本发明涉及新能源汽车的充电配件技术领域,尤其是一种具有防水结构的新能源汽车充电接口锁紧装置,包括盒体和盖板,所述盖板盖设在盒体的侧面盒口处,所述盒体内侧的中部安装有圆柱形的插座本体,所述盖板内侧面的顶部与底部均连接有多个水平且间隔设置的横杆,所述横杆远离盖板的一端依次间隔设置有限位挡板和限位凸块,所述盒体靠近盒口处的顶部与底部内壁上均安装有竖直设置的安装板,所述安装板上间隔开设有多个安装孔,多个横杆对应插设在多个安装孔内。本发明能够有效将用于充电的插座本体进行封闭锁定以及防护保护,避免了外部的水流入到插座本体内部的情况,便于使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源汽车的充电配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有防水结构的新能源汽车充电接口锁紧装置。
背景技术
随着科技的发展和人们环保意识的增强,能充电的汽车作为主要的新能源汽车,越来越被广大消费者所认可。这些充电型的新能源汽车需要在车身设置充电口,现有的充电口结构主要包括盒体和连接在盒体上的盖板。当汽车不充电时,将盖板扣合盒体上;当汽车需要充电时,打开盖板即可开始连接电源为汽车充电。这些现有的充电口结构的盖板和盒体之间密封不紧密,因此外部环境中的灰尘和水分将很容易进入盒体内对插座的使用造成影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的现有的充电口结构的盖板和盒体之间密封不紧密,外部的灰尘和水分很容易进入盒体内对插座的使用造成影响的缺点,而提出的一种具有防水结构的新能源汽车充电接口锁紧装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种具有防水结构的新能源汽车充电接口锁紧装置,包括盒体和盖板,所述盖板盖设在盒体的侧面盒口处,所述盒体内侧的中部安装有圆柱形的插座本体,所述盖板内侧面的顶部与底部均连接有多个水平且间隔设置的横杆,所述横杆远离盖板的一端依次间隔设置有限位挡板和限位凸块,所述盒体靠近盒口处的顶部与底部内壁上均安装有竖直设置的安装板,所述安装板上间隔开设有多个安装孔,多个横杆对应插设在多个安装孔内,且限位凸块与限位挡板位于安装板的两侧,所述盖板的底部内壁与底部的安装板之间通过多个间隔设置的弹簧连接;
所述盖板的周向侧边开设有环形的第一沟槽,所述盒体靠近盒口处的周向内壁上开设有环形的第二沟槽,所述盒体靠近盒口处的底部侧壁上开设有出水槽,所述出水槽的外端为敞口设置,且出水槽的内端与第二沟槽的底部相互连通,所述出水槽的中部内壁上开设有漏孔;
所述盖板内侧面的中部水平安装有与插座本体位置相对应的套管,所述套管套设在插座本体的外部,且套管远离盖板的一端的外侧边缘处安装有环形管檐,所述盖板的外侧面开设有凹槽,且凹槽的顶部槽口处安装有扣板。
优选的,所述插座本体的顶面安装有水平设置的限位滑条,且套管内侧面的顶部水平开设有与限位滑条配合连接的限位滑槽。
优选的,所述盒体的顶部盒口处安装有挡水板,所述挡水板设置为弹性橡胶挡板。
优选的,位于底部的多个限位凸块与盒体的内部侧壁之间均通过弹性橡胶连接杆连接。
优选的,每个安装板上的安装孔的数量均不少于三个。
优选的,所述限位凸块的两端均采用圆弧过渡。
本发明提出的一种具有防水结构的新能源汽车充电接口锁紧装置,有益效果在于:本发明具有设计合理以及便于使用的优点,能够有效将用于充电的插座本体进行封闭锁定以及防护保护,便于操作,并且盒体与盖板均具有较好的防水效果,有效避免了外部的水流入到插座本体内部的情况,便于使用。

