Preferably, the compression amount of the seal ring is 3mm to 5mm. The compression amount of the seal ring may be 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm.
Preferably, the sealing portion 34 is at least partially attached to the inner pan 2 in the closed state.
In the closed state, the compression part 33 is attached to the inner pan 2, and the sealing part 34 is attached to the inner pan 2 at least partially, so that the contact area between the sealing ring and the high-temperature and high-humidity environment on the inner pan 2 side is further reduced, and the formation amount of condensed water is further reduced. In the closed state, the smaller the distance between the abutting part of the sealing part 34 and the extending part 35 and the free end of the extending part 35, the better the distance, the contact area between the extending part 35 and the high-temperature and high-humidity environment in the inner pot 2 can be reduced, and the formation of condensed water is further reduced. Ideally, the distance between the contact point between the seal portion 34 and the extension portion 35 and the free end of the extension portion 35 is 0mm. The distance between the abutting part of the sealing part 34 and the extending part 35 and the free end of the extending part 35 in the practical application process can be 0mm, 1mm, 2mm or 3mm.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the thickness c of the supporting portion 32 is greater than the thickness d of the compressing portion 33.
The thickness of the supporting part 32 is greater than that of the compressing part 33, so that when the cover is closed, the compressing part 33 deforms before the supporting part 32, the compressing part 33 is attached to the opening of the inner pot 2 in the cover closing state, and in the deformation process of the compressing part 33, the sealing part 34 is driven to tilt upwards, so that the opening end of the cavity 4 is sealed.
Preferably, the difference (c-d) between the thickness of the supporting portion 32 and the thickness of the compressing portion 33 is 0.1mm to 0.3mm.
The difference between the thickness of the supporting part 32 and the thickness of the compressing part 33 is not smaller than 0.1mm, so that the compressing part 33 deforms before the supporting part 32, and meanwhile, the difference between the thickness of the supporting part 32 and the thickness of the compressing part 33 is not larger than 0.3mm, and the excessive thickness of the supporting part 32 or the excessive thickness of the compressing part 33 is avoided.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the included angle α between the supporting portion 32 and the horizontal plane in the uncapping state is greater than the included angle β between the compressing portion 33 and the horizontal plane, so that when the cover is closed, the compressing portion 33 deforms before the supporting portion 32, so that the compressing portion 33 is attached to the opening of the inner pot in the cover closing state, and in the deformation process of the compressing portion 33, the sealing portion is driven to tilt upwards, so as to seal the opening end of the cavity. The opened cover state refers to a state in which the sealing ring is not compressed and the cover of the cooking appliance is horizontally placed.
Preferably, the included angle alpha between the supporting part 32 and the horizontal plane in the uncapping state is 42-60 degrees; and/or the included angle beta between the compression part 33 and the horizontal plane is 30-48 degrees in the uncapping state; and/or, a difference (α - β) between the angle of the supporting portion 32 and the horizontal plane and the angle of the compressing portion 33 and the horizontal plane in the opened state is greater than or equal to 5 °.
Preferably, the included angle between the support portion 32 and the horizontal plane in the uncapped state is 42 °, 45 °, 50 °, 55 °, 60 °; the included angle between the compression portion 33 and the horizontal plane in the open-cover state is 30 °,35 °, 40 °, 45 °, 48 °.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the sealing portion 34 is disposed horizontally.
The sealing part 34 is horizontally arranged in the uncapping state, and when the cover is closed, the compression part 33 is compressed and drives the sealing part 34 to move in a direction approaching to the opening end of the cavity 4, thereby sealing the cavity 4.
Preferably, the seal ring further comprises: and an attaching portion 36 located between the connecting portion 31 and the supporting portion 32, the attaching portion 36 being attached to the lower surface of the cover 1.
The seal ring further includes a fitting portion 36, one end of the fitting portion 36 is connected to the connecting portion 31, and the other end of the fitting portion 36 is connected to the supporting portion 32. The attaching portion 36 is attached to the lower surface of the cover 1, and the compressing portion 33 is easily compressed when the cover is closed. Preferably, the sealing ring is provided with ribs, and in the closed state, the ribs are abutted between the sealing portion 34 and the open end of the cavity 4 or on the inner wall surface of the sealing cavity 5, and the ribs are compressed.

Specifically, in the closed state, the sealing portion 34 abuts against the supporting portion 32, and the ribs include first ribs provided on the sealing portion 34 and/or second ribs provided on the supporting portion 32; or, in the closed state, the sealing part 34 is abutted against the connection part 31 and the supporting part 32, and the ribs comprise a first rib arranged on the sealing part 34 and a second rib arranged on the connection part 31 and the supporting part 32; alternatively, in the closed state, the sealing portion 34 is in contact with the lid 1, and the bead is provided on the sealing portion 34. Of course, the ribs may be located at other positions, and only the ribs need to be compressed when the sealed cavity 5 is formed, and the ribs can provide a force for helping the sealed cavity 5 to open when the cover is opened.
Embodiment two:
