Abstract
The invention discloses a quick-dismantling structure, which comprises a C-shaped binding ring and a U-shaped handle which are assembled together by a fixed shaft, and also comprises a pair of slide block components arranged between the C-shaped binding ring and the U-shaped handle, wherein the slide block components comprise a first slide block and a second slide block; the middle of the first sliding block and the second sliding block is provided with a shaft hole, the back of the first sliding block and the second sliding block are provided with limiting clamping pins, the front of the first sliding block and the second sliding block are provided with slope structures, and a circular arc groove is formed in the slope body of the first slope structure; a ball groove is formed in the high slope position of the second slope structure; a ball is arranged in the ball groove, and the ball is located in the corresponding first circular arc groove at the same time. Quick release structures are widely used on adjustable telescopic pipe fittings for bicycles, electric vehicles and the like, for example, pipe fittings for bicycle risers (adjusting the height of a handle) and seat pipes (adjusting the height of a seat cushion) and the like. The existing quick-release structure is shown in fig. 5, generally, a C-shaped bundling part is mutually matched with a handle through a pull rod screw so as to realize fastening or loosening of the C-shaped bundling part, and the structure often requires an operator to use larger force, and the stress points are easy to rub and lose.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a quick-dismantling structure, which has larger moment, can easily realize the fastening or loosening of a C-shaped beam part, and has a friction stress point which is different from the prior structure, so that the service life of parts is greatly prolonged, and the details are described below.

the quick-dismantling structure comprises a C-shaped binding ring, wherein the opening part of the C-shaped binding ring is provided with a pair of lugs, a pair of shaft holes are formed in the lugs, a fixed shaft is arranged in the shaft holes, a U-shaped handle is arranged on the fixed shaft in a pivotable manner, the opening part of the U-shaped handle is provided with a pair of shaft seats, the fixed shaft is arranged in the shaft seats, two ends of the fixed shaft are respectively fixed through gaskets and screws, and the lugs of the C-shaped binding ring are positioned in the opening of the U-shaped handle; the device further comprises a pair of slide block assemblies, wherein the slide block assemblies comprise a first slide block and a second slide block; the middle of the first sliding block is provided with a shaft hole, the back of the first sliding block is provided with a pair of first limit clamping feet, the front of the first sliding block is provided with a pair of first slope structures which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the first sliding block, the first slope structures are connected end to end, the high slope of the former section is connected with the low slope of the latter section, and the slope body of the first slope structure is provided with an arc groove; the middle of the second sliding block is provided with a shaft hole, the back of the second sliding block is provided with a pair of second limiting clamping feet, the front of the second sliding block is provided with a pair of second slope structures which are circumferentially arranged along the second sliding block, the pair of second slope structures are connected end to end, the high slope of the former section is connected with the low slope of the latter section, and the high slope of the two sections of second slope structures are respectively provided with a ball groove; the first sliding block and the second sliding block are oppositely arranged, the first slope structure and the second slope structure are correspondingly matched with each other, a ball is arranged in the ball groove, and the ball is positioned in the corresponding first arc groove at the same time; the pair of sliding block assemblies are respectively arranged between the lug and the shaft seat, the sliding block assemblies are sleeved on the fixed shaft through shaft holes, the first limiting clamping foot of the first sliding block is clamped in the lug, and the second limiting clamping foot of the second sliding block is clamped on the shaft seat.
Preferably, a second arc groove is further formed in the slope body of the second slope structure.

The quick release structure of the invention has the following action processes:
when the C-shaped binding ring is required to be fastened, the U-shaped handle is pulled upwards, the pivoting of the U-shaped handle drives the second sliding block clamped on the fixed shaft to rotate together, the second sliding block and the first sliding block which are oppositely arranged rotate at the moment, and due to the arrangement of the slope structure, two high-slope phases mutually approach each other, so that the pair of sliding block components mutually push each other, and a pair of lugs of the C-shaped binding ring are forced to be clamped inwards, so that the function of fastening the C-shaped binding ring is achieved; when the C-shaped binding ring is required to be loosened, the U-shaped handle is pulled downwards in the opposite direction, and at the moment, the slope structure between the sliding block assemblies can be gradually reset to a high-low slope phase matched state, so that the sliding block assemblies are mutually close to each other, a pair of lugs of the C-shaped binding ring are further caused to move outwards, and the effect of loosening the C-shaped binding ring is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects are that:
1. the quick release structure of the present invention is fastened or loosened by a U-shaped handle, and has a relatively large moment and relatively small force required by an operator.
2. The stress points of the quick-release structure are not handle fulcra in the existing structure, but are transferred to shaft seats on two sides of the U-shaped handle, so that the stress is uniform, and the fastening or loosening of the C-shaped binding ring is realized through the high-low slope dislocation positions of the slope structure between the sliding block assemblies on the two sides, so that the operation hand feeling is further improved, and the fastening or loosening process is smoother.
3. 4. The second circular arc groove on the second sliding block in the sliding block assembly has the function of reducing the weight of the sliding block, thereby reducing the weight of the whole quick-release structure.
5. The stop blocks below the shaft seats on the two sides of the U-shaped handle with the quick-disassembly structure play a role in limiting and protecting, and when the U-shaped handle is pulled up to a vertical position, the stop blocks are blocked on the lugs of the C-shaped binding ring so as to prevent the U-shaped handle from being pulled over the head by improper operation.
