Abstract
The invention relates to a three-compound opening mechanism of a tire building machine, which comprises an opening support, a spool, a chuck and a spool trolley, wherein two sides of the spool are respectively rotatably arranged on two side brackets on the spool trolley through rotating shafts, the end part of the rotating shaft on one side of the spool is provided with the chuck, and two positioning holes are symmetrically designed on the chuck close to the edge position; the guide support comprises a guide disc, a bearing seat, a support, a chain wheel and a bearing, wherein a rotating shaft is arranged at the rear side of the guide disc and is rotatably arranged in the bearing seat through the bearing, and the bearing seat is fixedly arranged on the support. The device has the advantages of simple design, convenient use, convenient transportation of three composite tyre materials, guiding and opening, adopting tapered roller bearings for guiding and opening supporting seat structures, ensuring stable and firm structure during butt joint, ensuring that the bearings are not easy to damage and prolonging the service life of equipment; the positioning rod is designed to facilitate the docking of the opening disc with the chuck.
