The both ends of fixed shell 1 all are provided with fixed lid 6, and interference fit has two mutually independent first skeleton sealing washer 7 and second skeleton sealing washer 8 between every fixed lid 6 and the center pin 2. The fixed cover 6 is fixedly connected with a boss 9 between the first framework sealing ring 7 and the second framework sealing ring 8, and a gap is reserved between the boss 9 and the central shaft 2, so that a closed containing cavity 10 is formed by the gap under the action of the framework sealing rings at two sides. Meanwhile, as the supporting wheel is positioned in the sterilization kettle in a high-pressure environment, the pressure in the kettle can act on the first framework sealing ring 7, so that the first framework sealing ring 7 is extruded into the containing cavity 10, and the surface sealing effect between the first framework sealing ring 7 and the boss 9 is enhanced in the extrusion process. Meanwhile, as a gap is reserved between the boss 9 and the central shaft 2, when the first framework sealing ring 7 extrudes towards the boss 9, the first framework sealing ring 7 deforms under the action of the right-angle edge of the boss 9 towards one side of the central shaft 2, so that the first framework sealing ring 7 is extruded towards the central shaft 2, and the sealing effect between the first framework sealing ring 7 and the central shaft 2 is improved.
Further, the fixed cover 6 is fixedly connected with the fixed shell 1 through a fastener. The fastener is preferably a fastening screw 11.
Further, a notch 12 is arranged at the joint of each fixed cover 6 and the fixed shell 1, and an O-shaped sealing ring 13 is arranged in each notch 12. The fixed cover 6 is detachably and fixedly connected with the fixed shell 1, so that the fixed cover 6 and the fixed shell 1 are in a relatively static state.
