A device for quickly heating water by using a heating pipeline is used for generating boiling water or steam and comprises a machine body, a water tank, a water pump, a communicating container, the heating pipeline, a first relay, a second relay, a boiling water starting switch, a boiling water heating switch, a steam starting switch, a steam heating switch and a selection control circuit, wherein a cavity in the communicating container is provided with a ladder which is at a higher position than the bottom of the communicating container, a water inlet is arranged on the ladder, a water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the ladder, water is delivered to the communicating container from the water inlet by the water pump and is supplied to the heating pipeline by the water outlet, the boiling water starting switch and the boiling water heating switch are arranged on the ladder to form a first group of control switches, the steam starting switch and the steam heating switch are arranged at the bottom of the communicating container to form a second group of control switches, and the selection control circuit is, the boiling water starting switch and the steam starting switch can respectively control the power supply to electrify the water pump, and the boiling water heating switch and the steam heating switch respectively control the power supply to electrify the heating pipeline through the first relay and the second relay;
the method is characterized in that:
an idle control component is arranged in the communicating container, occupies most of the volume of the communicating container, and a gap between the idle control component and the communicating container forms a flow channel between the water inlet and the water outlet;
an outlet of the bent pipe is formed above the heating pipeline, a platform is formed on the machine body, a tray is installed on the platform, and the tray can move in the up-and-down direction under the action of the electric push rod mechanism.
2. The apparatus for heating water rapidly using a heating pipe as set forth in claim 1, wherein the tray is further provided with a residual liquid collecting tank.
