本发明有关于一种注射器。
背景技术
一般医护工作者为病人进行注射作业后，常常因为要将使用过的注射器盖上针盖而不慎刺伤手指，而不幸感染到被注射人员的疾病，因此市面上便有一种注射器，如中国台湾专利号TWM488998所示，其推杆具有一钩臂，当将推杆朝转接头的方向推抵以将注射液注入被注射人员的体内后，推杆的钩臂朝转接头内插入，通过钩臂伸入转接头后与卡扣槽相卡掣，即可将针具组拉入注射筒内，以避免刺伤人员。
然而，此类已知注射器具有以下缺点，当钩臂欲伸入卡扣槽时，由于卡扣槽的槽口小于钩臂的径向尺寸，因此钩臂会先将该转接头朝轴向方向推抵，即为将针具组朝被注射人员的方向抵顶，之后卡扣槽的槽口才开始变形以使钩臂通过卡扣槽的槽口，如此会使针具组的针头会在被注射人员的体内略为移动及晃动，而使被注射人员再次产生疼痛感，且容易导致被注射部位产生瘀血，存在亟待改善的缺弊。
因此，有必要提供一种新颖且具有进步性的注射器，以解决上述的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种注射器，可避免推杆的第二卡部伸入转接头时，转接头产生过大的移动及晃动，因此可避免被注射人员再次产生疼痛感，且可避免被注射部位产生瘀血。
为达成上述目的，本发明提供一种注射器，其包括一注射筒、一针具组及一推杆。该注射筒内部具有一容置部及一前端部。该针具组包括一针头，该针具组可脱离地装设于该前端部，该针具组远离该针头的一端具有一开口区，该开口区横设有一第一卡部，该第一卡部两端设置于开口区内壁上的至少一第一位置及一第二位置，该第一卡部将该开口区隔成一第一间隔部与一第二间隔部。该推杆滑设于该容置部，该推杆朝向该前端部的一端设有一第二卡部。其中，当该推杆朝该前端部滑移时，该第二卡部抵靠该第一卡部，将该第一卡部朝径向抵顶变形，该第二卡部即通过该第一间隔部与该第二间隔部其中一者伸入该针具组内，且该第二卡部即与该第一卡部相卡扣，即可透过该推杆将该针具组拉入该容置部内。
更进一步地，该针具组另包括一转接头，该转接头可脱离地装设于该前端部，该针头设于该转接头远离该注射筒的一端，该转接头远离该针头的一端具有该开口区，该第二卡部通过该第一间隔部与该第二间隔部其中一者伸入该转接头内。
更进一步地，该开口区的口缘朝该针头的方向凹设有两剖槽，该两剖槽分别具有两个相对的侧壁，各该剖槽的一该侧壁延伸凸设有一横向的延伸臂，该第一卡部的两端设于该两个延伸臂。
更进一步地，各该延伸臂与未相连接的该侧壁之间具有一间隙，该第一卡部为一弹性环件，该第一卡部分别通过该两个间隙套设于该两个延伸臂，各该延伸臂邻近一该间隙的一端沿横设有两个卡凸。
更进一步地，该两个卡凸与该延伸臂相连接的该侧壁之间分别形成一卡槽，该第一卡部嵌设于该两个卡槽，其中该两个卡凸与该延伸臂形成T字型，各该卡槽为ㄇ字型。
更进一步地，该转接头的外周壁与该前端部的内周壁其中一者设有至少一凸肋，另一者设有至少一导引槽，各该导引槽设有一斜面段及一凹口，各该凸肋分别插设于一该凹口。
更进一步地，该开口区的内壁设有至少一导正弧凸，当各该导正弧凸与一该第二卡部相干涉时该第二卡部无法伸入该开口区内；当各该导正弧凸不与该第二卡部相干涉时，该第二卡部即可伸入该开口区并与该第一卡部相卡扣。

本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明提供一种注射器，通过该凸柱将该第一卡部朝该转接头的径向方向抵顶变形，该凸柱即通过该第一间隔部与该第二间隔部其中一者伸入该转接头内，以大幅降低该凸柱抵顶于该转接头的轴向方向的力量，因此可有效避免该转接头产生轴向震动，以避免被注射人员再次产生疼痛感，且可避免被注射部位产生瘀血。

较佳地，在本实施例中该针具组2另包括一转接头3，该转接头3可脱离地装设于该前端部12，该针头4设于该转接头3远离该注射筒1的一端，该转接头3远离该针头4的一端具有该开口区31，该第二卡部52通过该第一间隔部311与该第二间隔部312其中一者伸入该转接头3内。另外该针头4包括相连接的一针基41及一针体42，该针基41远离该针体42的一端设有一凸缘43，该凸缘43螺接于该转接头3，以方便拆装该针基41。
