本发明公开了一种含氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜的杀菌组合物,氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜的重量比是1:50‑50:1;该杀菌组合物可用于防治多种作物的病害,尤其用于霜霉病的防治。本发明杀菌剂组合物具有增效、对环境污染性小,可延缓病菌抗药性产生等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
氟噻唑吡乙酮是美国杜邦公司2007年研发出的具有全新化学结构的新型植物病原卵菌抑制剂,其化学结构包括了吡唑环、噻唑环及异恶唑啉环,对霜霉病有特效,能显著加强对土豆、葡萄、蔬菜等特产农作物病害的防治。目前国际上杀菌剂抗药性行动委员会(FRAC)将这类杀菌剂命名为哌啶基噻唑异恶唑啉类化合。
琥胶肥酸铜(copper(succinate+glutarate+adipate)),是一种高效低毒广谱性的杀菌剂,其作用机理是铜离子与病原菌膜表面上的阳离子交换,使边缘菌细胞膜上的蛋白质凝固,同时部分铜离子渗透进入病原菌细胞内与某些酶结合,影响其活性。琥胶肥酸铜并对植物生长有刺激作用。
长期单一的使用杀菌剂会导致病菌抗药性的增加,用药量持续增加,对严重污染环境。增效杀菌组合物不仅可以大大提高防效,减少用药量,降低成本,同时还可以避免植物病原菌产生抗性和延缓抗性的产生速度,是解决当前农药单用时抗性和成本问题的一种有效方式。因此,开发对真菌病害有增效作用的杀菌组合物具有重要意义。
发明内容
为了克服上述单一杀菌剂存在的药剂用量大,对环境污染严重、病菌抗性产生速度快等缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理,增效作用显著,杀菌效果好,用药成本低,不易产生抗药性、对作物安全的农用杀菌组合物。本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种含氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜的杀菌组合物,其由氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜复配而成。
作为优选,所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜的重量比是1:50-50:1。
作为优选,所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜的重量比是1:12-12:1。
本发明还提供了一种包含所述的的杀菌组合物的农药制剂,所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜的重量占农药制剂总重量的5-80%,余量为农药上可接受的辅助成分助剂、溶剂或填料。
作为优选,所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜的重量占农药制剂总重量的15-60%,余量为农药上可接受的辅助成分助剂、溶剂或填料。
作为优选,所述的农药制剂的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、颗粒剂或水乳剂等。
本发明的农药制剂中使用的助剂包括溶剂、分散剂、乳化剂、稳定剂、防冻剂、成膜剂、润湿剂等及其它有益于有效成分在制剂中稳定和药效发挥的已知物质,都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的各种成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过简单试验确定。
本发明的杀菌组合物在防治水稻、小麦、蔬菜、果树的等作物上的多种病害中应用,尤其适用于防治霜霉病等。本发明的组合物亦可按普通的方法施用,如浇注、喷雾、散布,其施用量随天气条件或作物状态变化。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明组分合理,杀菌效果好,用药成本低,且其杀菌效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,而是有显著的增效作用,对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
本发明对农作物霜霉病具有很好的防治效果,可以减轻病害抗药性的产生,减少环境污染。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜复配对黄瓜霜霉病的室内毒力测定
试验对象:黄瓜霜霉病菌
本试验采用黄瓜霜霉病盆栽测定法在预备试验的基础上,选择2片真叶期、长势一致瓜苗,用油性记号笔写上标签编号、插入盆栽黄瓜苗盆内,按序排放,采用叶面喷雾法,将药剂喷洒于瓜苗叶片上,喷雾处理后将试材在通风橱或温室中阴干24h后接种。在温室中培养7d调查防治效果,以病情指数计算防治效果,用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的EC50,然后按孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。具体测定结果见表1。
当CTC≤80,则组合物表现为拮抗作用,当80<CTC<120,则组合物表现为相加作用,当CTC≥120,则组合物表现为增效作用。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂EC50/供试药剂EC50)×100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100。

由表1可知,氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜组合使用可有效用于黄瓜霜霉病的防治,特别是当氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜配比为1:50-50:1的范围内,组合物对黄瓜霜霉病表现增效作用,其CTC值大于120,增效作用显著。其他配比则表现相加作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜的重量比是1:12-12:1。
3.一种包含权利要求1至2任一所述的的杀菌组合物的农药制剂,其特征在于:所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜的重量占农药制剂总重量的5-80%,余量为农药上可接受的辅助成分助剂、溶剂或填料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的农药制剂,其特征在于:所述的氟噻唑吡乙酮和琥胶肥酸铜的重量占农药制剂总重量的15-60%,余量为农药上可接受的辅助成分助剂、溶剂或填料。