参照图1-2,一种具有防水结构的新能源汽车充电接口锁紧装置,包括盒体1和盖板2,盖板2盖设在盒体1的侧面盒口处,盒体1内侧的中部安装有圆柱形的插座本体3,盖板2内侧面的顶部与底部均连接有多个水平且间隔设置的横杆9,横杆9远离盖板2的一端依次间隔设置有限位挡板10和限位凸块11,盒体1靠近盒口处的顶部与底部内壁上均安装有竖直设置的安装板12,安装板12上间隔开设有多个安装孔13,多个横杆9对应插设在多个安装孔13内,且限位凸块11与限位挡板10位于安装板12的两侧,盖板2的底部内壁与底部的安装板12之间通过多个间隔设置的弹簧15连接。位于底部的多个限位凸块11与盒体1的内部侧壁之间均通过弹性橡胶连接杆18连接,弹性橡胶连接杆18具有较好的限位定位效果,便于在盖设盖板2时使盖板2内侧的多个横杆9快速对准多个安装板12,便于盖板2的安装。每个安装板12上的安装孔13的数量均不少于三个,这样设置可使盖板2的结构处于较为稳固的状态,避免盖板2随意脱落。限位凸块11的两端均采用圆弧过渡,这样设置方便快速将限位凸块11插入到安装孔13内或将限位凸块11从安装孔13中抽出,便于操作。
盖板2的周向侧边开设有环形的第一沟槽8,盒体1靠近盒口处的周向内壁上开设有环形的第二沟槽14,盒体1靠近盒口处的底部侧壁上开设有出水槽16,出水槽16的外端为敞口设置,且出水槽16的内端与第二沟槽14的底部相互连通,出水槽16的中部内壁上开设有漏孔17。从盒口进入到盒体1内的水会先流经第一沟槽8并在第一沟槽8内聚积,第一沟槽8具有较好的导向作用,能将水导向盖板2的底部并使其通过漏孔17流入到出水槽16内,再通过出水槽16流出;部分进入到盒体1内部的水会流入到第二沟槽14内,第二沟槽14同样具有较好的导向作用,可将水直接导入到出水槽16内,并通过出水槽16排出。
盖板2内侧面的中部水平安装有与插座本体3位置相对应的套管5,套管5套设在插座本体3的外部,且套管5远离盖板2的一端的外侧边缘处安装有环形管檐6,盖板2对插座本体3具有第一重保护效果,套管5对插座本体3具有第二重保护效果,并且环形管檐6具有较好的挡水效果,可有效避免水进入到插座本体3的内部,便于插座本体3的使用。插座本体3的顶面安装有水平设置的限位滑条4,且套管5内侧面的顶部水平开设有与限位滑条4配合连接的限位滑槽,这样设置便于套管5的位置移动。盖板2的外侧面开设有凹槽19,且凹槽19的顶部槽口处安装有扣板20,这样设置便于使用者对盖板2进行操作,方便将盖板2从盒体1中扣出。盒体1的顶部盒口处安装有挡水板7,挡水板7设置为弹性橡胶挡板,挡水板7具有较好的挡水效果,可有效减少外部的水进入到盒体1的内部。

1.一种具有防水结构的新能源汽车充电接口锁紧装置,包括盒体(1)和盖板(2),所述盖板(2)盖设在盒体(1)的侧面盒口处,所述盒体(1)内侧的中部安装有圆柱形的插座本体(3),其特征在于,所述盖板(2)内侧面的顶部与底部均连接有多个水平且间隔设置的横杆(9),所述横杆(9)远离盖板(2)的一端依次间隔设置有限位挡板(10)和限位凸块(11),所述盒体(1)靠近盒口处的顶部与底部内壁上均安装有竖直设置的安装板(12),所述安装板(12)上间隔开设有多个安装孔(13),多个横杆(9)对应插设在多个安装孔(13)内,且限位凸块(11)与限位挡板(10)位于安装板(12)的两侧,所述盖板(2)的底部内壁与底部的安装板(12)之间通过多个间隔设置的弹簧(15)连接;
所述盖板(2)的周向侧边开设有环形的第一沟槽(8),所述盒体(1)靠近盒口处的周向内壁上开设有环形的第二沟槽(14),所述盒体(1)靠近盒口处的底部侧壁上开设有出水槽(16),所述出水槽(16)的外端为敞口设置,且出水槽(16)的内端与第二沟槽(14)的底部相互连通,所述出水槽(16)的中部内壁上开设有漏孔(17);
所述盖板(2)内侧面的中部水平安装有与插座本体(3)位置相对应的套管(5),所述套管(5)套设在插座本体(3)的外部,且套管(5)远离盖板(2)的一端的外侧边缘处安装有环形管檐(6),所述盖板(2)的外侧面开设有凹槽(19),且凹槽(19)的顶部槽口处安装有扣板(20)。
