Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of early-dismantling head fixing and welding of aluminum templates, and particularly relates to an early-dismantling head positioner of an aluminum template.
Background
The aluminum alloy template system for the building is a novel template system. The aluminum alloy template is manufactured by extruding the aluminum template through special equipment, and is formed by connecting the panel with the bracket, splicing the panel, connecting the reinforcing system and a spare and accessory system used for interconnecting the panel and the bracket, wherein the connecting piece is a system template which has complete universality and can be assembled into an integral die carrier with different sizes and complex external dimensions, and is assembled and industrially constructed.
The early dismantling head is a main component in an aluminum template early dismantling system and comprises: the vase and the round through are formed by combined welding, and the existing fixing and welding technology is free-hand fixing and welding by workers in the production of early dismantling heads, so that the problems of deviation, inclination, off-welding and welding leakage exist.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the aluminum template early-dismantling head positioner in the embodiment comprises a base 1, wherein a backrest 2 is vertically fixed on the rear side of the upper end of the base 1, and two clamping pieces 3 are arranged on the front side surface of the backrest 2 from top to bottom; guide grooves 4 are also respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the base 1.
In this embodiment, the clip 3 includes a vertical plate 31 and a horizontal plate 32, the vertical plate 31 is fixed on the front side of the backrest 2, and one end of the horizontal plate 32 is fixed on the bottom of the vertical plate 32; the transverse plate 32 is horizontally arranged, and an arc groove 321 is formed in one end of the transverse plate 32 away from the vertical plate 31; the vertical plate 31 is fixed on the front side surface of the backrest 2 through rivets, and the base 1 and the backrest 2 are respectively made of an aluminum template and a backrest made of an aluminum template; the two guide grooves 4 are symmetrically distributed along the center of the base 1.