其中，请配合参考图7至10，其中，当该推杆5朝该前端部12滑移时，该第二卡部52抵靠该第一卡部32，将该第一卡部32朝径向抵顶变形，该第二卡部52即通过该第一间隔部311与该第二间隔部312其中一者伸入该针具组2内，且该第二卡部52即与该第一卡部32相卡扣，即可透过该推杆5将该针具组2拉入该容置部11内。详细的说，当该推杆5朝该前端部12滑移时，该第二卡部52将该第一卡部32朝该转接头3的径向方向抵顶变形，该第二卡部52即通过该第一间隔部311与该第二间隔部312其中一者伸入该转接头3内，在本实施例中伸入该第一间隔部311，该第二卡部52即与该第一卡部32相卡，即可透过该推杆5将该针具组2拉入该容置部11内。详细的说，较佳地该第二卡部52设有至少一钩掣部521，在本实施例中为四该钩掣部521，各该钩掣部521朝外设有一斜向于该转接头3轴向的斜面段522，其中一该斜面段522将该第一卡部32朝该转接头3的径向方向抵顶变形，当该等钩掣部521通过该第一卡部32时，该钩掣部521即与该第一卡部32相卡钩，即可将该针具组2拉入该容置部11内，使该针具组2不外露于该注射筒1外，以达到防误刺、安全的效果。
较佳地，该推杆5朝向该前端部12的一端设有一凸柱51，该凸柱51设有该第二卡部52，该第一卡部32未横跨于该开口区31的中心，该第一间隔部311的面积大于该第二间隔部312的面积，该凸柱51自该第一间隔部311伸入该转接头3内，以有效地造成该凸柱51将该第一卡部32朝该转接头3的径向方向抵顶变形，以大幅降低该凸柱51抵顶于该转接头3的轴向方向的力量，因此可有效避免该转接头3产生轴向震动，以避免被注射人员再次产生疼痛感，且可避免被注射部位产生瘀血。值得一提的是，由于该第一间隔部311的面积大于该第二间隔部312的面积，即为该第一卡部32为偏心设置，因此当该针具组2被拉入该容置部11内时，该针具组2的该针头4斜向于该注射筒1，可防止该针头4再度伸出而误刺人员。
具体而言，该开口区31的口缘朝该针头4的方向凹设有两剖槽33，该两剖槽33分别具有两个相对的侧壁331，各该剖槽33的一该侧壁331延伸凸设有一横向的延伸臂34，该第一卡部32的两端设于该两个延伸臂34，以免该第一卡部32超出该开口区31而增加该转接头3的总体积。
在本实施例中各该延伸臂34与未相连接的该侧壁331之间具有一间隙35，该第一卡部32为一弹性环件321(如图3所示)，该弹性环件321较容易被该凸柱51抵顶而产生径向方向的变形，该第一卡部32分别通过该两个间隙35套设于该两个延伸臂34，以方便装设该弹性环件321。另外，在本实施例中该第二卡部52相卡于该第一卡部32的上下两段，在其它实施例中该第二卡部52亦可仅相卡于该第一卡部32的下段亦无不可。
较佳地，各该延伸臂34邻近一该间隙35的一端沿横设有两个卡凸36，该两个卡凸36用于抵顶住该第一卡部32，另外该两个卡凸36与该延伸臂34相连接的该侧壁331之间分别形成一卡槽37，该第一卡部32嵌设于该两个卡槽37，以防止该第一卡部32任意脱离该延伸臂34。具体而言，该两个卡凸36与该延伸臂34形成T字型，各该卡槽37为ㄇ字型。
要说明的是，在本实施例中该第一卡部32为该弹性环件321，在其它实施例中该第一卡部32亦可一体成形地横设于该开口区31，当该推杆5朝该前端部12滑移时，该凸柱51同样地可将该第一卡部32朝该转接头3的径向方向抵顶变形，且该第一卡部32与该第二卡部52同样地可相卡以将该转接头3及该针具组2拉入该容置部11内。
另外，该转接头3的外周壁与该前端部12的内周壁其中一者设有至少一凸肋61，另一者设有至少一导引槽62，在本实施例中该转接头3的外周壁设有复数凸肋61、该前端部12的内周壁设有复数导引槽62，各该导引槽62设有一斜面段621及一凹口622，各该凸肋61分别插设于一该凹口622，当该转接头3欲置入该前端部12时，该等斜面段621可引导该等凸肋61，使该转接头3略为转动且使各该凸肋61可插入一该凹口622，使该转接头3可紧配合地容置于该前端部12。
较佳地，该开口区31的内壁设有至少一导正弧凸313，在本实施例中为复数个，当各该导正弧凸313与一该第二卡部52相干涉时该第二卡部52无法伸入该开口区31内，通过该导正弧凸313与该第二卡部52相抵顶，该导正弧凸313的弧面迫使该推杆5略为转动以使该第二卡部52不与该等导正弧凸313相干涉；当各该导正弧凸313不与该第二卡部52相干涉时，该第二卡部52即可伸入该开口区31并与该第一卡部32相卡扣，以确保该第二卡部52可与该第一卡部32顺利地相对位卡扣。
