The collecting device 5 comprises collecting grooves 51, baffles 52, sliding connection blocks 53, a traction cylinder 54 and a fixed support plate 55, the number of the collecting grooves 51 is two, the lower ends of the collecting grooves 51 are tightly attached to the bottom plate 1, the two collecting grooves 51 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom plate 1, the collecting grooves 51 are connected through hinges, sliding grooves are formed in the outer wall of the collecting grooves 51, the sliding connection blocks 53 are installed in the sliding grooves in a sliding fit mode, the outer wall of each sliding connection block 53 is connected with the top end of the traction cylinder 54, the traction cylinder 54 is installed on the fixed support plate 55, and the fixed support; drive sliding connection piece 53 through drawing cylinder 54 and slide in the sliding tray to adjust two collecting vat 51's position, at the clearance in-process, collecting vat 51 hugs closely together, under baffle 52's supplementary effect, the dirt that produces during the clearance just falls into collecting vat 51, has guaranteed operational environment's cleanness, and need not the manual work and collect, has reduced the cost of labor.

The second adjusting mechanism 32 comprises a working plate 321, a lifting frame 322, a lifting support plate 323, a lifting cylinder 324, a telescopic connecting plate 325 and a mounting plate 326, the working plate 321 is mounted at the upper end of the lifting panel 313, a lifting groove is formed in the side wall of the working plate 321, the lifting frame 322 is mounted in the lifting groove in a sliding fit mode, the lifting support plate 323 is mounted on the side wall of the front end of the lifting frame 322, the lower end of the lifting support plate 323 is connected with the top end of the lifting cylinder 324, the lifting cylinder 324 is mounted on the lifting panel 313, the telescopic connecting plate 325 is mounted at the rear end of the lifting frame 322, and; the height and the horizontal position of the cleaning mechanism 41 are adjusted through the common matching of the lifting cylinder 324 and the telescopic connecting plate 325, so that the pipeline is cleaned without manually moving the position, and the working efficiency is improved.
The cleaning mechanism 41 comprises two traction electric push rods 411, two traction sliding blocks 412, half ring frames 413, connecting frames 414, half ring cleaning frames 415, an arc-shaped brush 416 and cleaning convex teeth 417, the number of the traction electric push rods 411 is two, the two traction sliding blocks 412 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of a mounting plate 326, the bottom end of the traction electric push rod 411 is arranged on the side wall of the mounting plate 326 through a hinge, the top end of the traction electric push rod 411 is connected with the traction sliding blocks 412, the traction sliding blocks 412 are arranged in traction grooves formed in the half ring frames 413 in a sliding fit mode, the two half ring frames 413 are connected through the hinge, the connecting frames 414 are symmetrically arranged at the upper end and the lower end of each half ring frame 413, the top ends of the connecting frames 414 are arranged in, the left end and the right end of the connecting groove are of an opening structure, an arc-shaped brush 416 is arranged on the inner wall of the half ring cleaning frame 415, and cleaning convex teeth 417 are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the half ring cleaning frame 415 along the circumferential direction; drive through pulling electric putter 411 and pull slider 412 and slide in the traction groove, hug closely together until two semi-ring frames 413, make the arc brush 416 brush hair of the installation of semi-ring cleaning frame 415 inner wall hug closely on the pipeline outer wall, then under actuating mechanism 42's effect, drive semi-ring cleaning frame 415 and carry out reciprocal circular motion, thereby drive arc brush 416 and clean the pipeline outer wall, need not artifical use work and clean the pipeline in narrow and small space, the work degree of difficulty and cost of labor have been reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.
