As shown in fig. 27-28, the latch 24 is provided with an arcuate detent 26, and the socket 25 is provided with a detent projection 27 that mates with the arcuate detent 26. Through the mutual matching of the arc-shaped positioning groove 26 and the positioning protrusion 27, a certain effect is achieved on preventing accidental bouncing off and die closing positioning between the male die 4 and the female die 3.
One surface of the male die 4 and the female die 3, which are close to each other, is provided with a positioning column 28, and the other surface is provided with a positioning hole 29 matched with the positioning column 28. As shown in fig. 2 and 8, in this embodiment, a positioning post 28 is selectively provided on the female mold 3, and a positioning hole 29 is correspondingly provided on the male mold 4.
The first driving device 1501, the second driving device 1502 and the third driving device 1503 may be identical or different, and may be selected from a cylinder, an oil cylinder and the like.
Since the second end 1604 end of the injection molded product in this embodiment has a groove 18, a second insert 702 for preparing the groove 18 is also provided in the male mold 4, as shown in fig. 6-7. When injection molding is desired, the top of the second insert 702 is positioned in the male mold compound 401. An elastic piece is arranged between the male die 4 and the male die pressing plate 5, and the elastic piece plays a role in bouncing the male die 4 and the male die pressing plate 5 when the male die 4 is separated from the male die pressing plate 5; when the male mold 4 is engaged with the male mold platen 5, the second insert 702 is urged upward into the male mold glue station 401. When the male die 4 is separated from the male die pressing plate 5, the second insert 702 falls back, and the second insert 702 is separated from the male die glue position 401 or the product, so that the injection molding product is conveniently taken out. The elastic member is preferably a spring.
The working procedure of the mold capable of being secondarily molded in this embodiment is briefly described below:
before the first injection molding is performed, the female mold pressing plate 2 is tightly attached to the female mold 3, the male mold pressing plate 5 is tightly attached to the male mold 4, the first moving plate 1401 and the second moving plate 1402 are tightly attached to the male mold glue position 401, a first cavity for accommodating the first injection molding product 1601 is formed by the first female mold glue position 301 of the female mold 3 corresponding to the male mold glue position 401, the filling rod 13 is located in the first cavity, and the top of the second insert 702 is located at the second end 1604 of the first cavity, as shown in fig. 6-7.
Next, the first injection molding is performed, and a flowing polymer material or a metal material is injected into the first cavity, and cooled to form a first injection molded product 1601.
After the first injection molding is completed, the female mold 3 is moved upward, and the male mold 4 and the female mold 3 are separated from each other. When the female mold 3 moves upward, the first pull rod 1901 is driven to move upward, and when the slider 21 of the second pull rod 1902 slides to the bottom of the first pull rod 1901, the first pull rod 1901 pulls the second pull rod 1902 upward, and further drives the second ejector plate 2202 to move upward, so as to push the first ejector pin 2301 and the first ejector plate 2201 upward, thereby ejecting the runner 17, as shown in fig. 23-24. At this time, the first moving plate 1401 and the second moving plate 1402 on the male mold 4 are not moved, the filling rod 13 remains in the first injection molding product 1601, the third ejector plate 2203 and the fourth ejector plate 2204 are not moved, the second ejector pins 2302 do not perform the ejection operation, and the first injection molding product 1601 remains in the male mold glue position 401.
Then the female die pressing plate 2 and the female die 3 are sprung out by 4.0mm, the first driving device 1501 drives the rack 10 to move, the first insert 701 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the gear 9, and after the first insert is precisely rotated by 180 degrees through the limiting device, the female die pressing plate 2 is attached to the female die 3 again, the male die 4 and the female die 3 are clamped, the positions of the first female die glue position 301 and the second female die glue position 302 are mutually exchanged, and the second female die glue position 302 and the male die glue position 401 are correspondingly formed into a second cavity for accommodating the second injection molding product 1602.
And then performing secondary injection molding, injecting flowing polymer material or metal material into the second cavity, and cooling to form a secondary injection molded product 1602. The second shot product 1602 is formed on the basis of the first shot product 1601. The portion adjacent to the male mold glue site 401 is unchanged, and only on the side adjacent to the female mold 3, the final injection product is changed by replacing the first female mold glue site 301 with the second female mold glue site 302.
As shown in fig. 25 to 26, after the second injection molding is completed, the female mold 3 is moved upward, and the male mold 4 and the female mold 3 are separated from each other. The first moving plate 1401 and the second moving plate 1402 on two sides of the male mold 4 are respectively driven by the second driving device 1502 and the third driving device 1503 to slide out towards two sides, wherein the first moving plate 1401 drives the filling rod 13 to separate from the second injection molding product 1602. Meanwhile, the male mold pressing plate 5 and the male mold 4 are separated from each other by 8.0mm, so that the elastic member falls back, and the second insert 702 and the second injection molding product 1602 are separated from each other to facilitate the removal of the product.
As shown in fig. 25, when the female mold 3 moves upward, the first pull rod 1901 is driven to move upward, and the slider 21 of the second pull rod 1902 slides to the bottom of the first pull rod 1901, the first pull rod 1901 pulls the second pull rod 1902 upward, so as to drive the second ejector plate 2202 to move upward, and push the first ejector pin 2301 and the first ejector plate 2201 to move upward, thereby ejecting the runner 17. At the same time as first ejector pin 2301 moves upward, fourth ejector plate 2204 also moves upward, pushing second ejector pin 2302 and third ejector plate 2203 upward, thereby ejecting second injection product 1602. I.e., through first and second pins 2301 and 2302, to ultimately simultaneously eject runner 17 and second injection molding product 1602. The second shot product 1602 is then removed from the mold.
At this time, the injection molding product is completed, and one cycle is ended. Then, the female mold pressing plate 2 and the female mold 3 are separated from each other by 4.0mm, the first insert 701 in the female mold 3 is turned over by the driving of the rotating mechanism, and after the female mold pressing plate 2 is precisely rotated 180 degrees by the limiting device, the male mold 4 and the female mold 3 are closed, a first cavity is formed between the male mold 4 and the female mold 3, and then the first injection molding of the next cycle is performed.
The male mold 4 in this embodiment has only one type of male mold glue site 401, and in other embodiments, the male mold 4 may be configured in a similar manner to the first insert 701 in the female mold 3 to produce different types of products.
The mold ejection mechanism can drive the ejector pins to eject by opening and closing the mold, so that not only can the energy consumption be saved, but also the mold ejection mechanism can be matched with the manufacturing time of a product, and the time is saved. The mold disclosed by the invention is reasonable in structural design, and the reversible inserts are arranged in one set of mold, so that two different cavities are formed in the mold, the inserts are controlled to turn after primary injection molding, then secondary injection is carried out, a final product is obtained, the secondary injection molding can be carried out without changing the mold, the service life of the mold is prolonged, manpower and material resources are saved, the production time is shortened, the production efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, the benefit is improved, and the mold has a good application and popularization prospect.