综上，本发明的注射器，通过该凸柱将该第一卡部朝该转接头的径向方向抵顶变形，该凸柱即通过该第一间隔部与该第二间隔部其中一者伸入该转接头内，以大幅降低该凸柱抵顶于该转接头的轴向方向的力量，因此可有效避免该转接头产生轴向震动，以避免被注射人员再次产生疼痛感，且可避免被注射部位产生瘀血。

Claims (10)

1.一种注射器，其特征在于，包括：
一注射筒，其内部具有一容置部及一前端部；
一针具组，包括一针头，该针具组可脱离地装设于该前端部，该针具组远离该针头的一端具有一开口区，该开口区横设有一第一卡部，该第一卡部为一弹性环件，该第一卡部两端设置于开口区内壁上的至少一第一位置及一第二位置，该第一卡部将该开口区隔成一第一间隔部与一第二间隔部；
一推杆，滑设于该容置部，该推杆朝向该前端部的一端设有一第二卡部；
其中，当该推杆朝该前端部滑移时，该第二卡部抵靠该第一卡部，将该第一卡部朝径向抵顶变形，该第二卡部即通过该第一间隔部与该第二间隔部其中一者伸入该针具组内，且该第二卡部即与该第一卡部相卡扣，即可透过该推杆将该针具组拉入该容置部内。
2.如权利要求1所述的注射器，其特征在于，该针具组另包括一转接头，该转接头可脱离地装设于该前端部，该针头设于该转接头远离该注射筒的一端，该转接头远离该针头的一端具有该开口区，该第二卡部通过该第一间隔部与该第二间隔部其中一者伸入该转接头内。
3.如权利要求2所述的注射器，其特征在于，该开口区的口缘朝该针头的方向凹设有两剖槽，该两剖槽分别具有两个相对的侧壁，各该剖槽的一该侧壁延伸凸设有一横向的延伸臂，该第一卡部的两端设于该两个延伸臂。
4.如权利要求3所述的注射器，其特征在于，各该延伸臂与未相连接的该侧壁之间具有一间隙，该第一卡部分别通过该两个间隙套设于该两个延伸臂，各该延伸臂邻近一该间隙的一端横设有两个卡凸。
5.如权利要求4所述的注射器，其特征在于，该两个卡凸与该延伸臂相连接的该侧壁之间分别形成一卡槽，该第一卡部嵌设于该两个卡槽，其中该两个卡凸与该延伸臂形成T字型，各该卡槽为ㄇ字型。
6.如权利要求2所述的注射器，其特征在于，该转接头的外周壁与该前端部的内周壁其中一者设有至少一凸肋，另一者设有至少一导引槽，各该导引槽设有一斜面段及一凹口，各该凸肋分别插设于一该凹口。
7.如权利要求1所述的注射器，其特征在于，该开口区的内壁设有至少一导正弧凸，当各该导正弧凸与一该第二卡部相干涉时该第二卡部无法伸入该开口区内；当各该导正弧凸不与该第二卡部相干涉时，该第二卡部即可伸入该开口区并与该第一卡部相卡扣。
8.如权利要求2至6其中任一项所述的注射器，其特征在于，该第二卡部设有至少一钩掣部，各该钩掣部朝外设有一斜向于该转接头轴向的斜面段，其中一该斜面段将该第一卡部朝该转接头的径向方向抵顶变形，当该至少一钩掣部通过该第一卡部时，该钩掣部即与该第一卡部相卡钩。
9.如权利要求2至6其中任一项所述的注射器，其特征在于，该推杆朝向该前端部的一端设有一凸柱，该凸柱设有该第二卡部，该第一卡部未横跨于该开口区的中心，该第一间隔部的面积大于该第二间隔部的面积，该凸柱自该第一间隔部伸入该转接头内。
10.如权利要求5所述的注射器，其特征在于，该第二卡部设有至少一钩掣部，各该钩掣部朝外设有一斜向于该转接头轴向的斜面段，其中一该斜面段将该第一卡部朝该转接头的径向方向抵顶变形，当该至少一钩掣部通过该第一卡部时，该钩掣部即与该第一卡部相卡钩；该推杆朝向该前端部的一端设有一凸柱，该凸柱设有该第二卡部，该第一卡部未横跨于该开口区的中心，该第一间隔部的面积大于该第二间隔部的面积，该凸柱自该第一间隔部伸入该转接头内，该针头包括相连接的一针基及一针体，该针基远离该针体的一端设有一凸缘，该凸缘螺接于该转接头；该转接头的外周壁与该前端部的内周壁其中一者设有至少一凸肋，另一者设有至少一导引槽，各该导引槽设有一斜面段及一凹口，各该凸肋分别插设于一该凹口；该开口区的内壁设有至少一导正弧凸，当各该导正弧凸与一该第二卡部相干涉时该第二卡部无法伸入该开口区内；当各该导正弧凸不与该第二卡部相干涉时，该第二卡部即可伸入该开口区并与该第一卡部相卡扣。
