Abstract

本发明公开一种板面切割后染色装置,包括一个圆形切割台和设置在圆形切割台上方的液压装置;所述的圆形切割台的边缘处均设置为竖直的切割面;所述的液压装置的液压杆朝下设置,且在液压杆的下端端部还安装有压板,而所述的压板的下端面还安装有一切割圆筒,该切割圆筒的下端面设置为锋利的切割刀片结构,并且该切割圆筒与圆形切割台的大小和上下位置相适配。本装置中将两种设备合并到一台机器上,并且能够连续完成,染色板设置在切割套筒内部的结构比较的巧妙合理,整体结构也比较的稳定;大大减少了设备的成本,设备的占用空间,以及显著提高了工作效率。

一种板面切割后染色装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材的加工设备、加工切割染色领域,具体说是一种板面切割后染色装置。
背景技术
现有的板材工件的加工过程中,在板材经过粗加工切割之后,需要在经过尺寸更加精细的切割,例如切割成符合尺寸的方形的或者是圆形的板材件,另外当切割完成后,一些板材还需要在其表面染色,染成特定的颜色或者涂抹特定的涂料;而现有的设备多是先通过切割设备切割完成后,在转运到涂料染色设备上进行染色,板材的切割和染色分两个步骤进行,并且中间过程需要将整体板材进行转移,可以说过程比较的繁琐,流程过多,增加了板材的切割过程和染色过程的工作时间,工作效率比较低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种板面切割后染色装置,其技术方案如下:
一种板面切割后染色装置,包括一个圆形切割台和设置在圆形切割台上方的液压装置;所述的圆形切割台的边缘处均设置为竖直的切割面;所述的液压装置的液压杆朝下设置,且在液压杆的下端端部还安装有压板,而所述的压板的下端面还安装有一切割圆筒,该切割圆筒的下端面设置为锋利的切割刀片结构,并且该切割圆筒与圆形切割台的大小和上下位置相适配,从而使切割刀片从上向下切割时,从圆形切割台边缘处的切割面下切,切割圆筒整体将圆形切割台包裹在其内部。
而所述的压板的下端面还通过竖直的连杆安装有染色板,该染色板为圆形结构大小与圆形切割台的大小相适配,并且该染色板设置在切割圆筒内被整个切割圆筒包裹住,且该染色板的下端面设置有平铺的染色棉;而所述的压板的上方还安装有与连杆位置相对应的料桶;而所述的连杆以及染色板内均设置有连通的料孔,且染色板内的料孔一直延伸至染色板下端面的染色棉上;而所述的料桶则与连杆以及染色板内的料孔相连通,使料桶内的染料流入到染色棉上。
所述的切割圆筒的外侧面还设置有套筒;所述的套筒的下端开口,从该套筒的下端开口处还安装有压杆,且压杆的上端部与套筒的上端部之间还安装有弹簧件;并且在弹簧件的原始状态下压杆的下端端部位于切割刀片的下方。
作为优选,所述的圆形切割台内还设置有吸风装置,而圆形切割台的台面上还设置有与吸风装置相连的吸风口。
作为优选,所述的染色板的上端面与压板之间共等圆周均匀设置有三根连杆,而每一连杆的上方位置安装有一料桶。
作为优选,所述的料桶内安装有流量阀。
作为优选,所述的染色板内的与染色棉相连通的料孔为均匀的环形阵列的排布结构。
作为优选,所述的切割套筒外侧的套筒、压杆以及弹簧件的结构共分布均匀的设置有三套。
有益效果:本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本装置中在下方设置圆形切割台,上方的液压装置上安装压板,而在压板上则设置有与圆形切割台位置相对应的切割圆筒,切割圆筒的下端面是设置成切割刀片的形状的,将板材整体放置在圆形切割台上,并且在圆形切割台内安装的吸风装置的作用下使板材整体固定在圆形切割台上;并且在切割圆筒下压的时候外侧的压杆会先压紧在板材上的同样使板材固定,上方的液压装置再带动压板下压后,切割圆筒下端的切割刀片将板材整体切割成圆板状结构,因此本装置可以很方便的将板材切割成圆板状结构,并且能双向固定板材的位置;
(2)本装置中还在压板的下方设置染色板,该染色板又设置在切割圆筒内部的与圆形切割台的位置是对应的,并且压板的上方是设置有料桶的,并通过设置的料孔与染色板下端面设置的染色棉相连通,使料桶内的染料流到染色棉上;而当压板下压切割套筒切割完成后,液压装置控制压板继续下压,使染色板下端面的染色棉压紧在已经切割好的板材的上端面,从而将板材的上端面整体染色,通过控制料桶内的流量阀控制染料的流量使染色棉染色的时候不会溢出;这样本装置就可连续完成板材切割后继而染色的功能,本装置中将两种设备合并到一台机器上,并且能够连续完成,染色板设置在切割套筒内部的结构比较的巧妙合理,整体结构也比较的稳定;大大减少了设备的成本,设备的占用空间,以及显著提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种板面切割后染色装置,包括一个圆形切割台1和设置在圆形切割台1上方的液压装置2;所述的圆形切割台1的边缘处均设置为竖直的切割面;所述的液压装置2的液压杆3朝下设置,且在液压杆3的下端端部还安装有压板4,而所述的压板4的下端面还安装有一切割圆筒5,该切割圆筒5的下端面设置为锋利的切割刀片51结构,并且该切割圆筒5与圆形切割台1的大小和上下位置相适配,从而使切割刀片6从上向下切割时,从圆形切割台1边缘处的切割面下切,切割圆筒5整体将圆形切割台1包裹在其内部。
而所述的压板4的下端面还通过竖直的连杆6安装有染色板7,该染色板7为圆形结构大小与圆形切割台1的大小相适配,并且该染色板7设置在切割圆筒5内被整个切割圆筒5包裹住,且该染色板7的下端面设置有平铺的染色棉8;而所述的压板4的上方还安装有与连杆6位置相对应的料桶9;而所述的连杆6以及染色板7内均设置有连通的料孔71,且染色板7内的料孔8一直延伸至染色板7下端面的染色棉8上;而所述的料桶9则与连杆6以及染色板7内的料孔8相连通,使料桶9内的染料流入到染色棉8上。
所述的切割圆筒5的外侧面还设置有套筒10;所述的套筒10的下端开口,从该套筒10的下端开口处还安装有压杆11,且压杆11的上端部与套筒10的上端部之间还安装有弹簧件12;并且在弹簧件12的原始状态下压杆11的下端端部位于切割刀片6的下方。
所述的圆形切割台1内还设置有吸风装置13,而圆形切割台1的台面上还设置有与吸风装置13相连的吸风口14;所述的染色板7的上端面与压板4之间共等圆周均匀设置有三根连杆6,而每一连杆6的上方位置安装有一料桶9;所述的料桶9内安装有流量阀;所述的染色板7内的与染色棉8相连通的料孔8为均匀的环形阵列的排布结构;所述的切割套筒5外侧的套筒10、压杆11以及弹簧件12的结构共分布均匀的设置有三套。
本装置中在下方设置圆形切割台,上方的液压装置上安装压板,而在压板上则设置有与圆形切割台位置相对应的切割圆筒,切割圆筒的下端面是设置成切割刀片的形状的,将板材整体放置在圆形切割台上,并且在圆形切割台内安装的吸风装置的作用下使板材整体固定在圆形切割台上;并且在切割圆筒下压的时候外侧的压杆会先压紧在板材上的同样使板材固定,上方的液压装置再带动压板下压后,切割圆筒下端的切割刀片将板材整体切割成圆板状结构,因此本装置可以很方便的将板材切割成圆板状结构,并且能双向固定板材的位置。
本装置中还在压板的下方设置染色板,该染色板又设置在切割圆筒内部的与圆形切割台的位置是对应的,并且压板的上方是设置有料桶的,并通过设置的料孔与染色板下端面设置的染色棉相连通,使料桶内的染料流到染色棉上;而当压板下压切割套筒切割完成后,液压装置控制压板继续下压,使染色板下端面的染色棉压紧在已经切割好的板材的上端面,从而将板材的上端面整体染色,通过控制料桶内的流量阀控制染料的流量使染色棉染色的时候不会溢出;这样本装置就可连续完成板材切割后继而染色的功能,本装置中将两种设备合并到一台机器上,并且能够连续完成,染色板设置在切割套筒内部的结构比较的巧妙合理,整体结构也比较的稳定;大大减少了设备的成本,设备的占用空间,以及显著提高了工作效率。

