washing additive box 1 is reduced, the air pressure in the washing additive box 1 is smaller than the external air pressure, the switch part 221 deforms, the tail end of the switch part leaves the annular groove 213, and the air is admitted through the air vent 211; in the second state, the extraction is stopped, the liquid outlet 12 is sealed, the air pressure in the detergent additive box 1 is equal to the external air pressure, the switch part 221 is restored, and the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove 213 to seal the detergent additive box 1.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1-3, in the present embodiment, a one-way ventilating structure 2 is mounted on a detergent additive box 1, and includes a ventilating element 21 and a switch element 22, the ventilating element 21 is provided with a ventilating hole 211, the switch element 22 includes a switch portion 221, the switch portion 221 is opened or closed by air pressure change on the inner side and the outer side of the detergent additive box 1, and the ventilating hole 211 is one-way ventilated or closed.
Two air holes 211 are arranged on the ventilating element 21, the air holes 211 penetrate through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the ventilating element 21, and air outlets of the air holes are uniformly and circumferentially distributed on the lower end surface.
The ventilating element 21 is formed by two coaxial cylindrical structures with different diameters, and the diameter of the upper end surface is slightly larger than that of the lower end surface.
The ventilation member 21 is also coaxially provided with a connection hole 212 for connecting the switching member 22 and an annular groove 213 for sealing the auxiliary switching member 22.
The connecting hole 212 penetrates through the air permeable element 21 and is coaxial with the air permeable element 21, the connecting hole 212 comprises two holes which are coaxial and have different diameters, and the connecting position of the two holes forms a clamping boss 2121 for clamping the switch element 22. The air holes 211 are uniformly circumferentially arranged around the axis of the connection hole 212.
The annular groove 213 is disposed on the lower end surface of the ventilation member 21, and the air outlet of the ventilation hole 211 is disposed on the lower end surface within the annular groove 213. The inner side wall of the annular groove 213 is inclined towards the air hole 211 and extends to the outer edge of the air hole 211 in a transition manner, the outer side wall of the annular groove 213 is a vertical side, and the two side walls are intersected smoothly.
The switch element 22 is an integrally formed elastic material element, and includes a switch portion 221 and a connecting portion 222.
The switch portion 221 is an inverted umbrella-shaped structure, and covers the lower end surface of the ventilation element 21, and the end thereof extends into the annular groove 213.
The switch part 221 is closed, the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove 213, and the air hole 211 is sealed; when the switch part 221 is opened, the switch part 221 is deformed, the tail end of the switch part leaves the annular groove 213, and the air holes 211 are ventilated in one direction.
The connecting portion 222 is provided with an annular boss 2221 and a transition section 2222, the annular boss 2221 is matched with a clamping boss 2121 on the connecting hole 212 to clamp the connecting portion 222 in the connecting hole 212, the transition section 2222 is arranged between the annular boss 2221 and the switch portion 221, and a hollow hole 2223 for assisting the switch portion 221 to deform is arranged inside the transition section 2222.
Preferably, the cross section of the annular boss 2221 is semicircular; the hollow hole 2223 formed in the transition section 2222 extends through the switch part 221, so as to further reduce the force required for the switch part 221 to deform.
The detergent additive box 1 in this embodiment includes a liquid outlet 12, and further includes the above-mentioned one-way ventilating structure 2, and the detergent additive box 1 has two states: the washing additive is extracted from the liquid outlet 12, the air pressure in the washing additive box 1 is reduced, the air pressure in the washing additive box 1 is smaller than the external air pressure, the switch part 221 is deformed, the tail end of the switch part leaves the annular groove 213, and the air is admitted through the air vent 211; in the second state, the extraction is stopped, the liquid outlet 12 is sealed, the air pressure in the detergent additive box 1 is equal to the external air pressure, the switch part 221 is restored, and the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove 213 to seal the detergent additive box 1.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, a one-way ventilation structure 2 is mounted on a carrier, and includes a ventilation element 21 and a switch element 22, the ventilation element 21 is provided with a ventilation hole 211, the switch element 22 includes a switch portion 221, the switch portion 221 is opened or closed by air pressure change on two sides of the carrier, and the ventilation hole 211 is one-way ventilated or closed.
