The air knife assembly 66 comprises an air collecting box 75 with an air collecting opening 74 connected with an air blower 73, an air collecting chamber is arranged in the air collecting box 75, the air collecting box 75 comprises an air collecting cover 76 and a distribution box 77 connected with the air collecting cover 76, the air collecting cover 76 is in a quadrangular pyramid shape, the air collecting opening 74 is arranged at the top of the air collecting cover 76, the distribution box 77 is in a cuboid structure, a plurality of distribution openings 78 communicated with the air collecting chamber are arranged on the air collecting box 75, the distribution openings 78 are respectively arranged on two non-adjacent side surfaces 79 and 80 of the distribution box 77, the distribution openings 78 are respectively provided with a fixing pipe 81, an air supply pipe 82 is connected with the fixing pipe 81, the fixing pipe 81 and the air supply pipe 82 can rotate relatively, the fixing pipe 81 and the air supply pipe 82 are fixed through a clamp, the fixed pipe 81 is divided into a top fixed pipe 83, a side fixed pipe 84 and a bottom fixed pipe 85, the side fixed pipe 84 is an arc-shaped gulf head, the air supply pipe 82 comprises a top pipe 86, a side pipe 87 and a bottom pipe 88, air supply openings are respectively formed in the air supply pipe 82, an angle adjusting mechanism 89 is arranged on the top pipe 86, the top pipe 86 comprises a U-shaped pipe 97 connected with the top pipe fixed pipe 83 through a clamp and a connecting pipe 98 connected with the U-shaped pipe 97 through the clamp and arranged between the U-shaped pipes 97, the angle adjusting mechanism 89 comprises a side adjusting plate 91 fixed with the fixed pipe 90 at the top pipe 86, a plurality of adjusting holes 92 are formed in the side adjusting plate 91, a positioning plate 93 fixedly connected with the top pipe 86 is further arranged on the side adjusting plate 91, and a positioning pin 94 matched with the adjusting holes 92 is fixed on the positioning plate 93; still including locating respectively air knife 95 of supply-air outlet department on push pipe 86, side pipe 87 and bottom pipe 88, air knife 95 specifically sets up on the connecting pipe 98 on push pipe 86, and the advantage of U type pipe 97 lies in: the air knife 95 can be adjusted under the condition that the angle of the air knife 95 on the connecting pipe 98 is fixed, so that the air drying effect reaches the best when being applicable to basket with different heights, the angle of the air knife 95 on the top pipe 86 can be adjusted arbitrarily by the angle adjusting structure 89 so as to adapt to turnover baskets with different heights, and the air knives 95 on the side pipe 87 and the bottom pipe 88 can be adjusted through the clamp.

Claims (9)
1. A can dismantle multipurpose basket washing machine of combination wantonly which characterized in that: the device comprises a bracket, wherein a water storage tank fixed with the bracket is arranged above the bracket, a partition plate is arranged in the water storage tank to divide the water storage tank into a plurality of water collecting areas, water collecting ports are arranged in each water collecting area, a water storage tank corresponding to the water collecting areas is arranged below the water collecting ports, the water storage tank is fixed with the bracket, a communicating pipe is arranged between the water storage tank and the water storage tank, the latter-stage communicating pipe is 1-2cm higher than the former-stage communicating pipe, a conveying line and a high-pressure cleaning device connected with the water storage tank are arranged above the water storage tank, an outer cover connected with the water storage tank is arranged outside the high-pressure cleaning device, an external opening is arranged at one end of the conveying line corresponding to the conveying line, a detachable baffle is arranged at the external opening, and the device further comprises a controller for controlling the conveying line and the high-pressure cleaning device;
when the baffle is dismantled, an air drying device which can be connected with the conveying line is connected to the external opening, the air drying device comprises a water tank connected with a water storage tank, a protective cover is arranged above the water tank, an air knife assembly is arranged in the protective cover, an auxiliary conveying line connected with the conveying line is arranged under the air knife assembly, and the air drying device further comprises a fan arranged above the protective cover and connected with the air knife assembly;
the air knife assembly comprises an air collecting box which is connected with a fan and provided with an air collecting opening, the air collecting box is internally provided with an air collecting chamber, a plurality of distribution openings which are communicated with the air collecting chamber are formed in the air collecting box, the distribution openings are respectively provided with a fixed pipe, the fixed pipes are connected with an air supply pipe, the fixed pipes and the air supply pipe can rotate relatively, the fixed pipes and the air supply pipe are fixed through clamping hoops, the air supply pipe comprises a top pipe, a side pipe and a bottom pipe, the air supply pipe is respectively provided with an air supply opening, the top pipe is provided with an angle adjusting mechanism, and the air knife is respectively arranged at the air supply openings on the top pipe, the side pipe and the bottom pipe, and can be used for randomly adjusting the angle of the air knife on the top pipe so as to adapt to turnover baskets with different heights.
2. The multipurpose basket washer of claim 1, wherein: the air drying device is electrically connected with the controller, and an access opening corresponding to the connecting position of the external opening is arranged on the air drying device.
3. A multipurpose basket washer of any detachable combination as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the water tank is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet and a water outlet.

A multipurpose basket washer of any detachable combination as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the auxiliary conveying line comprises a rotating shaft which is arranged in the water tank and is rotationally connected with the water tank, a driving disc is arranged on the rotating shaft, a transverse support is further arranged in the water tank, a chain guide rail and a side stop lever are arranged on the transverse support, and a pressing rod is hinged to the protective cover.

The multipurpose basket washer of claim 1, wherein: the angle adjusting mechanism comprises a side adjusting plate fixed with a fixed pipe at the jacking pipe, a plurality of adjusting holes are formed in the side adjusting plate, the angle adjusting mechanism further comprises a positioning plate fixedly connected with the jacking pipe, and a positioning pin matched with the adjusting holes is fixed on the positioning plate.

The multipurpose basket washer of claim 4, wherein: the conveying line comprises a supporting frame connected with a water storage groove, a guide rail is arranged on the supporting frame, a driving motor is arranged on the side face of the water storage groove, driving shafts rotatably connected with the water storage groove are arranged at two ends of the water storage groove, one end of each driving shaft is connected with the driving motor, driving discs are arranged on the driving shafts, chains matched with the guide rail are arranged between the driving discs, the chains can be replaced randomly, the conveying line further comprises a pressure bar hinged with an outer cover, the pressure bar is suspended above the chains, and side bars are arranged on the supporting frame.

The multipurpose basket washer of claim 1, wherein: the high-pressure cleaning device comprises a high-pressure pump circulating pump connected with the water storage tank, the pressure value of the high-pressure pump circulating pump is adjustable, a water delivery pipe detachably connected with the high-pressure pump circulating pump is arranged in the outer cover, a plurality of water outlets are formed in the water delivery pipe, and fan-shaped spray heads connected with the water delivery pipe in a buckling mode are arranged at the water outlets.

The multipurpose basket washer of claim 1, wherein: the water storage tank is square water tank that the top has the water return mouth, the water tank top is equipped with the drain, and the water tank bottom is equipped with the drain, still is equipped with steam heating mouth, delivery port, moisturizing mouth on the water tank, steam heating mouth department is equipped with the solenoid valve, is equipped with the ball cock that is connected with the moisturizing mouth at the water tank, is equipped with the filter screen in water return mouth and delivery port department, still including locating the end cover of water return mouth department.