Claims (6)

1.一种板面切割后染色装置,其特征在于:包括一个圆形切割台(1)和设置在圆形切割台(1)上方的液压装置(2);所述的圆形切割台(1)的边缘处均设置为竖直的切割面;所述的液压装置(2)的液压杆(3)朝下设置,且在液压杆(3)的下端端部还安装有压板(4),而所述的压板(4)的下端面还安装有一切割圆筒(5),该切割圆筒(5)的下端面设置为锋利的切割刀片(51)结构,并且该切割圆筒(5)与圆形切割台(1)的大小和上下位置相适配,从而使切割刀片(6)从上向下切割时,从圆形切割台(1)边缘处的切割面下切,切割圆筒(5)整体将圆形切割台(1)包裹在其内部;
而所述的压板(4)的下端面还通过竖直的连杆(6)安装有染色板(7),该染色板(7)为圆形结构大小与圆形切割台(1)的大小相适配;并且该染色板(7)设置在切割圆筒(5)内被整个切割圆筒(5)包裹住,且该染色板(7)的下端面设置有平铺的染色棉(8);而所述的压板(4)的上方还安装有与连杆(6)位置相对应的料桶(9);而所述的连杆(6)以及染色板(7)内均设置有连通的料孔(71),且染色板(7)内的料孔(8)一直延伸至染色板(7)下端面的染色棉(8)上;而所述的料桶(9)则与连杆(6)以及染色板(7)内的料孔(8)相连通,使料桶(9)内的染料流入到染色棉(8)上;
所述的切割圆筒(5)的外侧面还设置有套筒(10);所述的套筒(10)的下端开口,从该套筒(10)的下端开口处还安装有压杆(11),且压杆(11)的上端部与套筒(10)的上端部之间还安装有弹簧件(12);并且在弹簧件(12)的原始状态下压杆(11)的下端端部位于切割刀片(6)的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种板面切割后染色装置,其特征在于:所述的圆形切割台(1)内还设置有吸风装置(13),而圆形切割台(1)的台面上还设置有与吸风装置(13)相连的吸风口(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种板面切割后染色装置,其特征在于:所述的染色板(7)的上端面与压板(4)之间共等圆周均匀设置有三根连杆(6),而每一连杆(6)的上方位置安装有一料桶(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种板面切割后染色装置,其特征在于:所述的料桶(9)内安装有流量阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种板面切割后染色装置,其特征在于:所述的染色板(7)内的与染色棉(8)相连通的料孔(8)为均匀的环形阵列的排布结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种板面切割后染色装置,其特征在于:所述的切割套筒(5)外侧的套筒(10)、压杆(11)以及弹簧件(12)的结构共分布均匀的设置有三套。
