Background

The applicant has encountered the following problems during the replacement of a certain trunnion ring: as shown in figure 1, the length of the outer edge of the trunnion ring trunnion of the converter trunnion ring is greater than the distance between two factory-square upright posts positioned in front of the trunnion ring, so that the converter trunnion ring cannot be directly moved out. The method is limited by factory conditions, a factory frame and equipment need to be dismantled by applying the traditional installation technology, and the converter trunnion ring is recovered after being replaced, so that the method has the advantages of huge engineering quantity, high cost, time and labor waste and difficulty in implementation.

D. descending the hoisting rope to make the rotating rope suspend the converter trunnion ring; in the circumferential direction of the converter backing ring, the rotating rope automatically swings back to drive the converter backing ring to rotate;
E. lifting a converter supporting ring by a small amount of lifting ropes, moving the rotating ropes to enable the rotating ropes to incline again, then descending the lifting ropes, and automatically swinging back the rotating ropes again to drive the converter supporting ring to rotate; repeating the steps until the converter trunnion ring can pass through between two factory pillars in front of the converter trunnion ring;
F. removing the converter backing ring from between the two factory pillars;
G. moving a new converter trunnion ring in between the two factory pillars;
H. making the new converter backing ring rotate reversely to the installation direction by using the same method from the step B to the step E;
I. and (5) putting down the converter trunnion ring.
Further, the method comprises the following steps: the number of the rotating ropes is four, and the four rotating ropes are uniformly distributed on the circumference by taking the axis of the backing ring of the converter as the center.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: by adopting the method, the converter trunnion ring can move out of and into a narrow place which can not be passed by the method in the prior art, the problem that the converter trunnion ring is limited by factory conditions in replacement is solved, and the method also has the advantages of simple operation, high safety, strong practicability, easy mastering, money and time saving and remarkable economic benefit.

In the step A, the fixed position of the upper end of the rotating rope 3 has enough strength, and the upper end of the rotating rope 3 can be connected to a girder of a frame of a factory building. The factory building is usually provided with hoisting equipment, and the hoisting equipment 2 can be the existing hoisting equipment in the factory building; or a pulley which is specially arranged on a girder of a frame of a factory building for replacing the converter trunnion ring 1; but also a crane. The core point of the present invention is the rotation of the trunnion ring 1 of the converter, and the translation of the trunnion ring 1 of the converter is the prior art, so the present invention is not described in detail.
The rotating ropes 3 should be able to reliably suspend the converter trunnion ring 1 from swinging up and down, so that the number of rotating ropes 3 is at least three. The number of the rotating ropes 3 is preferably four, and four rotating ropes 3 are uniformly distributed on the circumference by taking the axis of the converter trunnion ring 1 as the center.

D. lowering the hoisting rope (21) to suspend the rotary rope (3) from the converter trunnion ring (1); in the circumferential direction of the converter backing ring (1), the rotating rope (3) automatically swings back to drive the converter backing ring (1) to rotate;
E. a few of lifting converter supporting rings (1) are lifted by the lifting hoisting ropes (21), the rotating ropes (3) are moved to incline again, then the lifting hoisting ropes (21) are descended, and the rotating ropes (3) automatically swing back again to drive the converter supporting rings (1) to rotate; repeating the steps until the converter trunnion ring (1) can pass between two factory pillars (4) in front of the converter trunnion ring;