The carrier is a box body or a bottle body or a face, plate or door type carrier, and in the embodiment, the carrier is a box body or a face, plate or door type carrier.
The ventilation element 21 is provided with at least one ventilation hole 211, the ventilation hole 211 penetrates through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the ventilation element 21, the ventilation hole 211 is not a vertical hole, the ventilation hole 211 changes correspondingly along with the shape change of the ventilation element 21, and the air outlet of the ventilation hole 211 is uniformly and circumferentially distributed on the lower end surface.
The ventilation member 21 is further provided with a connection hole 212 for connecting the switching member 22 and an annular groove 213 for sealing the auxiliary switching member 22.
The connecting hole 212 includes two holes with different diameters, and the joint of the two holes forms a clamping boss 2121 for clamping the switch element 22. The air holes 211 are uniformly circumferentially arranged around the axis of the connection hole 212. The air holes 211 are uniformly circumferentially arranged around the axis of the connection hole 212.
The annular groove 213 is disposed on the lower end surface of the ventilation member 21, and the air outlet of the ventilation hole 211 is disposed on the lower end surface within the annular groove 213. The inner side wall of the annular groove 213 is inclined towards the air hole 211 and extends to the outer edge of the air hole 211 in a transition manner, the outer side wall of the annular groove 213 is a vertical side, and the two side walls are intersected smoothly.
The air pressure changes on both sides of the carrier described in this example: when the air pressure at one end of the upper end surface of the air permeable element 21 is higher than that at the other end, the switch part 221 deforms, the switch part 221 is opened, the air vent 211 admits air, and otherwise the switch part 221 is closed; when the air pressure on both sides of the carrier is not changed, the switch part 221 is kept closed, and the air holes 211 do not admit air.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, a one-way ventilation structure 2 is mounted on a carrier, and includes a ventilation element 21 and a switch element 22, the ventilation element 21 is provided with a ventilation hole 211, the switch element 22 includes a switch portion 221, the switch portion 221 is opened or closed by air pressure change on two sides of the carrier, and the ventilation hole 211 is one-way ventilated or closed.
The carrier is a box body or a bottle body or a face, plate or door type carrier, and in the embodiment, the carrier is a box body or a face, plate or door type carrier.
The switch element 22 is an elastic material element, and includes a switch portion 221 and a connection portion 222, wherein the switch portion 221 and the connection portion 222 are clamped, connected by screw threads or formed by bonding.
The switch portion 221 has an inverted conical structure, and covers the lower end surface of the air-permeable member 21, and the end thereof extends into the annular groove 213.
The switch part 221 is closed, the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove 213, and the air hole 211 is sealed; when the switch part 221 is opened, the switch part 221 is deformed, the tail end of the switch part leaves the annular groove 213, and the air holes 211 are ventilated in one direction.
The connecting portion 222 is provided with an annular boss 2221 and a transition section 2222, the annular boss 2221 is matched with a clamping boss 2121 on the connecting hole 212 to clamp the connecting portion 222 in the connecting hole 212, the transition section 2222 is arranged between the annular boss 2221 and the switch portion 221, and a hollow hole 2223 for assisting the switch portion 221 to deform is arranged inside the transition section 2222.
The section of the annular boss 2221 is semicircular; the hollow hole 2223 formed in the transition section 2222 extends through the switch part 221, so as to further reduce the force required for the switch part 221 to deform.
The air pressure changes on both sides of the carrier described in this example: when the air pressure at one end of the upper end surface of the air permeable element 21 is higher than that at the other end, the switch part 221 deforms, the switch part 221 is opened, the air vent 211 admits air, and otherwise the switch part 221 is closed; when the air pressure on both sides of the carrier is not changed, the switch part 221 is kept closed, and the air holes 211 do not admit air.
