An endoscopic guidewire according to claim 1, wherein: the number of the adjusting rings (6), the movable disks (10), the steel wire holes (21) and the adjusting steel wire limiting rings (18) is 4, the positions of the steel wire holes (21), the adjusting steel wire guide rings (16) and the adjusting steel wire limiting rings (18) are in one-to-one correspondence, the positions of the adjusting rings (6) and the movable disks (10) are in one-to-one correspondence, one sides of the movable disks (10) are fixedly connected with adjusting steel wires (20), and one ends of the adjusting steel wires (20) on the movable disks (10) are respectively and sequentially penetrated through the four steel wire holes (21) and the corresponding adjusting steel wire guide rings (16) and the adjusting steel wire limiting rings (18) and are fixedly connected to the inner side of the other ends of the spring rolls (2).

6. An endoscopic guidewire according to claim 1, wherein: the singlechip (25) is respectively and electrically connected with the LED lamp beads (28), the display screen (29), the voice player (30) and the prompt lamp (31) through instruction circuits.
7. An endoscopic guidewire according to claim 1, wherein: the outer side wall of the spring roll (2) is covered with a polytetrafluoroethylene film.
