Background
With the development of the nail shooter technology, the axial nail shooter has various advantages, so that the application of the axial nail shooter has wider and wider space.
Two problems that axial nailers must address: firstly, avoid scalding when manual shell withdrawal, secondly prevent to shoot nail action and produce the noise that top surface dust falls into operating personnel's eye and explodes and produce. The heat insulation sleeve and the dust cover are additionally arranged by adopting common technical means at the present stage. The concrete installation mode is that a nail pipe is connected with the front thread of the movable sleeve, and the nail pipe is connected with the silencing sleeve through threads; the front end of the nail tube is connected with a dust cover (gland nut) through threads. The silencing sleeve is sleeved with a heat insulation sleeve; the outer circle of the silencing sleeve and the inner hole wall of the heat insulating sleeve are provided with steps (inclined tables) to realize force transmission, and the heat insulating sleeve is clamped between the dust cover and the silencing sleeve to realize axial limiting. After the firing action is completed, the heat insulation sleeve is held by hands and pulled backwards, and the force passes through the step and the silencing sleeve to the movable sleeve, so that the movable sleeve moves backwards to withdraw the shell.
The above structure has the following technical drawbacks in practice:
1. when the nail is shot on the surface of a hard steel bar or cobble, the nail can feed back force to the screw thread between the nail pipe and the dust cover, so that the nail pipe is damaged. The dust cover cannot be unscrewed, the heat insulation sleeve cannot be taken out, the silencing sleeve cannot be unscrewed, and residues outside the nail pipe cannot be cleaned, so that the whole equipment cannot be used normally.
The only solution to this problem is to unscrew the sleeve and tube to separate them and then to snap the tube and shield with an external tool such as a wrench. And after forcibly unscrewing the thread A with large force, repairing or replacing the part.
However, the above method cannot be realized in the existing structural form, because the front end of the heat insulation sleeve is tightly supported by the dust cover, and the inside of the heat insulation sleeve is also limited by the steps, that is, the heat insulation sleeve is always covered outside the nail tube, and more importantly, the axial length of the heat insulation sleeve is greater than that of the nail tube, so that a space is not left for a tool to bite the nail tube. The length of the heat insulation sleeve is designed according to the size of a human hand, and cannot be shortened; it is also impractical to artificially lengthen the staple length.
2. The heat in the heat insulation sleeve space cannot be effectively dissipated, so that the internal temperature is increased, the nail shooting bullet is possibly caused to be self-exploded, and potential safety hazards are formed.
3. The step is processed outside the silencing sleeve, so that the working procedures are increased, and the manufacturing cost is increased.

When the anti-dust device is normally used, the dust cover 6 prevents dust from falling, after the firing is finished, the scalding-free heat insulation sleeve 8 is held by hands to be pulled backwards, and the movable sleeve 2 is moved backwards by the step B10 through the step A9, so that the shell is removed.
The action structures of loading, firing, ejection, resetting, etc. of the nail shooter belong to the conventional technology, and are described in detail in the patents before the applicant, and are not repeated here.
When the screw thread 7 is damaged, torsion is applied between the movable sleeve 2 and the dust cover 6, so that the movable sleeve 2 and the dust cover are separated. The heat-insulating sleeve 8 does not completely cover the movable sleeve 2, and the screw thread 3 is not damaged, so that the above-mentioned actions can be smoothly realized.
The following is the key point of the invention: because the dustproof cover 6 and the heat insulation sleeve 8 do not have any limiting structure, the whole formed by the silencing sleeve 4, the nail pipe 1 and the dustproof cover 6 can be taken out from the front end opening of the heat insulation sleeve 8-!
After the whole is taken out, the nail tube 1 and the dust cover 6 can be respectively clamped by using an external tool, the nail tube is forcibly unscrewed and taken out, the silencing sleeve 4 is easily unscrewed (the threads 5 are not damaged), and residues outside the nail tube are cleaned. And then the screw thread 7 is repaired or the nail tube 1 and the dust cover 6 are replaced according to the actual situation, and the assembly and the reduction are carried out.
